Dupa investigatii si pareri pe un alt topic , va prezint E39 achizitionat de mine.
E un break, e 2.0d cel pacatos cu pompa Bosch VP44, nu era cea mai ieftine si nici cea mai buna, dar e a mea si imi place ![]() Niste poze: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Motor e injectie directa dar nu common rail din ce imi dau seama. Masina am cumparat-o ca masina de lucru (ne mutam la casa, o sa am de carat, dus copii la scoala) dar si de concedii in tara. Partea buna ar fi ca lista de optiuni are aproate tot ce mi s-a parut util, doar perdelutele spate lipsesc. Am cumparat-o ieri din Ploiesti, pe drum spre Bucuresti a mers bine, dar mi s-a parut prea lent in oras. Azi am verificat vacuum la actuator de la turbina, si avea furtun crapat. Mai aveam de la E12 o bucata noua, acuma masina pare cam ce trebuie sa fie, adica lenta dar nu prea lenta, vibreaza ralantiu dar nu prea rau, si este foarte confortabil din cauza cauciucuri 15/205/15 si nu in utimul rand din cauza amortizoarele uzate. Pana si scaune mi se par foarte confortabile, chiar daca sunt 'sport'. Am impresie ca merg pe un nor. Are si un filtru de particule DPF pentru circulatie in unele orasele Germane unde nu e voie fara. In acte apara un singur proprietar din 2007 (cand a fost vandut prin BMW SH) , un nene nascut in '49. Nu prea a tinut masina curata, in interior (desi spalata) si pe exterior se vad urme de multe mizerie acumulata in timp. De remediat la prima strigare: - Furtunase vacuum turbina, cele invelite in panza erau coapte si rupta, am inlocuit, pare ok. Intrebare: pe ralantiu daca desfac vad ca se misca actuatorul. Adica, mecanism e activat la ralantiu. Asa trebuie? - Curatat EGR. Este foarte imputit. Dar inca se misca, la ralantiu se deschide, cand scot vacuum se inchide. - Verificat / inlocuit termostatele. Azi la 16 grade pe DN la mers prin localitatiile acul a coborat spre liniuta de sub jumatate. Sau e normal asa? - Verificat prindere toba, la 800-900rpm bate ceva. - Oglinda stanga nu rabateaza electric si stica nu e bine prinsa. - De verificat inifltrare de apa in portbagaj, e o problema la Touring si cred ca a mea nu face exceptia positiva. - Inlocuit cheder usa soferului care e uzat ca la aproate toate E39, inlocuit suport/maner mana de pe usa care e crapat. O sa cumpar si un aparat de diagnoza, mi-e rusine sa afla si altii cati km si ce bube mai are ![]() Momentan nu fac decat strictul necesat, dupa ce fac CIV mai vad. Am schimbat iar suporti de la motor, am dat jos cele febi-bilstein, erau oribile. Le am inlocuit cu unele corteco si acum simt cum lucreaza vacuum - s-a diminuat mult vibratul.
Mai am gasit ceva, scapa compresie langa un injector. Au fost etansate acum ceva timp, dar aparent s-a intamplat ceva. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am rezolvat si injectorul vineri seara. Vedeti pozele, aparent cand au fost inlocuite saibele de cupru acum ceva vreme, nu au fost curatate bine suprafetele de contact, saiba de cupru are vizibil o amprenta de ceva pe ea. ![]() ![]() -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Se pare ca nu mai scap de probleme cu masina asta, acum nu mai pot sa reglez intensitate de lumini la ceasuri si butoane, rapsund doar backlight de diverse LCD la rotita. Si cand apas buton de geam, se sting luminiile astea in bord o clipa. Unii zic ca ar fi ceva cu LCM, nu sunt convins (inca).
Iar in mers la viteze anume cat si la franare apara o trepidatie, probabil am ceva joc pe fata, rulmenti sau bucse, ceva. Discuri le am schimbat recent si o vreme nu am avut simptomele astea. Si dimineata asta s-a fisurat un furtunas de retur la un injector, fum, baltoace de motorina. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

S-a rezolvat cu iluminare in bord - nu mai merge deloc, asta dupa ceva timp toate becuri mergeau pe max.
Am schimbat etrierele fata cu unele la care am schmibat garnituriile si mansoane cauciuc de le culisante, am pus alte discuri de proba, facea la fel, adica dupa ceva distanta parcurs voblaj volan la franare, si un voblaj usor si in mers, dar nu mereu. Asa ca am desfacut totul pe fata si am gasit bucsele mari deteriorate. Pivoti par in regula. Aveam bucsele de 3 ani prin portbagaj, el am presat in brate (mersi TiL pentru suport), si sunt curios daca se imbunatateste ceva. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Pare fixed, nu mai face urat volanul la franare. Reactioneaza si mai prompt in viraje.
Am resusit si ceva cu lumini din bord, in sensul ca am scos lcm, constatat ca electronica pare ok, doar nu vine semnal de comanda. Am zis sa alimentez pin de la becuri de la alceva cu o rezistenta, sa renunt la reglaj de intensitate dar macar sa vad ceva. Doar ca sa constat ca dupa modificarea facuta merge si reglaj din potentiometru din nou. hm. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

2020 si am trecut de 320k km. De acum masina este tehnologic depasita de lege in legatura cu norma de poluare - Euro 3. O sa am de cotizat la Asta daca nu se schimba reguliile jocului. In weekend am facut o fuga la mare, merge foarte bine masina in continuare, mai trebuie sa o duc la reglaj geometrie dupa ultimele interventii la bucse fata si brate spate, si mi s-a parut ca are un consum un pic ridicat fata de alte dati, dar am mers cap-coada autostrada goala cu tempomat pus, posibil sa fie si asta cauza. Instant indica un 8% la 140km/ora. De rezolvat - un disc pe fata bate, webasto mort iar, senzori de parcare mai fac fitze (de cand o am), de urmarit consum. Ultima data cand am pus diagnoza s-a plans de EGR (desi are soft cu EGR off) si de injector cu fir (desi e noua). -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am intrat in luna martie 2020, am lasat masina acasa ca sa evit plata / amenzi in legatura cu taxa oxigen.
Stiu ca primarul Bucurestiului, dup referendum facebook, a declarat ca renunta, dar hotararea nu a trcut prin consiliu general. Si coincidental s-au masurat in noptea duminica - luni valori record de poluare PM2.5 si PM10. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Au renunțat la zaca in cele din urmă.
Făcut itp, a fost cu revenire pentru frana de mana. Am curățat și reglat saboții și tamburi și a trecut cu 220 vs 240 (daN?) Trebuie sa refac faruri, le am vopsit cu lac acum doua ierni fara pregătiri și a sărit. Rugina pe la uși avansează încet. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am tot zis ca nu o sa mai fac efort pentru masina asta, dar m-am ambitionat sa schimb rulmenti la rotile fata si strut mount sau in Romana cred ca e flansa amortizor fata. Rulment stanga fata face zgomot si masina are o bataie la unele denivelari. Nu stiu daca e de la flansa, dar rulment vechi e intradevar uzat si se simte si se aude cum agata cand rotesc in mana.
Nu e asa usor per total, ma gandeam ca e relativ fara chin, dar suruburi de la rulment vechi au locktite si opun rezistenta maxima pana cand au aproape iesit, rulment era si sudat cu oxid pe portfuzeta, greu de scos amortizor cu arc (comprimat) fara sa desfaci alte componente, etc. Am terminat stanga, urmeaza dreapta. Sper sa mai am abs apoi. ![]() Ar trebui sa atac si probleme cu rugina la usi si hayon. Am inceput sa adun una-alta dar nu toate bune. piston Cheie cu impact pe aer comprimat nu are cuplu foarte mare, si consuma cam mult aer, pot sa lucrez cu ea in reprize. Prese nu am deloc dar nici nu e nevoie la rulmenti fata la E39. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Un mic experiment - am inlocuit usa dreapta spate. Cea de pe masina era usor infundata si revopsita intr-o nuanta usor diferita. Avea si ceva rugina.
Aveam usa de schimb de ceva ani prin curte, cumparata cand mi s-a parut inca mai relevant aspectul masinii dar niciodata nu am apucat s-o montez. Nu am rabdare pentru reglaje 100%, ar mai trebui un pic in sus la balamalele, dar e aproape ok asa. Fiinca masina donor avea exclusive edition am inlocuit si ornamentele negru lucios cu cele negru mat de pe usa stramba. Dupa montaj am dat cu ceara inauntru, am uns mechanism de geam, am sigilat bine vapor barrier si sper sa nu mai ating zona accea. ![]() ![]() -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still
