Dupa investigatii si pareri pe un alt topic , va prezint E39 achizitionat de mine.
E un break, e 2.0d cel pacatos cu pompa Bosch VP44, nu era cea mai ieftine si nici cea mai buna, dar e a mea si imi place ![]() Niste poze: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Motor e injectie directa dar nu common rail din ce imi dau seama. Masina am cumparat-o ca masina de lucru (ne mutam la casa, o sa am de carat, dus copii la scoala) dar si de concedii in tara. Partea buna ar fi ca lista de optiuni are aproate tot ce mi s-a parut util, doar perdelutele spate lipsesc. Am cumparat-o ieri din Ploiesti, pe drum spre Bucuresti a mers bine, dar mi s-a parut prea lent in oras. Azi am verificat vacuum la actuator de la turbina, si avea furtun crapat. Mai aveam de la E12 o bucata noua, acuma masina pare cam ce trebuie sa fie, adica lenta dar nu prea lenta, vibreaza ralantiu dar nu prea rau, si este foarte confortabil din cauza cauciucuri 15/205/15 si nu in utimul rand din cauza amortizoarele uzate. Pana si scaune mi se par foarte confortabile, chiar daca sunt 'sport'. Am impresie ca merg pe un nor. Are si un filtru de particule DPF pentru circulatie in unele orasele Germane unde nu e voie fara. In acte apara un singur proprietar din 2007 (cand a fost vandut prin BMW SH) , un nene nascut in '49. Nu prea a tinut masina curata, in interior (desi spalata) si pe exterior se vad urme de multe mizerie acumulata in timp. De remediat la prima strigare: - Furtunase vacuum turbina, cele invelite in panza erau coapte si rupta, am inlocuit, pare ok. Intrebare: pe ralantiu daca desfac vad ca se misca actuatorul. Adica, mecanism e activat la ralantiu. Asa trebuie? - Curatat EGR. Este foarte imputit. Dar inca se misca, la ralantiu se deschide, cand scot vacuum se inchide. - Verificat / inlocuit termostatele. Azi la 16 grade pe DN la mers prin localitatiile acul a coborat spre liniuta de sub jumatate. Sau e normal asa? - Verificat prindere toba, la 800-900rpm bate ceva. - Oglinda stanga nu rabateaza electric si stica nu e bine prinsa. - De verificat inifltrare de apa in portbagaj, e o problema la Touring si cred ca a mea nu face exceptia positiva. - Inlocuit cheder usa soferului care e uzat ca la aproate toate E39, inlocuit suport/maner mana de pe usa care e crapat. O sa cumpar si un aparat de diagnoza, mi-e rusine sa afla si altii cati km si ce bube mai are ![]() Momentan nu fac decat strictul necesat, dupa ce fac CIV mai vad. Avem 2 bielete directie noi, 2 brate spate noi, toate lemforder. Si 2 cauciucuri noi, si un an ITP proaspat. Ulei BMW twin turbo lol 5w30 si niste filtre. Plus furtunase retur motorina care erau mancati de vreme. Rugina de pe colturi de usi a reaparut, nu am retusat bine anul trecut. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Noutati; mașina a trecut de 300.000km și am mărit performante un pic. In final răspunde un pic cu viața la pedala de accelerație.

A picat pompa din rezervor, luni saptamana trecuta s-a oprit masina in mers aproape de casa. Nu mai venea motorina in fata la filtru, mai aveam 15l in rezervor. Adica cazul tipic, fara pompa merge pana mai ai 15L, apoi gata. A dat niste avertizari inatinte, tremura un pic la ralantiu cu cativa kilometri inainte sa se opreste brusc motorul, dar nu m-am gandit ca asta ar fi cauza.
Pana sa ajunge pompa noua am fost nevoit sa plecam cu passat in delta, care s-a sinucis spectaculos pe drum de intoarcere. Ieri am schimbat pompa la E39, si merge din nou. Procedura de amorsare a fost simplu, pus ceva ori contact ca sa am motorina in circtuitul de joasa presiunea, apoi la a 2-a cheie mai lunga a pornit de parca nu s-a intamplat nimic. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am adaugat un subwoofer care incape la roata de rezerva, e activ (amplificator incorporat). E un Bose care provine din ceva Mazda. Pentru semnal audio catre el am folosit ampficatorul tot Bose from Mazda, legat la cabluri de catre boxe din radioul BMW. Amplificatorul are 4 intrari, 4 iesiri si o iesirea neamplificata pentru sub. Boxele din spate le am legat tot de amplificatorul asta. Sunetul e imbunatatit. Ar trebui sa trec si boxele fata prin acel amplificator, dar asta presupune sa trag cabluri prin toate masina.
Am curatat haion de rugina, plus usa dreapta fata, am tratat metalul cu un soi de feruginol si apoi am vopsit cu hammerite argintiu ![]() -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Alta stricaciune - injectorul cu fir.
Initial am gasit cum sufla compresie langa injectorul, apoi cand am pus diagnoza am vazut si eroare. Masurat cu multimetru, conformat. Bobina din injector e intrerupta. Ar trebui sa aibe intre 80 - 120 Ohm, a mea arata infinit. ![]() Masina merge bine mersi. Sa vad ce fac, inclin sa cumpar unul nou vs sh, desi pretul nu e chiar mic. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Hmda, m-am cam incurcat cu injectoarele astea.
Am cumparat un injector cu fir, nou. Si 4 saibe de cupru pentru etansare la 4. Planul era sa fie verificat si re-etansat si celalti 3, dar cand s-a scos #2 asta s-a intamplat: ![]() Adica, a avut o scurgere undeva in pre-istorie, care s-a etansat singur cu calamina, care acum partial a cazut in cilindru. Si motor nu se mai poate invarti cu mana. Trebuie vazut cum scap de mizerie. Of. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Poate poți sa bagi și un magnet, sa nu fi avut vreo piulița scăpată pe acolo... Mizeria nu cred ca poate fi atāt de tare īncāt sa nu mai poți īnvārti motorul la mana. Sunt niște bețe magnetizate flexibile cam de 5 grosime. |

Nu a lipsit nicio piese, greu să-mi dau seama ce poate sa fie altfel.
