salutare,

am desfacut capacul de la quloasa ..aveam o banuiala ca nu am garnitura buna. se scurge ulei pe bloc.
acuma, cu ocazia asta as vrea sa verific si tachetii. As vrea sa stiu cum se face reglajul.
Face unul zgomot la pornirea la rece.
Am facut rost de o lera (lamele de otel de dif. dim.)
stiam ca 0.3 e distanta, parca? si mai stiu ca se face manevra cu motorul rece. Deci cum se face? Ce suruburi se strang? exista o ordine?
daca mai e vre-un topic explicativ...
multam.

e cam greu daca nu ai facut niciodata sa faci ..da te descurci tu daca te ai inhamat la asa ceva

vezi sa i faci in ordinea de aprindere wink.gif/daca tot e topic deschis..la M10 cat e distanta la admisie si cat la evacuare???

nu mai fac nimic. curat capacul, inlocuiesc garnitura si pun capacul la loc.
oricum nu am 025 pe lera asta, asa ca o las pe alta data.
am fost surprins sa vad metal auriu si curat.
nea Florine, dupa sarbatori poate vii in dr. Taberei sa faci reglajul.
dau o canistra de benzina si ce-o mai fi...

la motoarele M10 si M30 distanta la rece e 0,30 si la admisie si la evacuare
la motoarele M20 distanta la rece e de 0,20 si la admisie si la evacuare

reglajul tachetilor se face in ordinea aprinderii, 1-3-4-2 la motoare in 4 si 1-5-3-6-2-4 la motoarele in 6 (cilindrul 1 este cel de la distributie)

PS: la motoarele uzate, unde exista uzura la axa cu came si culbutori NICIODATA nu o sa reuseasca reglajul la tacheti

Eu de obicei desfac toate suruburi de la saibele, si incep sa le reglez cu lera unde axa cu came e pozitionat corect. Cand nu mai gasesc suburi desfacute inseamna ca am terminat.....

la m 10 m 30 este mai clar 0 25 0 30 dar e mai bine mai lejeri decat stransi deci 0 30
la m 20 0 20 0 25 cel mai bine 0 25 mai lejeri
bart ti ai facut tacheti??

Ai schimbat saibele alea extrentrice, ca erau singure piese care au ramas veche de cand refacut chiulasa, si erau uzati. Le am reglat la 0,30 dar nu sunt foarte multumit, la rece mi se pare ca fac prea multe galagie. La 0,25 e mult mai silentioasa motor, dar vibreaza mai mult la relanti.

Nu credeam ca poate sa-si schimbe mersul atat un motor numai de la reglajul tachetilor!!!Acum merge frumos si pe relanti si in ture chiar trage ca un motor.Oricum acum se cam aud tachetii dar nu ma deranjeaza atata timp cat merge bine.

de ce trebuie reglati intr-o anumita ordine? cati am reglat pana acum niciodata nu am tinut cont de ordinea de aprindere, i-am luat la rand.
votez si eu [b]0.30 pt m10 si m30[/b] si 0.25 pt m20, nu va mai speriati de sunetul tachetilor, e normal sa se auda tare

He he, iti arat M30 de pe E12 care nu se aude. Se aud clar injectoarele, fasaitul alternatorului si cam atat.
Cred ca trebuie sa trec si eu la 0.3 cu tachetii mei...
