am un e34 la o mica revizie...e al unui prieten...suspensie, schimb de filtre si ulei, bujii...are vreo 393 mii km...arata cam jalnic dar motorul nu suna rau...cu un mic reglaj pe la tacheti si schimbat niste furtune de vacuum si combustibil ar trebui sa fie ok

acum au terminat niste prieteni de-ai mei de pus distributia la punct...mai am de pus capacele si anexele....pana la sfarsitul saptamanii vreau sa il pun pe masina si sa ii fac adaptarile pt radiatorul de racire (il pastrez pe cel de 2.8)...apoi urmeaza o pauza pana pe la vreo 7-8 iunie (plec in belgia)...si apoi vedem ce-o mai fi

am pus cutia pe motor si termostatul. maine pun motorul pe masina. mentionez ca nu am montat anexele (fulii, alternator, carcasa f ulei, galerii, role, pompa servo etc) pt a imi fi mai usor la montaj. am niste suporti motor de m50 e34. daca se potrivesc am scapt de o mare bataie de cap (totusi sunt slabe sanse, dar speranta moare ultima). daca nu se potrivesc las motorul si cutia fixate pe cardan si pe o bara intre lonjeroane pana imi fac suporti

o sa bag si niste poze cu lucrarea. o chestie f tare am aflat-o de la un amic care sta si rontaie pe forumuri toata ziua. mi-a zis sa nu ma mai chinui cu motoare puse pe cauciucuri. mi-a spus sa iau un palet de marfa si sa decupez din el locul pt baia de ulei. vreau sa va zic ca e perfect pt m50 iar daca la alte motoare nu pica la fix atunci se mai pot pune niste scanduri mici pt a ridica blocul. mi se pare super usor de lucrat cand sta motorul pe palet. nu se mai misca deloc.

Hai ca te apropii. Dar cred ca o sa ai de lucru si la suporti, slabe sanse sa se potriveasca cei de E34.

Vezi ca la final baia de ulei o sa fie mai in fata, ceva mai expusa. Am baie de M30 de pe E34 si are burta mai in fata, n-am tupeu sa ma apropii de borduri. Baia de E28 are burta aia exact in linie cu rotile, deci teoretic poti urca o bordura inalta, pt ca inainte sa loveasca baia urca rotile. Practic, nu stiu daca-i chiar asa biggrin.gif ....daca ai bordura mai iesita in exterior, se duc socotelile.

am pus motorul aseara...sunt cateva probleme...la traversa din spate nu intra tampoanele de pe cutie (trebuie sa gasesc alta)...apoi la e34 cutia se prinde cu un tampon rotund de o traversa mai plata (care se afla intre lonjeroane) dar la mine e o bara de rigidizare de care nu ma pot prinde decat daca fac modificari sau daca o pot inlocui cu traversa de e34...suportii de motor nu pica de nici un fel pe tampoanele mele

o prindere de genul ala la cutie, cu tampon pe mijloc, au parca E28 automate.
Vezi pe realoem cum arata, dar parca asa-mi amintesc ca era la ala pe care l-am dezmembrat.

@relaxx...deocamdata trebuie sa plece catre tine jantele...ca m-am intins ca raia...azi (duminica) mi-am programat sa fac transplantul...da-mi te rog un mail sau mesaj cu adresa ta...scuze de intarziere...am avut o groaza pe cap si stiam ca nu ai urgenta cu ele

si rechinul meu a avut automata din fabrica...si e aceeasi bara de rigidizare cu profil rotund...am doua variante (din ce mi-am dat seama pana acum, dar s-ar putea sa ma insel):
1. sa cobor bara de rigidizare mai jos cu cativa centimetri (cutia sta pe bara in momentul asta) si sa ii sudez o flansa in care sa vin apoi cu tamponul rotund de la cutia de viteze...pentru coborat m-am gandit la niste distantiere sau suruburi mai lungi cu piulite pe ele
2. sa iau o traversa de e34 si sa vad daca se potriveste la prinderi (eventual sa fac niste mici modificari). am un e34 m20b25 la indemana si pot lua de proba o traversa
ideea e ca as prefera sa fac cat mai putine adaptari...dar sunt slabe sanse sa scap asa usor.

o sa iau o pauza pana dupa 5 iunie...dupa 5 o sa mai fac sistemul de racire (m-am decis sa pastrez radiatorul de 2.8 si vasul de expansiune original, desi am un radiator de m50 functional), partea electrica (il chem pe chychy de la oradea) si esapamentul...apoi o cheie...rodaj...si pana la anul sper sa ii dau si o vopsire biggrin.gif

ummm, eu ma refeream la jugul care tine cutia. Jugul de automat e diferit fata de cel de manual la E28.
Nu inteleg... cutia asta ar avea prindere atat de inaintata ca se incurca cu bara de rigidizare? N-ar trebui sa fie atat de apropiate, ma gandesc eu.

Edit, am citit tot si inteleg, cred: cutia atinge bara de rigidizare. E foarte probabil, avand in vedere ca o cutie de E28 sta la doar cativa cm de bara aia (ajunsese sa atinga la mine, din cauza tampoanelor de motor uzate.

Pentru ca inca nu stii exact cum o sa stea pe prinderi, as lasa in suspensie problema pana cand sunt sigur. Sau as face o alta bara intre timp, o faci dintr-o teava, batuta la capete cotita dupa nevoie si cu gauri pentru suruburi. Nu prea elegant dar merge.

Inca nu sunt lamurit cu jugul, de ce-i atat de diferit intre E28 si E34. Nu cred ca la E34 se prinde de lonjeroane.
Cele de E28:
- automata 3 trepte (are un tampon)
- automata 4 trepte (are 2 tampoane)
- manuala (doua tampoane)
