E cam 5.9 de fapt dar e ok.
Am schimbat si vacuumul care merge la turbina, era rupt bine.

Greu mai gasesti furtunase de vacuum.. e-piesa nu are, Unix auto nu are in nici unul din magazine decat la rola de 15m - 230lei. Un magazinas de-l frecventez nu avea sapt trecuta, azi a adus.
Prost furtun, cauciuc subtire imbracat in textil, dar mai bun decat deloc. Unul identic fusese pus si inainte...

Am ceva ulei in admisie, EGR-ul a fost curatat duminica, azi am gasit ulei in el. Sa fie prea subtire Magnatecul 5W40? Oricum avea urme de ulei in admisie si inainte de schimbul de ulei.

EGR pare ca functioneaza, ca am gasit si urme de fum pe intrarea de la esapament, deci se deschide supapa.

Pe vremuri am comandat x metri de furtunas vacuum pe ebay, siliconic, pentru ca nu am gasit de cumparat aici, si aveam nevoie de mult pentur E12. Mai am o bucata undeva, pot cauta, daca vrei. Dar e ingusta.
Cea de cauciuc cu textil am incercat si eu, si nu a tinut mult.

Am luat 3m din cel cu textil, l-am schimbat aseara. Imi trebuia o bucata cam de 1m.
A trebuit sa dau jos si EGR-ul pentru banalul furtunas. Daca ochiti siliconic pe undeva, o sa vreau sa cumpar.

Se simte semnificativ schimbarea, acum trage si la 2000rpm si-i place al dreacu sa se tureze spre 3000 si ceva. De-acum trebuie sa fiu atent la viraje, daca apas pedala da cuplu la roata. Partea rea e ca ma invata sa merg si mai subturat, tind s-o las intr-a 5-a ca si cand as avea cutie automata. Dar o sa ma dezvat, o sa fiu atent la turometru.
Consumul e cam acelasi ca zilele trecute, cred. Nu pot sa evaluez ca azi m-am grabit si-am tras mai tare de el. Cred ca a scazut putin consumul (5.4 vs 5.7 pe bord) dupa schimbarea filtrului de aer si a uleiului. Sau poate e doar de la incalzirea vremii.

Daca preferi sa-l tii de rezerva, tine-l ca nu-i urgent la mine.
Altfel, ti-l iau si-l montez cand mai am ocazia - cand mai desfac chestii pe la motor.


Despre debitmetru aveti idee, merita sa incerc sa-l curat cu spray de carburatoare? Alte idei de imbunatatire?

erorile citite au legatura cu avansul pompei

Spritzbeginn Soll (Grad KW): !-1.50 at idle, where it should be between 0-20. It rises into normal values (above 0) when i raise the revs.
Spritzbeginn lst (Grad KW): same as above, but above stays solid whilst this value moves up and down slightly, so -1.50, -1.36, -1.60 etc

nope am refacut diagnoza si au disparut,or avea de a face cu vacuumul schimbat.a ramas ceva cu boost pressure si eroare bujii.

Vad ca exista eroare pentru fiecare bujie. Noi am primit eroare glow plug module.
Arata acolo si nu-sh ce siguranta de verificat in compartimentul motor.

Are o intarziere, dupa pornire dureaza cateva secunde pana cand incepe sa incarce. Se simte in mersul motorului si se vede in intensitatea farurilor momentul in care 'cupleaza'
Azi a facut o exceptie, a intarziat cam un minut, ca am apucat sa vad becul rosu in bord, am intrat in meniul de test, am vazut tensiunea 11.9 , deci mergea pe baterie. Dupa cateva secunde a inceput sa incarce 13.8-13.9 . Dupa 5 km a sarit la 14.2-14.3

Sa fie un releu care comanda excitatia nitel bulit?
Ma mai intreb de ce la fazale obisnuite la care incarcarea intarzie doar cateva secunde nu se aprinde becul in bord. Am verificat si tensiunea in secundele alea e maxim 12.5, deci ar trebui sa se aprinda becul.

nu-sh ce sa zic... e prea brusca evolutia, de la a nu incarca deloc la incarcare ok.
Cand aveam colectorul dus la E28, incarca din ce in ce mai prost, pana cand s-a mancat colectorul undeva la 80%, ca rezultat tensiunea debitata a scazut sub 13.x si s-a aprins becul in bord permanent, eventual se mai stingea daca turam motorul.

Trebuie sa mai zic ca nivelele de incarcare de azi dimineata 13.8-13.9 respectiv 14.2-14.3 erau stabile, adica tensiunea era aceeasi si la relanti si in ture. Asta exclude periile/colectorul.

Banuiesc ca nivelul initial de incarcare 13.9 V se datora bateriei nitel descarcate la pornire? Ori alternatorul asta are doua nivele de putere si era pus pe primul nivel pana bagat si treapta a doua? laugh.gif
Posibil sa aberez, dar ma gandesc la tot felul de scenarii, din moment ce am vazut ca intra doua fire , probabil ambele de excitatie, nu doar unul cum stiam ca-i normal.

Paranoia mai porneste si de la faptul ca nu se aprinde rosul desi cateva secunde incarcarea nu merge imediat dupa pornire. Deci cumva masina asta stie ca-i normal sa nu incarce din prima ?
Cand cupleaza incarcarea parca se aude si un zgomot, gen releu.

Pai tocmai, cand periile nu fac contact nu merge nici becul de alternator. Nu exista circuit prin care sa se duce curent.
Cel putin, la alternator clasic.

Cred ca becul are mai degraba treaba cu tensiunea de incarcare, sa fie peste 13.8 sau ceva de genul, dar nu cu continuitatea perie/colector.

La E28, cand era colectorul pe duca, tensiunea de incarcare varia odata cu turatia (normal, din moment ce o buna parte din colector era mancata). cand s-a ros atat de mult incat la relanti nu mai putea sa produca pragul minim, se aprindea becul in bord, bec care se stingea cand turam motorul...



Edit: desi... s-ar putea sa ai dreptate, la inceput parca becul in bord era palid si eu credeam ca-i normal, nu prea se observa.
Daca-i asa, inseamna ca problema e la releul de incarcare/perii/colector, cum ziceai.
