Salut ! Am de gand sa schimb turbina de pe un bmw 524 din 91` (motor m21) stoc cu una Garett m53 ... biggrin.gif

am sa pun si niste poze ..

Motorul e in minitile lui momentan .. L-am pus pe tester si mi-a scos 112 CP si vreo 200 NM ..
Si eu sunt curios ce o sa iasa ..
Am gasit sa-i schimb si injectoarele cu unele de pe un 530D e39 ...sa le schimb ? huh.gif

Nu stiu. Primisem si eu un set de duze de E39 dar n-am apucat sa le pun, apoi mi le-a facut pierdute un nene.

Si cat crezi ca poti scoate dintr`un m21 care e celebru la problemele de la chiuloasa ? Punei tu turbina mare urcai tu presiunea si o sa te vad pe la anunturi de cautari piese.Inca imi sustin parerea ca e risipa cea ce faci tu, built la 3.0D e ceva wink.gif pt ca ala are potential mare. Mehih poate sa-ti confirme cu o turbina mai maricica sau presiune mai mare(nu stiu exact) si cu un soft a ajuns pe la 550+ si ceva de newtoni si pe o cutie manuala.

Presupun ca esti constient de faptul ca ceea ce faci tu este un mare esec in conditiile in care nu schimbi ECU, in conditiile in care nu calculezi inainte raportul combustibil aer si cat este capabil motorul sa duca cu internele stock.
Modificatul unui motor nu este asa de usor cum pare: schimbi injectoarele si turbina si faci avion din caine mort. Esti sigur ca injectoarele iti pot oferi debitul suficient de motorina pt aerul bagat de turbina? Sau ca turbina are debitul de aer suficient pt cata motorina baga injectoarele?
Din ce stiu eu, la injectia de pe e39 calculatorul comanda cand si cat timp sa tina inectoarele deschise pe cand la cel de pe e28/e34 nu comanda injecoarele, acestea depinzand direct de pompa de motorina care este pe distributie.

hmmm, nu cred ca injectia de E39 e atat de "avansata". Oricum, imi pare cam nehotarat omul, prea usor a renuntat la turbina nesimtita pe M21.
Ai turbina, si o tii in portbagaj... pacat de ea. Macar incerci sa vezi ce iese.
