Am mai mesterit una alta,pus ceva chedere,pus incuietoare portbagaj,pus macarale electrice.Nu multe,urmeaza hopul mare si anume instalatia electrica.M-am "suparat" si am luat noi:
-chedere usi
-cheder portbagaj
-cheder rama usa
-perie exterioara usa.
Altfel am gasit o inchidere centralizata de fabrica si incerc sa o bricolez si pe aia.
Poate am noroc si de un AC.
Ieri am mers la RAR si m-am interesat,se poate face conversie la 2.5 M20 sau se poate face conversie de la 4 la 6 cilindri .Pentru moment tre sa bag intr-un excel costurile reconditionare M42 vs cumparat si reconditionat M20 .
Luna asta trebuie neaparat sa ma hotarasc.

da,da avem asa ceva? biggrin.gif
Verbal cei 2 ingineri cu care am vorbit au zis asa:
M42=100 kw eu am voie motor de maxim 140kw
M20= 123kw so e voie
M20 s-a pus pe E30 so again este ok
Trebuie toate prinderile sa nu se modifice=> ca e ok
Cutie evacuare cardan se iau de M20B25 so e ok
Ambele e non euro so again ok.
Pe motorul nou trebuie sa se vada codul de motor.
Si cam atat
Banuiesc ca la Eta se aplica aceleasi teoreme.
PS:treaba costa cam 800 lei taxe ocazie cu care se face si IT P+ autentificare in cazul meu

Documente provenienta + factura service? Intreb doar de curiozitate, ca mie mi-au cerut 3 tone de hartii.

Eu sunt inca foarte confuz din cauza diferentei de 40% de putere. Aveam 90-ish cai la 1.8 dar nu mi-au acceptat schimbarea cu 2.0 6 cilindri. O fi fost doar din cauza ca unul era pe carburatie si altul pe injectie? Pentru ca mi se pare incredibil de stupid sa fie asta motivul. Si recunosc, nici nu m-am gandit la asta pana acum... Ar fi prea de tot. Ce-i drept, diferenta era de ~40%, calculasem 40.8% in plus, ceva de genul asta.

factura service,la documente provenienta nu au zis nimic.posibil sa fie din cauza carburatie injectie desi nu cred,in cazul meu au intrebat daca ambele motoare sunt pe injectie.ca si calcul au luat kw si au inmultit cu 1,4 adica la tine ,mergea motorul 2.0 125 cai Jetronic parca.

Gasesti un eta, daca vrei. Sau poate merg si cu anumite componente, nu stiu cum e cu bore x stroke.
eta are cai mai putini in forma stock, deci nu acolo ar fi problema.

Oricum poate ar fi o ideea buna sa ai ceva scris de la rar, am impresie ca uneori poti ai surprize cum le a avut xox, si e pacat sa le ai cand apari acolo la hala cu motorul deja pe masina.

Al meu era Motronic 1.3 => 95kW. De asta eram peste limita... 67kW x 1.4 = 93.8kW

Intelegi cat de stupida a fost situatia? sad.gif

Mda, scuze pentru poluare cu offtopic, doar ca mi-am adus aminte si m-am enervat iarasi. Pentru ca pe hartie puterea e diferita, dar in realitate nici 120 cai nu mai punea masina pe roti.... this is fucked up in more ways than one.

inteleg dar ai gresit si tu,trebuia sa mergi inainte sa vezi ce si cum.cum am zis la mine primul lucru au pus mana pe calculator si au inmultit 100kw cu 1,4 .
@Bart e cam greu cu Eta de gasit.e ceva combinatie anumite pistoane si chiulasa de 2.5 cu bloc eta.

Nu neaparat rapid.daca cunosti vreun bloc de eta poate ma risc.Altfel oricum masina e in plan sa fie gata la anul februarie martie aprilie.Daca vroiam rapid aruncam direct 1,8 inapoi.

umm,de maine as vrea sa merg sa incep sa mai fac ceva pe la el,pana acum am mai adunat ceva piese:

-jambe groase

- articulatie sarcina/ghidare (pivot mic) nou, Meyle
- bieleta antiruliu fata, cod oe: 31351091764, noua, Meyle, varianta HD
- set bucsa brat fata, cod oe: 31129058931, nou, Meyle
Am ceva amortizoare Koni pe ulei dar nu imi e clar in ce stare sunt,fata pare ok,spatele in schimb nu e ok,ramane sa vad ce fac.Stie cinevqa daca se merita sa reconditionez amortizoarele?(cele fata conform codului de pe ele ar fi reglabile ,dar imi lipsesc robinetii de reglaj)

Robineti de reglaj?
Koni (rosu) aveam si pe 2002, reglajul se facea doar cu amortizor comprimat prin rotirea tijei parca.

posibil sa fie asa si la astea ,codul e 86-2277 la cele de pe fata,pe ele scrie adjustable,pe net apar ceva poze in care au si robineti.acum cine stie/a astea sunt galbene .

ma rog eu am o suspensie completa arcuri+amortiz koni(arcuri -40) stau in dubiu pt ca am gasit amortiz kyb la pret bun 1000 lei 4 buc Ultra SR se numesc par a fi cam cele mai bune din range Kyb.

pana la urma s-au schimbat:
-pivoti,bucse bascula,bielete anti ruliu fata
-bucsi bascula,bucsi punte spate
-s-a montat suspensia Koni
-alta punte spate(cea de pe masina avea gaurile de prindere ale diferentialului ovalizate)
-conducte frana(mai putin cea mare)
-furtune benzina si rezervorul pus inapoi
-montat faruri- de proba
-stopuri spate - de proba
-geamuri laterale
-montat angrenaj stergatoare
-vopsit diverse treburi

La motor am o scurgere ulei la capacul distributie ,ar trebui sa mai iau un set de garnituri ,primul a fost Ajusa,acum o sa iau pe original.mai un tampon ,probabil si cateva furtune,a o patina de la distributie e pe duca.Apoi o sa am un M20B25,din ce am inteles motorul ar fi fost refacut si ambreiajul e nou,cand pun mana pe el vedem daca mai e nevoie de ceva.Mai am discuri frana fata si placute fata si kit reparatie etrieri- aftermarket probabil.
-coaja bord - sh
-volan M tech 1 sh (2 buc)
-manson + nuca schimbator - noi par aftermarket?
-eleron Mtech 1 - sh
-instalatii electrice 2 bucati(touring+coupe) sh
