am inceput munca la cutie cu ajutorul lui sorin (nana dau o bere sambata)...am desfacut suruburile de la cutie de jos si de pe laterale, am dat jos galeria de evacuare si cardanul...o sa ridicam un pic masina de bot si apoi o sa dam drumul la motor si la cutie din tampoane...in mod normal ar trebui sa se lase cutia in jos si motorul sa se duca in sus...astfel as avea acces la suruburile din partea de sus...cu putin noroc maine ar fi gata prima parte a operatiunii de transplant
raman in continuare nelamurit cu rapoartele cutiei de pe e34 3.0i...sunt la fel cu cea de pe rechin 2.8 sau difera? -------------------- |

Daca gasesti un cod pe cutie, gasesti pe net rapoartele. Cred ca sunt (aproape) la fel, BMW-uri de pe vremuri folosesc diferentiale cu rapoarte diferite in functie de motor. Cutiile erau la fel. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

in sfarsit am desfacut toate suruburile de la cutia de pe e34...mi-era frica ca pica pe mine dar uite ca nu...acum mai sta in priza...cred...maine o sa scot de acolo...m-am chinuit ceva...imaginati-va ca am scos apa din balta de sub masina cu o lopata ciuruita...am pus un panou si la treaba...am folosit doua seturi de prelungitoare la racila...dupa ce am dat drumul la cardan si la suportii de la cutie a coborat cam 5-10 cm...suficient ca sa pot baga tubularele cu prelungitoarele (cam 1 m)...am vazut ca erau ceva pierderi de ulei la cutia asta...probabil pe la semeringul dinspre cardan...o sa il schimb...

phase 2 complete...am dat jos cutia de pe rechin...o sa pun o poza cu ce a mai ramas din ambreiaj...jale nu alta ...a mai ramas din el doar placuta metalica...pistonasul de la cutie nu functiona corect (probabil ca de aia si intra greu in viteza si a ajuns sa cedeze)...anyway...chestia e ca nu se potriveste discul si placa de presiune de pe cutia de la e34...al meu avea volanta simpla iar pe e34 era cu masa dubla...ar fi varianta ca sa schimb si volanta sau sa imi comand disc ca asta de l-am dat jos...voi ce ma sfatuiti? -------------------- |

din lipsa de timp nu am mai facut mare lucru...am incercat sa dau volanta de pe e34 jos...tough job...greu sa faci parghie de sub masina ca sa poti slabi suruburile...so...mi-am comandat un ambreiaj nou pt masina...si curelele pt pompa servo si alternator...si termostatul ...si am dat jos alternatorul ca sa ii schimb rulmentii
belea...nu gasesc canalele de scurgere a apei de pe plafon...cine ma ajuta cu un desen? -------------------- |

astazi am schimbat termostatul, curelele si am pus la punct timoneria...maine urmeaza sa schimb carbunii si rulmentii la alternator apoi sa pun cutia
am gasit si canalele de scurgere a apei de la turela...dar doar pe cele din partea fata...mai caut maine un lucru deranjant...masina a fost echipata din fabrica cu o cutie automata...dupa ce s-a pus cea manuala au lasat sa atarne tevile de vin la radiator in cutia automata...acum sunt infundate cu o carpa...maine ma ocup de ele...vreo idee?...de asemenea mai e un manunchi de fire la motor pe partea pasagerului cam pe langa oale...si astea atarna...pffff al doilea lucru deranjant...evacuarea a fost schimbata incepand chiar dinaintea tobei intermediare...in loc sa fie doua tevi + toba intermediara apoi iar doua tevi si apoi toba finala la mine e doar o teava de diametru cam mic si o toba finala cam maruntica...am o finala de diesel...sa vad cum fac rost de restul de evacuare...are cineva?ma ajutati cu vreo idee? -------------------- |

tocmai mi se rupsese si mie timoneria (nu de la forja).....am schimbat-o si eu cu una mai speciala tobele neaparat schimba-le.....nu te gandi la evacuare noua.....am incercat eu.....si era sa fac infarct cand am auzit cat e o finala noua |
