Intre timp m-am jucat cu sincronizarea admisiei la relanti.
Le-am nivelat frumos, dupa care am deschis manualul si am aflat ca la VFR nu se niveleaza smile.gif) Si ca trebuiesc infundate iesirile de pe capacele de la culbutori catre PAIR valve (un fel de PCV?)


Am desigilat si pozitia TPS, l-am mutat f putin spre amestec sarac.
Am masurat apoi senzorii MAP, Baro si TPS, cu ace infipte in conectorul computerului de injectie. Au iesit toti in parametri:
- pentru MAP si Baro estimam ca ar trebui sa dea cam 2,9V aici la campie. Au iesit la 2,88 si 2,87.
- TPS: 0,45V cu clapetele inchise si 4,5V cu ele deschise la maxim. Range-urile acceptate sunt: 0,45 - 0,55 V cu 3,7 - 4,5 V . De fapt depinde unde te uiti in manual, ca mai e un loc care spune 0,4 - 0,6 cu 4,2 - 4,8.
Deci la TPS am picat la fix ca sa fie in range la ambele capete.

Merge mai frumos, schimba mai smooth intre tractiune si frana de motor. Inca miroase intepator la curu ei.

Acum vreau sa sincronizez ca la carte, dar intai sa pun "noua" toba. Am spalat toba interior-exterior cu motorina si peria de sarma, am clatit cu diluant, am rupt garnitura de esapament, ca intra cam fortat si auzisem ca astea sport se pun fara garnitura. Cel putin asa-i la Delkevic pe VFR800, Mivv pe GPZ, etc.
Ei bine, acum astept sa vina garnitura noua laugh.gif

400 de lei mai tarziu, au venit piesulicile de la Mivv, montat toba, sincronizat ca la carte (1 si 2 la nivel, 3 cu vreo 32cm coloana de ulei mai jos, 4 cu 15cm sub), poate maine fac o proba.
Bateria s-a descarcat, avea doar 9V dupa o luna, deci o sa mai tina cel mult sezonul asta.

Am mai reglat nitel dupa ce am pus la loc furtunele pe capacele de culbutori.
Montat si tot felul de surubele si piulite care erau lipsa ori inlocuite cu niste improvizatii, clipsuri de plastic pe la carene, capac de computer, capac de baterie. Suruburi noi ici-colo unde cele vechi erau prea uzate.
Acu-i completa.
