Am scos si Simsonul afara, am constatat ca nu merge pompa de ulei, si ca nu imi place piston. E ceva skoda, nu e perfect identic cu cel de Simson, si compresie e mai mica cu asta. O sa caut un piston de Simson, sa scap si de improvizatia asta.

Incet, incet. Am facut instalatie electrica de la 0, cu un releu de incarcare home-made. Ramana de vazut daca merge. Lumini am, chiar si de frana. Aprindere am. Am cumparat un piston + segmenti noi, de la un producator polonez. Este o copie dupa pistonul original. Ieri am apucat sa montez una-alta, dar nu am pornit motorul pentru ca nu mai gasesc tijele impingatoare de la culbutori. Am 2 set-uri undeva prin casa. Am gasit si tijele impingatoare de la supape, si motocicleta a pornit. De data asta se pare ca ajunge ulei si in chiulasa, desi nu foarte mult. Sper sa fie destul ca sa nu se mai gripeaza vreo supapa.
M-am plimbat pentru prima data pe ea, e socant de altfel fata de Kawasaki. Nu stiu daca imi place sau nu inca . Si ceva pare stramb, sau furca, sau cadru. Sau o roata. Mai am de lucru. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Un nene de la mine de la tara, care ma mai ajuta cand e de lucru la Gicuta, are o Simson.
Nu stiu cum arata, in ce stare e, el zicea ca-i functionala dar sta de foarte multi ani. A avut-o cu atas, nu-sh daca il mai are acu. Tine destul de mult la ea, dar poate renunta pentru o cauza nobila. Daca e cineva interesat, incerc sa aflu mai multe, poate o salveaza careva. -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

Am renuntat la dinam, nu am reusit sa scot mare lucru din el. Am ajuns sa fac eu niste bobine, si am montat volanta cu magneti permanenti. Am 2 faze care dau cam 10, 12V la ralantiu, dar nu chiar cu putere necesara. E ok insa, in mers are un voltaj bun si baterie nu imi trebuie. Motor este montat, am facut rost de un carburator original, la care am montat un kit de revizie gasit pe Ebay. Problema e cu acte la cele mai multe. Se mai gasesc in stare ok. Asta al meu e un proiect pornit de alcineva care s-a plictisit la un moment dat.

In cel mai bun caz trebuie reglaje la carburator/motor, o baterie, si ITP. Am si un joc mare la telescoape de la furca, dar nu am gasit o solutie. A fost facut o improvizatie cu cuzineti de fonta si acuma are uzura in cilindrii. Dar e greu de gasit o furca. Probabil trebuie sa gasesc o metoda pentru reconditionare, dar nu stiu daca se poate freza/bucsa/.. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Da, pe net. Sunt cel putin 5 magasine online. Si mai e si Ebay. SH mai greu, tot ce gasesti are 40 de ani de umbat de catre nea spirica, cum zic pasionati pe forum de motociclete.
Oricum, nu este considerat un motor fiabil. Problema mare la motoare e rulment de biele. Dar e mai bun decat dnepr aparent. Daca ai un buget mai mare, cauta un AWO touren. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Touren: Sport: Pe langa sa, cadru e altfel, cel mai vizibil la supsensie spate. AWO foloseste amortizoare, Touren nu. Si motor e dfierit. Touren e mai aproape de sursa, adica BMW R23. AWO Sport este o 'imbunatatire' socialista. Are mai multa putere, suspensie mai avanstata, bancheta (sau banchete la modelele mai noi) in loc de sei clasici dar e si mai prost realizat. Si cand ma gandesc ca taicamiu a avut un simson awo sport si la vandut maicasa (bunicamea)pe un cacat de bani imi vine sa-i bat pe amandoi era perfect intreg toate elementele originale avea probleme cu aprinderea in rest teava de motor.

mai stiu si eu unul care zace intr-o curte... valoare sentimentala pentru proprietar, nu vrea sa renunte la ea. Dar atasul a ajuns la fier vechi demult, ca ruginise.
