Tot imi propun sa pun poze dar tot uit (sa spal masina). Sunt multumit cum a iesit lucrarea, acum ma enerveaza alceva, anuma scaun si fata de usa pasager. Arata semi dubios, pana sa aplic tratament de piele, acum arata oribil. Cred ca au fost vopsite in trecut, iar solutia aplicata a inlaturat vopsea. O sa mai caut tapiterie intreaga, daca nu gasesc ceva bun, le vopsesc. Dupa potopul de saptamana trecuta am vazut ceva urme de apa in masina la usa stanga spate, asa ca am desfacut la toate 4 usi fetele. La usa stanga spate curge probabil de multi ani, fata de usa e cam decompus jos, dar nu vizibil de afara. Am lipit la loc membrana, sper sa fie ok. La usa dreapta spate a fost lipit la loc in trecut, totul in regula acolo. Am mai pus un burete la loc la butoane de geam, am incercat sa repar mansonul de cauciuc la opritor de usa, sa vad daca asa scap de sunetul vantului dreapta spate la viteze mari. La usiile fata tot asa, stanga trebuia lipit la loc, dreapta era ok. La usa dreapta fata am gasit mufele de ma difuzor de medii si cheder de geam inversate, le am pus corect si acum merge difuzor, si functioneaza inchidere de geam cu o singura apasare. M-am apucat si de oglinda dreapta fata, dar din pacate cel trimis de pe olx nu este rabatabil electric. Macar sticla, capac si reglajele sunt ok, le tin pe raft. Inainte de potop am mai etansat si un stop spate, vad ca nu a mai intrat apa in portbagaj acum. E mai simplu la sedan decat la touring. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Facut lucruri mici, strans un pic geometrie fata, ma asteptam sa fie intepenit reglajul dar s-a miscat foarte usor pe stanga fata unde aveam treaba. O sa-l mai inchid un pic.
Gasit un burduf rupt la bieleta de directie dreapta in schimb, am improvizat ceva, sa vad daca tine. Reglat si frana de mana. Iar a plouat tare de tot, de data asta a ramas uscat inauntru si la usi. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Da, am facut un dus-intors Corfu. Tehnic trei chestiute, mai apara si dispare un check brake lights, are un conector la stop ruginit, si de cand eram sa o comit rau pe DN1 - a intrat un PH cu masina pe banda 2 intr-o intersectie fara sa se asigura, iar eu aveam >100km / ora tremura volan la franare, uneori mai putin, uneori mai rau. Si la viteze spre 140 vajaie ceva la parbriz, poate din cauza chederul degradat destul de rau.
Apoi am avut un super noroc in Bulgaria, la un moment dat a zburat ceva de pe un TIR de pe contrasens care a distrus oglinda dreapta, pe Corfu cineva a facut o spartura mica in bara spate, si sotia a lasat urme pe scaunul reconditionat. @eugen, nu am vopsit eu, am fost la cineva in zona blvd timisoara / violetelor. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am montat 4 discuri de frana noi si placute noi, sper ca am scapat de vibratii, nu am testat inca.
Lucrarea la scaune, cum mi-e era si teama, e o chestiune de scurta rezistenta, deja se vede uzura. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Dupa o luna de stationare m-am trezut cu check engine aprins. Dar inainte sa o pornesc am verificat cu multimetru sondele lambda, ca mai aveam erori pe diagnoza uneori (dar fara sa se aprinde check engine vreodata) legat de heating circuits, si nici nu prea oscila volatjul cum ar trebuie, uneori mergea si in open loop.
Dupa ce am vazut ca s-a aprins check engine, am vazut prin diagnoza obd2 ca nu mai misca deloc voltajul la sonde si nu intelegeam ce si cum. Apoi, cautand pe net, am vazut ca sondele se pot stica daca din greseala legi ohmmetru la elementul care genereaza voltajul Asa ca am schimbat cele doua inatinte de catalizator (cele de dupa catalizator sunt greu de atacat), si aveam semnal din nou dar doar in sarcina, la ralantiu aratau 0V (amestec sarac) chiar si cu fuel trim la max. Asa ca am cumparat un spray de pornire si am inceput sa dau pe la admisie, chiulasa, cam pe unde poate sa trage aer fals. Cand am dat in zona CCV-ului s-a ridicat turatie si vedeam si reactia la sonde. Era rupt 'un pic' furtunul intre CCV si joja: Am montat furtun nou si acum am semnal si la ralanti. Ramana de vazut in ce stare sunt sondele de dupa catalizator si daca am scapat de check engine. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Nu, nu am in plan, pare sa face inca ce trebuie, iar legat de consum de ulei nu imi dau seama cat dispare si pe unde.
Ar fi caz intai o garnitura la baia de ulei, si cred ca si garnutura capac culbutori (parca e ud in spate un pic). Senzor termic nivel ulei. Curele accesori si cred ca o rola pe acolo. etc. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Avea, ca multe motoare M54, o mica scapare de ulei la capacul de tacheti. Cauza este materialul folosit la garnitura - buna. Cu timp se intareste, se face casant, iar dupa multe cicluri de incalzire-racire apar scapari. La al meu era umed sin spate jos, garnitura peste gaelerie de evacuare este murdare, si uneori cadea o picatura pe evacurare (miros ulei ars). Asadar am cumparat garnitura noua, si m-am apucat de schimb. Cel veche era atat de casant in cat ca parera ebonita, desi era data 2007, a mai fost schimbata. Garnitura intre intr-o fanta in capac, si capacul cand se strange comprima garnitura ceva millimetri. Suruburile din capac au si ele o garnitura, si teoretic se strang pana la capat, presiune pe garnitura fiind limitata de de garnitura de sub suruburiile. Doar ca mi s-a spart capacul cand am strans, desi am strans treptat, cat un pic. Cauca - cred ca fie garnituriile de sub suruburi erau prea imbatranite (le am refolosit initial pe cele vechi pentru ca setul de garnituri noi nu le avea incluse), sau capacul avea deja o slabiciune. Nu stiu. Ulterior am gasit pe net ca si altii au patit-o. Un capac nou costa cam 1500ron asa ca am facut o incercare cu epoxy, sa-l lipesc si sa-l intaresc si acolo unde inca era intreg. Am cumparat si cele 15 garnituri de surub noi, dar nici nu am mai strans suruburi pana la capat, am folosit si silicon, sper ca am scapat de problema. Lectie invatata capacul de tacheti este foarte fragila capacul de tacheti costa o gramada de bani nu ar trebui sa refolosite garnituri vechi la suruburi, desi cele vechi nu erau tari, la cele noi totusi s-a simtit diferenta suruburiile trebuie stranse in pasi foarte mici. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Mai e o problema cu garnitura de la capacul M54.
Aia OE are niste canale/caneluri suplimentare fata de toate cele aftermarket, indiferent ca vorbim de VReinz, Goetze, Elring. 180 lei OE vs 120 after, eu nu m-am mai riscat a doua oara si am luat OE. Si neaparat-neaparat: - silicon la cele 2 garnituri interne de la canalele bujiilor - acolo nu exista suficienta presiune a suruburilor si intra ulei intr-o veselie - silicon la semilune fata spate - garnituri noi la suruburi, sunt vreo 15x3lei toate, dar al dracu de importante (11121437395) |

E un zvon pe net ca cele noi OEM sunt facute din viton. Ai observat ceva la ele?
