Am si eu o intrebare, daca cumpar o masina (alt judet) este obligat ITP valabil cand merg cu placute rosii?
Cred ca da, parca in lege scrie ca nu ai voie sa mergi fara ITP valabil, si banuiesc cu nu sunt exceptii. Dar totusi vreau sa fiu sigur. Stie cineva?

Da, ITP trebuie sa fie valabil indiferent de posesorul masinii sau de perioada in care masina se afla in stadiu de tranzactionare, ca sa zic asa. Nu poti circula fara ITP valabil, orice-ar fi.

Si sanctiunea:
QUOTE
Art. 112. - (1) Certificatul de Inmatriculare sau de Inregistrare ori dovada Inlocuitoare a acestuia se retine de catre politia rutiera In urmatoarele cazuri:
a) vehiculul nu are efectuata inspectia tehnica periodica valabila;

Din cate stiu, daca nu ai ITP singura varianta e platforma. Nu merge tractata cu sfoara sau bara rigida. Sa ma corecteze cineva daca gresesc, dar stiu ca un coleg a ramas fara ITP la o masina SH recent cumparata si spunea ca trebuie sa mearga la RAR pentru identificare pe rampa din cauza asta. Nu imi mai e coleg ca sa-l mai intreb odata exact cum a fost.

Pentru identificare iti trebuie itp? Asta e ceva noua pentru mine. Nu cred ca chiar asa e. Ce legatura are una cu alta?
Exista totusi si o exceptie la itp, cand am mers cu 2002-ul la RAR si toate astea pentru inmatriculare in Romania (a fost inmatriculat in Olanda) nu am avut cum sa fac itp, pentru ca nu avea CIV Romanesc. Si am mers asa cu placute rosie. Acuma nu stiu daca a fost corect sau nu, dar nu prea ai alte posibilitate.

Of... ce ciudatenie. Niciodata o sa ma obisnuisc cu anumite aspecte de cultura Romana. Am sa vb cu RAR in legatura cu asta.
