S-au cam facut 3 ani de cand merg cu touring diesel. Este o masina cas s-a dovedit sa fie cu bune si rele, ca orice masina la rulajul asta probabil.
Dar, probabil inspirat fiind de TiL, microbul de benzinar a inceput sa roada din nou. Microbul usor de hranit si in conditiile de antipatie fata de miros si vibratii de diesel.
Am mai ridicat miza cu niste cerinte; sa fie cat de cat dotata, cutie automata si euro 4. Asta reduce cu mult candidati, E39 a avut euro 4 doar in 2002 si 2003 cu o sinura exceptie vazut in acte la o masina din 2001.

Ce a urmat a fost cautari pe net, vizionari de masini, un drum degeaba pana la Gilau iar in-trun final dupa inca o deplasare, de data asta cu avion, in Cluj, pot sa spun un sincer - Oops I did it again.

Unii o spun Buffy, eu momentan o spun umflata pentru ca asa e capota, am gasit-o in Cluj Napoca intr-o curte la un service unde isi astepta soarta.

Este cred ca de noua in Romania, a avut un incident rutier relativ recent, a fost condus in ultimii ani de o persoana in varsta.
Din pacate are si rugina, cel mai rau la prag dreapta langa vas de lichid parbriz unde ma astept sa gasesc mult pamant strans, si la aripi spate intre bara si aripa.

Interior este crem, sau era, caci este foarte murdare, uzata si sezut de sofer are burete prabusita si o ruptura.

Planul este sa o pun de drum, sa vad daca imi place, iar dupa ce trag o concluzie o sa trebuie sa dispare o masina din colectie.

Pe langa ce se vede mai are probleme cu incarcare si radiator piscat undeva in zona de elice. Motorul merge frumos.

Este cu o zi mai noua decat Touring.

Viton ? Nu-mi e familiar termenul, m-am uitat pe net si pare tot un fel de cauciuc, dar mai dens, ca la oring-uri ? smile.gif
Din ce imi amintesc, nu parea sa aiba o compozitie sau feeling ciudat, parea cauciuc negru oarecum normal... dar ma mai uit o data cand ajung la "service", inca nu am montat-o ca n-am avut timp.

Viton ar fi un cauciuc sintetic mai rezistent la temperaturi mari.
Cele OEM (vechi) sunt facute de buna.
Citiind asa, vad ca buna ar fi mai ok la temperaturi mici. Unde dai si unde crapa, cum ar veni.

Aveam niste scurgeri de ulei, picaturi sub baia, si uneori pe jos, asa ca am inceput sa ma uit intai la garnitura suport filtru, dar se pare ca nu era acolo problema. In schimb am observat probleme la cablaj care duce spre termostat si vanos evacuare:


Apoi am demontat si CCV si admisie, am inlocuit niste furtunase si am gasit membrana ccv rupt:



Dupa care am facut curaj sa schimb garnitura de la baia de ulei balcani style:



Baia cu ceva depuneri, nu cred ca PO a fost mare adept ulei bun si / sau schimburi frecvente, dar nimic grav, sita de la sorb era curata:



Si am primit si un bonus, suport motor care arata bine dar care s-a sectionat cand il am strans cu mana:


O sa schimb si vasc, daca tot am reusit sa-l demontez, cu un sachs nou. Cel de acum e un no-name care cupleaza cam rapid.

A fost greu de scos CCV-ul/admisia ? S-a rupt ceva din cauza vechimii etc ?
Mi-e groaza sa ma apuc si eu de verificat...

Ce CCV ai pus la loc ? OE sau aftermarket ?

Am rupt doar o ureche partial la mufa senzor nivel pentru faruri fata cand umblam la punte.
Imbatranite sunt furtunase vacuum, si furtunele ccv, izolatie (seamana cu copex) de la instalatie (cabluri in sine sunt bune inca) in fata si in spatele admisiei, altfel e doar foarte mult de lucru, multe lucruri de demontat, senzori peste tot, chestii care te incurc. Si asa nu am desfacut totul, rampa cu injectoare a ramas pe admisie, furtune benzina racordate pe masina, dar a fost suficient ca sa pot misca admisie. Garnituriile portocalie de la admisie si corp clapeta e am gasit in stare foare buna.
Strict pentru ccv cred ca nu ar trebui demonat admisie, daor crop cu clapeta (ccv are 2 suruburi de prindere in spate), si poate alte anexe (borcan servo, alternator, suport filtru ulei, in functie cum gasesti acces cu maniile). Eu am facut pasul asta pentru ca nu eram lamurit in legatura cu circuitul de vacuum pentru valva de la pompa de aer pe evacuare care e in spatele admisiei.

Dar mai mult m-am chinuit cu baia.

CCV o sa montez vaico, fara niciun motiv anume in afara faptului ca de la ei am gast un set complet cu furtunele. Astept sa vin piesele, momentat masina asteapta cu botul in sus si motorul suspendat.

Dupa operatiunea asta sper sa nu mai am griji de vacuum si scurgeri de ulei.

CCV Vaico, ales varianta pentru clima rece. Diferenta vs model normal este ca furtunele cat si carcasa CCV (cu valva / membrana si separator) sunt imbracate cu ceva termoizolant.
De ce pentru clima rece? Pentru ca exista pareri ca se poate rupa membrana CCV datoria gheata care se poate depune iarna pe ea. Si poate e benific sa condenseaza cat mai putin vapori pe interiorul pieselor, sa lasa mai putine depuneri.
Insa s-a montat destul de greu. Dupa ce CCV normal e tight fit, acum fiind imbracat intr-un invelis cauciucos, intre foarte greu la locul lui sub admisie. Dar am reusit intr-un final.
Atentie si la conectori de la furtune pe CCV si admisie, chiulasa. Uneori par bine infipte si de fapt nu sunt.

Am montat si role noi, mai putin la compresor, intentia a fost buna dar rola comandata pentru intinzator curea accessori a venit gresit, iar cel de compresor era compatibil. Montat la loc si suport filtru ulei cu garnitura noua, curatat un pic zonele unde era murdare motorul, mai am de pus la loc furtun radiator, vasc nou, chestii mici, pe partea de sus. Dedesubt mai am suporti motor (inca nu a ajuns comanda), bara stabilizator, si tot sub-frame care inca atarna undeva intre caroserie si pamant.

360ron doua bucati, stanga si dreapta sunt identice, am ales lemforder. Om vedea cum sunt, e cam cu cantec cu suporti, cel putin pe diesel nu am avut rezultate bune nici cu febi (oribil) si nici cu corteco (asa si asa).
Sunt de cumparat pe original de fapt.

Am schimbat eu anul trecut (parca ... sau acum 2ani ?!), erau alea originale ale masinii din care unul singur era dus (cred ca ala de pe evacuare).
Am pus tot Lemforder, pana acum sunt in regula, n-am observat cine stie ce vibratii.

Curios e ca nici cu cele originale nu erau probleme, a vazut mecanicul ochiometric ca unul avea probleme, in mers nu vibra sau nu punea probleme.
Dar na, e benzina, solicitarile la alea diesel sunt mult mai mari.

La urs nu mai stiu ce am pus, ori Febi ori Swag.

Benzina 6 in linie nu prea vibreaza. Si la mine parca cel la evacuare s-a sectionat in mana.
Cele lemforder noi le pot comprima un pic cu mana, daca apes tare pe ele, cel veche (de cand e masina) e piatra.
Lemforder made in china, a propos, faca sigla, cod, nimic pe ele. Poze pe net cu alte tot asa arat. Dubios.



Le am montat, am prins jugul motorului pe masina, prins bara antiruliu la loc, montat racire, vasc nou Sachs (avea un Beru cu arc spirala pe fata, nu imi plac si cam facea ca turbina cand nu era caz neaparat), admisie, ulei, si



La rece se aud doar injectoarele si vascul, foarte fain. Cand mai incalzeste se mai aud tacheti un pic.

Inainte mai avea cat o mica vibratie aritmica la ralantiu, simteam cand tineam mana pe capac culbutori, acum nu mai are. Vacuum din motor e un pic mai mare, ce e explicabil, ca am mai eliminat surse de aer fals.

6 in linie nu vibreaza deloc vs 4 linie benzina vs 4 linie motorina e liniste si pace , la urs e dureros ca vibreaza tot, tampoanele sunt sa fie la numar dar la 400 lei bucata ... smile.gif si nu exista pe producator.

Da, dar e si cum a punctat in film, lube the connectors and you should hear the click. Altfel pare conectat dar de fapt nu e.

Azi, mers cu 100, scăzut temperatura sub 80. Așa că am făcut comanda la termostat, pompa apa dacă tot umblu, și furtunele mari de la radiator, are ceva trucktech și sunt cam dubioase.

Old stuff out, new stuff in. Termostat, pompa de apa, furtunele radiator.
Easy job, daca nu s-ar fi rupt senzorul de temperatura din furtunul de retur vechi.
Termostat nou, ca si cel veche (tot Behr dar BMW) au srcis 97 de grade pe ele.
Pompa de apa era ina, stantat si ea BMW.

Desi am comanat un senzor nou, am incercat sa lipesc pe cel veche, si sa-l montez, avand in vedere ca vreau sa termin lucrarea. Dar nu reusesc sub nicio forma sa presez senzor la loc in furtun, e foarte umflat o-ring, comparat cu pozele pe net. Astept senzorul nou.
Probabil si din cauza asta a iesit extrem de greu din furtunul vehci.

De adaugat pe lista bucse mari pe fata (m-am uitat aten la ele si au mici crapaturi), flanse amortizoare fata (le am schimbat la touring si pare sa fi rezolvat un zgomot pe care amandoua masini fac).

Montat sensor nou, a intrat foarte usor.
Vad ca acum tine cam la 93 - 94 de grade apa vs 90 inainte, dar in mers la o proba scurta tot scade sub 90, cam la 85. Curios.

Si am spalat-o, asa ca a si plouat. Still got it.
