Am reusit sa fac tot ce am propus. A fost mai dubios cu distributie, nu picau semne cum trebuie. Apoi m-am dat seamna ca a umblat cineva aiura acolo, si axele cu came erau puse cam 180 de grade gresit. Adevar e ca niciodata nu a mer motor asta cum trebuie, la ralantiu. Credeam ca de vine era carburatie, dar poate era aiura te tot pus distributie. Aveam si probleme frecvente cu rateuri in admise etc. Sper sa fie istorie acuma.
Am mai avut si emotii - dupa ce am terminat tot, nu pornea mobra.. dat jos iar capace de distributie, verificat inca odata tot. Ciudat era ca nu simteam depresiune in admisie cand invara motorul, si am crezut ca tot nu am nimerit cum trrebuie cu distributie. Pana la urma era de la cablu de acceleratie - erau deschise clapetele de la carburatoare si nu tragea un amestec corect pentru pornire smile.gif si nici nu facea vacuum in admisie.
Odata ce a pornit, am impresie ca merge mult mai rotund motorul.

Ieri seara s-a stricat GPZ in trafic. A explodat un furtun de la sistemul de racire, si a dat tot apa afara, geyser style. Din pacate, fix pe piciorul meu. Asa ca acuma stau acasa cu arsuri de gradul 2 pe glezna.

Kawasaki a pornit bine dupa iarna. Azi am mers prima data pe an asta cu ea la munca, si prin oras ca sa platesc avans la o pereche de cauciucuri noi.
O ma mai inlocuiesc busonul de benzina, trebuie curatat lantul, si sper ca trec si sezon asta fara mari probleme.

Nu. O sa mai trag de el un an asa cum e. Intre timp o sa fiu atent la piese pe ebay et al. Cilindru cu compresie scazuta cel mai probabil are probleme cu supapa de admisie, uneori da un rateu in admisie. Se si explica, am gasit distributie pus total aiura.

hmda, bube.

Din 2009 pana toamna anul trecut nici macar am completat odata antigel. Pana cand in toamna am vazut ca s-a urcat temperatura spre rosu. In vas de lichid era destula antigel inca, dar mai are si un buson de presiune pe curcuit, si acolo se vedea ca in sistem era scazuta nivel.
Am completat atunci, si a 2-a zi a explodat un furtun de racire fix peste piciorul meu. Nu am mers ceva saptamanii pe motor din cauza arsurii, iar furtunul a fost inlocuit si antigel schimbat.
Pana s-a facut iarna am mai mers sporadic pe motor, si nu mai am avut probleme la sistem de racire.

Acuma dupa iarna am spalat vas de antigel, si cred ca era infundata furtunas cu care vas alimenteaza sistemul de racire. Asta explica de ce aveam vas plina de antigel, iar nivel scazut in sistemul de racire. Am rezolvat, curata, montat la loc, mers cu motor, tot ok.

A 2-a zi, suprize, curge atigel in 4 locuri. Sistem de racire are niste tevuse infipte in bloc, etansarea se face cu O-ringure de cauciu. Aparent au cedat mai mutle deodata sad.gif
Sau poate am mers eu mult timp cu prea putina lichid de racire, si nu a facut presiune cum face acuma cand am remediat problema cu alimentarea blocata?

Am mai cumparat 4 burdufe de carburator, le am mai schimbat odata in 2010, dar erau ceva aftermarket si s-au fisurat. Am si cumbarat un buson nou de benzina:

Unde le-ai gasit? Erau pe stoc?
Nu ma intereseaza pentru mine, dar sunt curios pentru ca citisem de niste comenzi Kawasaki pe motociclism.ro unde a durat foarte mult pana au fost aduse piesele.

Eu cumpar piesele de pe http://www.gpzzone.co.uk/ . Platesc PayPal, in 4 zile le am prin posta acasa, prin Royal Air Mail smile.gif
Site-ul este specializat numai in GPZ900r si cel de 500. Au in oferta si piese originale, si aftermarket, si totul e in stoc.

Dar si prin tara mai erau niste firme, dar intradevar, la o motocicleta ca asta, doar pe comanda, si poate sa dureaza 1, 2 saptamani pana iti vine piesea.

Si pentru lucruri care pot fi cumparate si SH, exista Ebay.

Am inlocuit o-ringuri la tevi de racire pe fata, se pare ca e etansat bine acuma. Am mai inlocuit un furtun de racire undeva jos, cel care a explodat intoamna anului trecut si care a fost atunci reparat provizoriu cu un furtun de Dacia.
Pentru ca fiecare reparatie la sistem de racire are ca rezultat o presiune mai bine mentinuta, pica garnituri etc in alte locuri. Vad ca azi a picurat un pic la pompa de apa, unde are si acolo un o-ring la nu stiu ce teava. Vedem ce sa intample, nu as umbla acolo pentru ca acces este foarte greu. Am observat ca si temperatura creste mai putin acuma, ventilator de racire porneste mai rapid.

Am inlocuit si lant de alternator / electromotor, cel veche era uzata si facea galagie, dar si cu cea noua mai face. It's a Kawasaki.

Desi e animal batran cu defecte legat de varsta, ma bucur in continuare de motor asta cool.gif

Am reusit sa gasesc si sa montez 2 cauciucuri noi, Avon AV45 azaro sport pe fata si Avon AV56 storm 2 ultra spate. In mod normal este recomandat sa montezi cauciucuri 'pereche', adica din aceas seria, pe fata si pe spate, dar pentru ca GPZ are niste dimensiuni mai rar intalnite la roti, asa ceva este greu de gasit. Ce gaseam 'pereche' erau de tehnologia veche, si/sau cu review-uri mai slabe. Am gasit insa combinatie asta de Avon, sunt si radiale, si am hotarat sa incerc.

Montaj a durat 3 ore (estimat a fost o ora), dar se pare ca la motociclete de varsta asa, totul e mai complicat.

Primele impresii sunt bune, motocicleta se lasa mai usor in viraj, frana tine mai bine, nu am ajuns la limita de aderenta inca, chiar daca sunt cauciucuri Touring si nu chiar sport, care au o compozitie de cauciuc mai moale.

Ieri am dezgropat rezervorul original de la GPz. Am inlocuit-o anul trecut, pentru ca avea o problema la buson, si dupa o ploaia aveam mereu apa in benzina. Intre timp am cumparat un buson nou, si acuma m-am apucat sa curat rezervor. Intai golire, apoi clatit cu apa multa, apoi electroliza. Pasul final va fi aplicare de un strat de protectie special pentru rezervoare de benzina metalice.

Pentru electroliza eate nevoie de o sursa de tensiune mica dar capabil de cativa ampere (e.g. 12V de la un redresor), un amestec de apa si detergent de rufe in rezervor (cu apa calda procesul chimic se accelereaza) si un electrod de cam orice metal mai putin inox, care o sa face resturi toxice. Electrod se introduce in amestecul fara sa atinge metal din rezervor. Pe electrod sa pune , pe rezervor - . Dupa scurt time se face o spuma si o sa iese mizerie la suprafata. Electrodul trebuie curatat frecvent.

Da, avea si o bucata de tabla gen folosit la pereti rigips atasata, dar asta s-a decompus rapid. Apoi am gasit baza de niste platini veche de BMW.. orice bucata de metal veche merge.
