e lasata jos (am desprins-o din urechile care tin bucsele)...n-am verificat asta...la 2 noaptea cand am terminat de bagat cutia si motorul n-am mai avut ochi si pt asta

azi am incercat sa schimb jantele cu rc-urile...dupa ce am dat doua roti jos si am fost sa pun cauciucuri pe ele am constatat ca imi trebuie suruburi mai lungi asa ca am lasat totul pt alta data

vesti bune...ce bine e sa stai cateodata departe de problema si sa te gandesti la altele...si apoi fara sa vrei sa te plesneasca ideea cea buna zic eu....dupa ce am luat o pauza de rechin de vreo luna cred si am fost ba in concediu ba la munca azi am stat si m-am tot uitat la alte motoare decat al meu...si zbang...s-a aprins nocturna...ce atatea variante cu suport de e28 m20 e34 m50 e36 m50 tralalala uite domne ce mi-a scornit mintea: 1.imi fixez provizoriu motorul in pozitia corecta...cumpar tabla de 1 cm grosime...tai 2 bucati si le pun pe bloc, apoi fac semne unde vin gaurile din bloc...dau gauri in placute si le fixez pe bloc...apoi sudez de fiecare din ele o cate o placuta la un anumit unghi incat placuta sudata de cea de pe bloc sa fie paralela cu pamantul 2. pe tampoanele de motor pun cate o placuta si dau gaura pt suruburile de la tampoane (mai mult ca sigur ca stiti cum arata un tampon si surubul in care se prinde suportul motorul). apoi de fiecare din placutele respective sudez o alta placuta care sa mearga in sus...perpendicular cu solul 3. apoi pun cap la cap piesele realizate....acolo unde se imbina fac o taietura si o sudura si cam asta ar trebui sa fie... ![]() nu cred ca pare complicat de facut mai ales ca am sculele necesare si un sudor cu experienta care sa ma ajute mai greu cred ca e sa va explic...daca am timp o sa fac un desen cu ce am descris mai sus iar la final cand totul o sa fie ok o sa vin si cu dimensiuni unghiuri etc va astept cu pareri...chiar insist... este ok ideea , dar mai trebuie dezvoltata in sensul ca nu are nici un fel de ranforsari , nu o sa tina asa .
tabla de 5 mm este de ajuns , daca-i faci ranforsari |

un singur lucru am apucat sa mai fac la masina...sa pun un parasolar in parbriz ![]() dar intre timp am muncit la e34 de care va vb mai sus...cazan de 400 mii km m20b25...schimbat discuri+placute fata spate +saboti+esapament+bielete antiruliu+bare de directie+bucse punte spate+flansa cardan si rulment intermediar+radiator etc etc...si merge cazanul...proprietarul a facut deja 300 km la drum intins cu mers intre 100-150 km/h si i-a consumat 8%...astept sa vad daca papa ulei si ce consum are in oras -------------------- ![]() |

Da-mi si mie niste detalii tehnice. Cum reusesti sa prinzi tamponul pe lonjeron, fara sa afectezii structura lui ?? |

nu ma supar deloc...daca va uitati voi bine la ce am spus o sa vedeti ca nu pomenesc nimic de schimbarea pozitiei tampoanelor...mai sus de desen am scris cum voi proceda...de aia am si postat...pt a vedea daca e ceva in neregula cu ideea mea...orice opinie e binevenita
