1.unul din amortizoarele fata curge cand face cursa...la 400 ron nu pot sa cer prea mulet
2. m-am apucat de m50....am comandat simering arbore cotit+simering din spatele cutiei+garnituri distributie, admisie, evacuare, culbutori...acum il curat de toata mizeria exterioara...dat pompa de servo jos, electromotor, intinzator etc...tot ce inseamna anexe...verificate, curatate si apoi pus la loc...sper sa termin cu astea in 2-3 zile....stau mai slab la capitolul timp liber

dupa cercetari amanuntite am constatat, cu parere de rau, ca sunt varza cuzinetii de la arbore si de la biele....am dat arborele jos si il trimit la buc la rectificat si apoi schimb cuzinetii in fc de ce cota o sa aiba arborele....also...schimb patinele si intinzatorul de la distributie, garnitura baie ulei si garnitura de la carcasa f ulei....sunt ceva banuti bagati dar asta e....,mi s-a pus pata si nu mai scap pana cand nu rezolv problema...din ce mi0am dat seama segmentii sunt ok....motorul nu consuma ulei inainte, nu scotea fum, are compresie si acum cand il invart...sper sa ma mai tina 50 mii km in conditii de exploatare normala....camasile de la bloc nu prezinta pic de uzura (atat cat am putut sa vad uitandu-ma de la arbore in sus)...ce sa mai....inca 2-3 saptamani se prelungeste operatiunea de transplant...va tin la curent...cu pozele mai greu....

Vezi ca 50000km trec repede.
Cel putin eu... ii fac in 2 ani.

Dar daca e cum zici, ar trebui sa tina macar 100000.

eu ii fac in 5 ani minim...ma refeream la 50000 cu segmentii ca reparatia la arbore ar trebui sa duca mult mai mult

am vazut pe net un proiect de m50b25 cu turbo...nu ma bate gandul la turbo...dar mi-a placut altceva la proiect...omul a vopsit motorul inainte de a-l monta....il am si eu dat jos si degresat...mai ca i-as trage o mana de vopsea...so: am nevoie de sfaturi in ceea ce priveste vopsitul motorului astfel incat sa reziste la temperaturi inalte...ii rog pe cei care cunosc sa imi dea si mie niste tip-uri

depinde ce culoare vrei s al faci.in general nu e temperatura mai mare decat la frane.sau decat este supusa o caroserie in soare vara.deci temp nu cred ca depaseste 100 grade sub motor.pe cand la frane.sare cateodata.eu zic blocul sa l faci negru....admisia spalata bine.e tot neagra.chiuloasa.este argintie.curatata beton.nu prea ai ce sa vopsesti la ea.si pe evacuare perie de sarma.si niste spray argintiu pt temperatura mare.ce ai putea face in alta culoara.dar nu roz.fulia motorului .suportul filtrului de ulei.fulia de servo.alternatorul un argintiu nou.ca sigur nu mai straluceste...cam asa ceva.nu te apuci sa desenezi motorul cu roz verde galben tongue.gifP
maxim ceva rosu .pe la fulii.da bine in negru si argintiu.si nu cred ca ti trbee vre o vopsea speciala. vibrochenul e in asteptarea curierului.....a zis ca pana in 15 trece sa l ridice.sper sa nu uite de el:P

si surpriza neplacuta...cuzinetul 6 de la arborele cotit (cel cu liner sau guler) nu intra pe arbore...cand a fost rectificat nu au luat si din peretii laterali ai arborelui...dam' fuckin' shit...maine vad ce e de facut

Vremea cand se efectuau in mod curent reparatii capitale asupra motoarelor a apus de multi ani. Acum totul se inlocuieste, si de regula in "module" din ce in ce mai mari.

3. specificatii stricte privind rugozitatea si/sau tratamentul suprafetelor de lucru.

In loc de rectificari / reconditionari, este de preferat sa inlocuiti cu piese second-hand originale BMW la cota "0"- evident, in stare buna.
Aici se incadreaza printre altele: alezare bloc motor, rectificare arbore cotit.

Da, probabil ca exista inca prin tara ateliere unde se lucreaza bine. Dar daca nu aveti macar 4-5 referinte privind atelierul respectiv, din care sa rezulte o rata de succes de 100%, atunci e bine sa nu riscati. Chiar si atunci, apelati la aceasta solutie numai daca nu gasiti piese la cota standard, sau vreti sa faceti ceva "custom".

Cazul lui elvislorin e fericit, intrucat rectificarea incorecta a iesit in evidenta inca din timpul motajului.
Dar era la fel de posibil ca problemele de rectificare sa rezulte abia dupa ce motorul este complet asamblat, instalat si pornit. Atunci costurile si frustrarea deveneau drastice.

Sfatul meu:
- arunca arborele rectificat si cauta unul bun la cota standard, de pe un motor second-hand. Verifica-l vizual daca suprafetele de lucru sunt perfecte si masoara-l daca este in parametri. Stiu, pierzi banii deja dati pentru rectificare si cuzineti, dar elimini orice risc si o sa ai la sfarsit un motor perfect functional;
- daca schimbi segmentii, atunci trebuie neaparat sa honuiesti cilindrii cu o perie cu pietre, sau similar.
