Am desfacut si eu un amortizor (de spate) acum o saptamana. Ma confrunt cu o gramada de probleme. Fi amabil si explica-mi si mie:
Am scos uleiul din el, l-am pus la pastrare. Mi se pare ca amortizorul nu era plin de ulei. Eu am de gand sa scurtez corpul amortizorului astfel incat sa imi ajunga uleiul sa il umplu 100%.

Am observat urmatoarele:
- supapa pentru COMPRESIE se afla montata pe tija amortizorului. Nu am avut cheia necesara pentru a desface mai mult si a deduce cum lucreaza si cum se intareste. In principiu vreau sa limitez deschiderea supapei.
- supapa pentru DESTINDERE se afla in capatul cilindrului. Pentru a-l intari limitez deschiderea ei (cu o saiba) si schimb arcul cu unul mai tare.
- Supapa de pe destindere trebuie sa fie "mai a dracu'" decat cea de pe compresie. Un amortizor bun se comprima "usor" si revine "greu".
- In capul superior al cilindrului interior exista 3 gauri prin care comunica cilindrul interior cu cel exterior. Acolo nu se umbla.
E bine?

Atasez o poza cu amortizorul:

nu stiu sa iti zic nimic legat de amortizor.eu leam dus la nenea codescu ,sii-am explicat cam cat am taiat din arc si mi-a scurtat el cat a stiut.iar la duritate i-am zis sa le faca medii,nici moi nici prea tari.asa ca nu stiu sa iti dau nici un sfat.

bart nu ma supar.doar am explicat din ce motiv desfac motorul.iar la restul:frane,directie,amortizoare,tobe si alte dracii de pe acolo se cerea o inlocuire.ca exemplu amortizoarele pe spate am reusit sa le comprim cu mana.tot ce e pe masina se afla intr-o stare jalnica.nici mie nu imi place sa tot bag atatia bani in timp scurt da asta e.

capace la ele nu am momentan iar alea de e34 nu am idee daca se potrivesc.

intre timp am rezolvat si pasajele cu o coada de lopata si acum nu mai imi ating.aseara le-am pus in graba si nu am mai stat sa verific.
