S-au cam facut 3 ani de cand merg cu touring diesel. Este o masina cas s-a dovedit sa fie cu bune si rele, ca orice masina la rulajul asta probabil.
Dar, probabil inspirat fiind de TiL, microbul de benzinar a inceput sa roada din nou. Microbul usor de hranit si in conditiile de antipatie fata de miros si vibratii de diesel. Am mai ridicat miza cu niste cerinte; sa fie cat de cat dotata, cutie automata si euro 4. Asta reduce cu mult candidati, E39 a avut euro 4 doar in 2002 si 2003 cu o sinura exceptie vazut in acte la o masina din 2001. Ce a urmat a fost cautari pe net, vizionari de masini, un drum degeaba pana la Gilau iar in-trun final dupa inca o deplasare, de data asta cu avion, in Cluj, pot sa spun un sincer - Oops I did it again. Unii o spun Buffy, eu momentan o spun umflata pentru ca asa e capota, am gasit-o in Cluj Napoca intr-o curte la un service unde isi astepta soarta. Este cred ca de noua in Romania, a avut un incident rutier relativ recent, a fost condus in ultimii ani de o persoana in varsta. Din pacate are si rugina, cel mai rau la prag dreapta langa vas de lichid parbriz unde ma astept sa gasesc mult pamant strans, si la aripi spate intre bara si aripa. Interior este crem, sau era, caci este foarte murdare, uzata si sezut de sofer are burete prabusita si o ruptura. Poze pe fuga cu lucruri rele: La plecare: Si ajuns. Planul este sa o pun de drum, sa vad daca imi place, iar dupa ce trag o concluzie o sa trebuie sa dispare o masina din colectie. Pe langa ce se vede mai are probleme cu incarcare si radiator piscat undeva in zona de elice. Motorul merge frumos. Este cu o zi mai noua decat Touring. Nu, nu am in plan, pare sa face inca ce trebuie, iar legat de consum de ulei nu imi dau seama cat dispare si pe unde.
Ar fi caz intai o garnitura la baia de ulei, si cred ca si garnutura capac culbutori (parca e ud in spate un pic). Senzor termic nivel ulei. Curele accesori si cred ca o rola pe acolo. etc. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Avea, ca multe motoare M54, o mica scapare de ulei la capacul de tacheti. Cauza este materialul folosit la garnitura - buna. Cu timp se intareste, se face casant, iar dupa multe cicluri de incalzire-racire apar scapari. La al meu era umed sin spate jos, garnitura peste gaelerie de evacuare este murdare, si uneori cadea o picatura pe evacurare (miros ulei ars). Asadar am cumparat garnitura noua, si m-am apucat de schimb. Cel veche era atat de casant in cat ca parera ebonita, desi era data 2007, a mai fost schimbata. Garnitura intre intr-o fanta in capac, si capacul cand se strange comprima garnitura ceva millimetri. Suruburile din capac au si ele o garnitura, si teoretic se strang pana la capat, presiune pe garnitura fiind limitata de de garnitura de sub suruburiile. Doar ca mi s-a spart capacul cand am strans, desi am strans treptat, cat un pic. Cauca - cred ca fie garnituriile de sub suruburi erau prea imbatranite (le am refolosit initial pe cele vechi pentru ca setul de garnituri noi nu le avea incluse), sau capacul avea deja o slabiciune. Nu stiu. Ulterior am gasit pe net ca si altii au patit-o. Un capac nou costa cam 1500ron asa ca am facut o incercare cu epoxy, sa-l lipesc si sa-l intaresc si acolo unde inca era intreg. Am cumparat si cele 15 garnituri de surub noi, dar nici nu am mai strans suruburi pana la capat, am folosit si silicon, sper ca am scapat de problema. Lectie invatata capacul de tacheti este foarte fragila capacul de tacheti costa o gramada de bani nu ar trebui sa refolosite garnituri vechi la suruburi, desi cele vechi nu erau tari, la cele noi totusi s-a simtit diferenta suruburiile trebuie stranse in pasi foarte mici. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still
