325i fost A, actualmente manual Are de toate, inclusiv probleme Merge bine in afara, arata binisor (n-am gasit rugina vizibila pe niciunde), hardtop, AC, suspensie, interior sport alea alea ... 182K km, adus in tara in 2013 - a stat mai mult in garaj, n-a facut decat 900km in 6 ani. Aici se termina partile pozitive. Broblem: - cutia automata a fost schimbata cu un Getrag 240 (pare de M20 din ce zice Goagal, desi ar fi trebuit un 260); timoneria e cam in pom, ma rog - nu ne plictisim la volan - AC montat de proprietar pare destul de OE... dar cu belele, pare sa determine supraincalzirea motorului - am muscat-o odata ; fara el pornit face fata aglomeratiei - am o bataie in podea daca plec mai tare - doar in treapta I; dar asta a aparut dupa ce am luat-o, a trebuit sa-i fac rodajul, deh ; - niste scurgeri de ulei cutie, motor etc - ceva improvizatii pe parte electrica - am gasit niste sigurante arse pe la baterie, are un casetofon si alarma montate, poate de aici... - nu merge decapotarea electrica - becuri de toate culorile aprinse prin bord Am ceva dileme legate de ce vreau sa fac cu ea, dar mai am timp pana la primavara cand o sa iasa din hibernare. Scopul imediat e o revizie/inspectie completa pana nu vine frigul. |

Mi-ar fi placut sa o aduc la starea originala, dar imi e foarte greu sa gasesc o automata compatibila.
Sau o automata in general... Am gasit una de iX tot de pe 2.5 - dar nu se potriveste carcasa pt ca are infipta in capat cutia de transfer. Acelasi tip mai are un 4HP22, dar de 324d.... cu alte rapoarte si nu stiu din ce an. Altcineva imi zicea ca a demontat n cutii automate inclusiv de pe modele 316/318 si toate-s la fel... Pana si alea de M20 au diverse variante, pare ca mie imi trebuie E-9, masina fiind 1990. Nu stiu daca mai trebuie matchuit calc cutiei cu ECU motor, nu stiu daca de la alta cutie se potrivesc conductele hidraulice etc etc. E o mare bataie de cap QUOTE That is too complicated in my opinion, your 1992 E32 735 has a newer version E-9. First of all, the 1992 valve body has a 7-pin port. The Electronic Control system was first introduced in 1986 and was incorporated into the totaly hydraulic 4HP-22 unit produced by ZF. The 3rd version, designated "E-9", has 4 solenoids on the valve body, was introduced in Mid-1989 and used up thru 1994. This version uses a shift solenoid for the reverse lockout function. valve bodies are different, trans control modules are different. Cred ca am tot timpul din lume sa gasesc una automata "de la mama ei" in viitor, momentan inclin tot mai mult spre a monta un kit de 260 + timonerie + cardan, macar pt a merge corect pana atunci. O alta dilema e radiatorul: sa iau unul mare pt cutie automata sau pt cutie manuala ? Ala de automata are racitor de ulei inclus, daca pun manuala ma incurca cu ceva ? Poate fi obturata intrarea de la cutie sau ceva de genul ? |
