Salutare, sunt nou pe aici! Sper sa nu fac prea multe prostii pana ma dumiresc cum stau treburile cu postarile! Vaporasul este la mine din luna mai, anul trecut! De cand l-am luat, i-am schimbat traseul de evacuare (inox are acum) plus catalizatoarele, discurile de frana, placutele, sabotii (pentru frana de mana), toate noi! Schimbat uleiuri la diferential, la cutia de viteze (plus filtru), filtrul de benzina si un proiector de ceata care era spart. Montat alarma cu pornire din telecomanda si raza de 1500m, curatat sistemul de injectie (nu ca as fii avut probleme, dar imi place sa stiu eu ca totul este in regula) si cam atat. Merge bine, nu am probleme cu ea, are grija de mine pentru ca si eu am grija de ea... smile.gif

tot traseul este din inox? de la ce firma? e prima oara cand aud p cineva ca isi pune asa ceva pe un E32....nu e prea zgomotoasa?

Voi incerca sa rezolv cu pozele. Traseul este de B***a (nu stiu daca am voie sa pun numele complet) si este de la "saxofon" pana la finala, care am pastrat-o originala. Nici mie nu-mi place sa sune tare, nu-i sta bine, plus ca am schimbat si catalizatoarele... Se aude foarte putin mai tare, aproape ca nici nu-ti dai seama. Poate din cauza catalizatoarelor si a finalei originale... S-auzim de bine!

apropo de mode...toata lumea tree sa fie in ton cu moda ? pe trend ca sa zic asa ? nu mai bine face fiecare ce vrea ? eu aveam traseu stock acum 3 ani,nu de moda,pur si simplu pt ca iimi place cum se aude 6 cyl de bmw....moda asta e o spalare pe creier...parerea mea...

N-a fost vorba nici o clipa de moda cand am schimbat evacuarea. Imi aduc perfect aminte ca le-am spus baietilor de la atelier ca nu vreu sa sune, nu vreau sa se auda, pentru ca nu se preteaza la asa ceva! Baietii mi-au spus ca putin, putin se va auzi mai tare, dar doar foarte putin. Si au avut dreptate; se aude doar foarte putin mai tare, nu este deloc deranjant, chiar mai placut parca! Poze cu motorul, chiar nu am, dar se rezolva curand daca asta e dorinta! Oricum nu este nimic modificat pe acolo, imi place cat mai original! Voi pune poze si cu interiorul, cu toate ca nu este in cea mai buna forma. Despre numar, asa a fost sa fie, e la rand, nu preferential.

Multumesc, multumesc mult de primire! celb (4).gif Intra-adevar ce scrie acolo la profil, este o greseala... conf (9).gif Despre un plus de putere nu se pune problema, dar as putea spune ca acum sunt prezenti la apel toti cei 188 de caluti! N-am vrut sa elimin catalizatoarele din circuitul de evacuare din simplul motiv ca asa a fost ea facuta de mama ei si m-am gandit ca stiu ei mai bine ca mine de ce le-au pus acolo... Plus ca nu se stie ce idei le vor venii baietilor de la impozite. Oricum in cartea de identitate tot non-euro este trecuta, dar daca se ingroasa gluma, sper sa ma ajute la ceva catalizatoarele alea, mai ales ca sunt curate, sunt noi! Barto, fratelo, noi doi trebuie sa ne cunoastem, sa studiem impreuna clasa a 7-a! flm (7).gif fnd (7).gif fnd (22).gif Bafta si s-auzim de bine!

La tine nu, dar E32 avea niste catalizatoare mai primitivi/restrictivi.. Varianta fara catalizator avea 195 de cai parca, cei 7 sa pierd pe catalizator. Toate asta nu masurat de mine, dar citit pe aici acolo.

Da, chir si-n link-ul acela se spune despre Havana, nu ca ar fii fost ceva deosebit, dar asta mi-am amintit referitor la pozele cu interiorul, care intre noi fie vorba, nu-i chiar in cea mai buna stare... Deh, anii... Cat despre cotul de admisie de la debitmetru... De un an si ceva de cand suntem impreuna, nu m-a suparat, fapt pentru care nici eu nu supar! david,vezi ca bart stie bine bine ce zice cand vine vb de e32/al lui nu era in cea mai buna forma cand l-a luat,iar acum,din ce aud de la el,merge bine masina (din ce spune+consum) . cotul intr-adevar parca nu e de bmw,da atata timp cat nu trage aer fals ,nu cred ca e o prea mare bataie de cap.
vb cu pustiulik de interior.pt crapaturi are niste zmacuri care fac minuni!

Ooopaaa, probleme! sad.gif A inceput sa se auda o bataie pe sub vapor (si nu e de la valuri)... Undeva intre scaunele din fata, in dreptul cutiei de viteze, pe acolo pe undeva... Ma gandesc la cardan... doh (14).gif Peste 50km/h nu se mai aude, totul e normal. Se aude mai pronuntat cand plec mai repejor de pe loc (fara sa exagerez absolut deloc cu acceleratia, duar un pic mai repejor) si atunci cand urc rampe mai inclinate. Cum spuneam, ma gandesc la cardan, ar putea fii altceva?...

Defapt daca ma gandesc bine, ai dreptate! Altceva nu are ce sa fie, dar asta presupune rampa+scule+presa+menghina=ma depaseste situatia. Nu am posibilitatile necesare (conditiile) unde sa fac treaba asta, aici. Trebuie mers intr-un service! Cam cat o fii sa faci asta la un service aici? Trebuie verificat. Oricum alta varianta nu am, n-ar fii bine sa-mi zboare cardanul de la locul lui pe autostrada la 140-160km/h! N-ar fii, tocmai placut!... wallbash.gif

Totusi, flansa, parca e mai in spate, putin... Mai prin dreptul franei de mana, iar zgomotele se aud prin dreptul cutiei de viteze... Sunt aici! Dar nu pot sa te ajut, decat sa dau si eu cu parerea.. cardan sa invarte cu o turatie destul de mare (turatie de roti * raport de diferential), daca e o bataie de acolo, ar trebui sa fie o bataie cu o freqventa care creste repede cu viteza, indiferent in ce viteze e. La mers inapoi tot asa face? Am mai avut si eu ceva sunete ciudate de la cardan, dar la inapoi era linistit.
Flansa e chiar la iersire de cutie.

Bart, sigur nu ma pacalesti? Eu stiam ca flansa e aia care impreuneaza si echilibreaza cele doua bucati de cardan si care se afla ceva mai in spate, nu chiar la iesirea din cutie... Se aude si la mersul inapoi, dar doar daca accelerez mai tare. Defapt asa face si la plecatul de pe loc in linie dreapta (doar daca accelerez un pic mai tare), daca o las in banii ei si accelerez foarte usor nu se aude nimic deosebit, dar cand drumul este in rampa, bate oricum as lua-o! Chestia asta se intampla pana la o anumita viteza ( in jur de 50km/h), dupa care totul este ok, nimic deosebit.

Azi am facut comanda pentru filtru de aer, bujii si un set de curele (trei la numar). Maine ar trebuii sa le am!... Tot maine am programare la service sa rezolvam treaba cu vibratiile de la cardan! S-auzim de bine! smile.gif

Din coamnda pe care am facut-o ieri, mi-au venit numai setul de curele si filtrul de aer, fara bujii. annoyed_h4h.gif Asta e, se pare ca se intampla si la altii, nu doar la noi... Am fost in service, au ridicat masina pe elevator si au constatat asa: tamponul din dreapta masinii, de la jugul care sustine cutia de viteze, este rupt. Si asa e! Drept urmare s-a facut comanda pentru ambele tampoane la reprezentanta BMW de aici, din Heraklion. Costa 42 de euro ambele si le vor aduce vineri, asa au spus cei de la reprezentanta... E32-ul este foarte rar pe aici, mi-au spus cei din service. De cand sunt eu aici si sunt de ceva vreme, n-am vazut decat unul singur si acela dezmembrat, in fata unui service. Astazi i-am schimbat filtrul de aer, MAN, pentru ca asta folosesc cand schimb filtre, indiferent de care sunt ele. Am tras un ochi si la rulmentul care impreuneaza cele doua parti ale cardanului si este nou, se pare ca cel care a avut masina l-a schimbat nu cu mult timp in urma. Asadar, asteptam ziua de vineri! smile.gif

Precizare; nu de alta, dar poate-mi pierd hartiile de prin masina. Schimbat ulei motor + filtru de ulei la 291300 km, pe 31 august 2009. Schimbat ulei la cutia de viteze + filtru la 285232 km, pe 15 septembrie 2008. Schimbat discuri de frana (fata/spate) + placute + sabotii pentru frana de mana + filtru benzina la 285315 km, pe 23 septembrie 2008. Schimbat filtru aer la 291312 km, pe 7 octombrie 2009.

Bart, ia verifica tampoanele de la jugul care sustine cutia de viteze! In partea din spate a cutiei, la imbinarea cu cardanul, se afla cele doua tampoane de forma cilindrica, pozitionate stanga-dreapta. Schimba-le intai pe cele de la cutie, se rolva mai repede si cu mai putini bani + ca s-ar putea sa nu mai fie nevoie sa le schimbi pe cele de la motor. Eu cu ceva vreme in urma aveam o usoara vibratie la ralanti, dar destul de greu sesizabila. Ma gandesc acum, dupa ce s-a intamplat ce s-a intamplat, ca vibratia respectiva ar putea fii de la tampoanele de la cutie... Voi vedea, dupa ce le voi schimba daca persista vibratia cu pricina. Astazi mi-au sosit bujiile, BOSH SUPER plus WR8LC+GERMANY, asa scrie pe ele! smile.gif

M-i s-a parut ca este nou, dar nu este deloc asa. sad.gif Acum, fiind in Bucuresti, unde-mi recomandati sa-l schimb si daca aveti idee cam cat face toata treaba, cat costa? help.gif

Am urmat sfatul lui TiL, l-am intrebat pe INTERCEPTOR daca are timp si chef sa-mi schimbe rulmentul de la cardan si cum chef avea, dar cu timpul nu prea statea bine, ramasese s-o rezolvam saptamana viitoare! Cum nu aveam stare s-o rezolv mai repede m-am dus la un service prin Prelungirea Ghencea cu gandul initial de a schimba rulmentul de la jumatatea cardanului. Zis si facut! Mai bine-mi vedeam de treaba mea... conf (9).gif Am ajuns in service ii spun omului de acolo ce ma doare, se apuca de treaba, da cardanul jos si gaseste, pe langa rulmentul cu pricina si crucea de la cardan, din fata, de la imbinarea cu cutia de viteze, sparta! mega_shok.gif Masina a ramas in service pentru ca nu aveam crucea cu pricina... A doua zi la ora patru trebuia sa ridic masina de acolo, sa fie gata. Si n-a fost! Astazi, in cea de a treia zi, am ridicat masina din service si am o puternica vibratie care vine de la cardan atunci cand merg cu mai mult de 60km/h... Mi-au spus ca am cardanul descentrat si sa ma duc sa-l centrez... wallbash.gif Super tari mecanicii de acolo! Whip.gif Se pare ca, inca, n-a disparut treaba asta din Romania... Trebuie sa stai pe capul mecanicului ca sa-ti faca treaba buna! Daca lasi masina in service si pleci... Nu faci bine! vio (33).gif

Da, nasol, treaba cu cardan. Decentrat inseamna montat gresit? Sau trebuie echilibrat? La ce service ai fost pe pr. Ghencea? Am fost si eu odata la un service de acolo, nu mai tin minte de nume, au si spalatorie acolo, nu m-a lasat o impresia rea.

Tind sa cred ca trebuia sa-ti monteze cardanul la jumatate exact in pozitia in care fusese. Dar pentru ca au umblat si in fata, s-a pierdut alinierea. Si cum majoritatea crede ca nu are importanta alinierea acolo cu echilibrarea, nu si-or fi nontat pozitiile inainte de a-l desface. Si aici sunt doua "tabere" unii care cred ca are importanta alinierea, altii care zic ca nu. Eu sunt de parere ca are importanta, inca nu am vazut nicaieri negru pe alb ca nu ar conta.

Mai e o bucsa in capatul cardanului dinspre cutie, care centreaza cardanul pe axul cutiei de viteze. Vedeti sa fie si aia intreaga.

Service-ul se afla in spatele unei foste benzinarii Petrom ( o benzinarie mica ), pe Prelungirea Ghencea, pe langa un liceu. Nu au spalatorie.

Parerea mea e ca se dezechilibreaza doar daca umbli la jumatate (la rulmentul intermediar) si nu-l mai pui la loc in aceeasi pozitie.

So, daca umbli doar la cruce, nu are de ce sa se dezechilibreze smile.gif

David, ai putea sa mergi pe incercate, sa muti pozitia canelurilor cate un pas si apoi sa faci probe. Dar e de munca, pierzi multe ore. Despre echilibrat, nu stiu unde se poate face.

Am programare joi la RUNE! Au schimbat si rulmentul intermediar de la jumatate, defapt pentru asta m-am dus initial in service si apoi au gasit si crucea...

Gata, s-a rezolvat cu vibratiile de la cardan! E ca noua!!! lgh (24).gif dance2.gif party.gif Mi-au schimbat inca o data crucea de la cardan din fata, la partea dinspre cutie, dupa care l-au echilibrat. Au facut treaba buna! Baietii de la echilibrari cardane mi-au spus ca orice interventie asupra cardanului ( cruce, cruci sau rulment schimbat ) trebuie urmata de o echilibrare.

Odata cu venirea frigului si-a facut reaparitia o problema care am mai avut-o anul asta prin ianuarie, februarie... annoyed_h4h.gif Intrerupe, nu merge rotund ca si cum n-ar lucra toate bujiile, s-au ar fii inecata... Face doar la rece?
Toyota nou-nouta face la fel la rece, de cand s-a racorit afara. Intrerupe putin pe la 1500-2200rpm.

Ai fise si bujii bune?

Masina are un senzor pentru temperatura de aer in admisie, e in corpul debitmetru. O fi de la asta?
Pe de alta parte, pe langa ca e mai frig, e si umezeala. Nu o fi de la umezeala?

Bart, ai cumva idee unde este montat la tine senzorul de temperatura exterioara? Undeva prin bara ar trebuii sa fie, dar nu stiu unde anume exact, nu-l gasesc deloc, m-am tot uitat dupa el...
