salutare...recent mi-am luat un rechin...boala mea...2.8 benzina....masina arata excelent la exterior (directia si transmisia sunt in stare excelenta...doar capetele de bara de pe fata trebuie schimbate)...interiorul e cam varza dar se rezolva (fete usi, scaun sofer si capitonaj trapa)...mai am ceva reglaje pe la motor de facut...masina e luata de pe forum de la Edi...de cand am luat-o i-am schimbat uleiul, bujiile, maine ii schimb si filtrul de aer...ii schimb si regulatorul de relanti de pe un e34 m30...are niste intreruperi la relanti iar in mers sub 2000 de ture da sa moara...i-am reglat si avansul...mai am de munca la ea...noroc ca mai am de unde lua piese...beleaua e ca in severin e greu de gasit un mecanic pt genul asta de masini
cam atat...mai revin cu detalii cand o sa mai fie timp pt lucrat la ea -------------------- ![]() |

o masina f misto....sa o stapanesti sanatos si bine ai venit in randul posesorilor de E28....sau "aia care arunca cu banii pe geam cand ies la plimbare" .....

motorul asta cand il vei pune la punct cu reglajele va fi de vis! are 100 si ceva de mii pana in 130 parca....e practic nou pt un m30 .... daca si esapamentu e bun ....sunetul va fi cel de rigoare ![]() @haifisch- macar nu ii aruncam la "revizie " pe mainile scumpe ale mecanicilor de reprezentanta ,investim in placere nu in nevoie ![]() -------------------- Bob

Vezi ca E34 a avut alta injectie, asa ca nu se potriveste regulatorul de relanti. Pune-i avansul la punct, fiecare grad conteaza. Apoi daca ai fise, bujii, capac delco bune ar trebui sa mearga frumos. -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

1. Pentru pompa de benzina... test de debit: scoti furtunul de tur il bagi in sticla, dai cheie si vezi daca arunca multa benzina.
2. Ca sa te asiguri ca ai presiune in rampa de injectie, gatuieste cu un patent furtunul de retur si vezi daca se schimba radical mersul motorului. Daca da, e posibil ca regulatorul de presiune sa fie naspa. 3. Vezi sa nu fie infundat/blocat regulatorul asta: Scoate furtunul de retur, pune-l in sticla si da la cheie. Ar trebui sa curga benzina. Daca testul 1 a fost ok, inseamna ca regulatorul e infundat si motorul merge inecat, plus ca risti sa omori pompa de benzina. Problema asta a avut-o 732-ul sportivului. A pus regulatorul de la E28 528 si a scapat. Ce se potriveste de la E34 M30? Injectia+chiulasa ![]() ![]() Esti sigur ca fisele sunt ok? Intreruperi la relanti, plus intreruperi sub 2000rpm sunt semne de aprindere nasoala: fise pe duca sau capac delco cu electrozii mancati. Luleaua se duce si ea, dar mai greu. Am avut si eu 525 cu doua fise nasoale si ma chinuiam sa-l tin numai peste 2000rpm ca sa mearga ok. Am descoperit destul de greu care erau vinovatele. ca sa ti dai seama daca sutn fisele, porneste o noaptea si uita te sub capota...eu asa am aflat ce si cum apropo...vezi sa n ai vre un alt cablu prins de vre o fisa....la mien era prins cablul de la pompa stropitorulor d parbriz de fisa centrala si fura acolo ca la balamuc P.S. nu vreau sa i fac contra concurente lui til...dar am auzit ca sunt fise la metru...asta in caz ca ai fise ca la mine, de lka care capetele se prind cu holsurub ![]() spor la munca -------------------- Eu am dreptate, tu nu. Dar pentru libertatea ta de a nu avea dreptate, eu voi lupta până la moarte.

Tari fisele alea la care poti sa pastrezi capetele. Am impresia ca au fost folosite doar inainte de E28.
Unele de genul ala am folosit, imprumutate de la Interceptor, pana le-am schimbat pe cele doua buclucase ![]() Daca are asa, scapa ieftin. rezolvatul problemelor o sa fie quality time...time care nu prea este zilele astea...am pe e34 de 3l motor m30 cutia si ambreiajul ok...o sa vad daca se potrivesc...cu ocazia scap si de problemele de timonerie...cu intreruperile nu am apucat sa fac nimic

am inceput munca la cutie cu ajutorul lui sorin (nana dau o bere sambata)...am desfacut suruburile de la cutie de jos si de pe laterale, am dat jos galeria de evacuare si cardanul...o sa ridicam un pic masina de bot si apoi o sa dam drumul la motor si la cutie din tampoane...in mod normal ar trebui sa se lase cutia in jos si motorul sa se duca in sus...astfel as avea acces la suruburile din partea de sus...cu putin noroc maine ar fi gata prima parte a operatiunii de transplant
raman in continuare nelamurit cu rapoartele cutiei de pe e34 3.0i...sunt la fel cu cea de pe rechin 2.8 sau difera? -------------------- ![]() |

Daca gasesti un cod pe cutie, gasesti pe net rapoartele.
Cred ca sunt (aproape) la fel, BMW-uri de pe vremuri folosesc diferentiale cu rapoarte diferite in functie de motor. Cutiile erau la fel. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

in sfarsit am desfacut toate suruburile de la cutia de pe e34...mi-era frica ca pica pe mine dar uite ca nu...acum mai sta in priza...cred...maine o sa scot de acolo...m-am chinuit ceva...imaginati-va ca am scos apa din balta de sub masina cu o lopata ciuruita...am pus un panou si la treaba...am folosit doua seturi de prelungitoare la racila...dupa ce am dat drumul la cardan si la suportii de la cutie a coborat cam 5-10 cm...suficient ca sa pot baga tubularele cu prelungitoarele (cam 1 m)...am vazut ca erau ceva pierderi de ulei la cutia asta...probabil pe la semeringul dinspre cardan...o sa il schimb...

din lipsa de timp nu am mai facut mare lucru...am incercat sa dau volanta de pe e34 jos...tough job...greu sa faci parghie de sub masina ca sa poti slabi suruburile...so...mi-am comandat un ambreiaj nou pt masina...si curelele pt pompa servo si alternator...si termostatul

astazi am schimbat termostatul, curelele si am pus la punct timoneria...maine urmeaza sa schimb carbunii si rulmentii la alternator apoi sa pun cutia
am gasit si canalele de scurgere a apei de la turela...dar doar pe cele din partea fata...mai caut maine un lucru deranjant...masina a fost echipata din fabrica cu o cutie automata...dupa ce s-a pus cea manuala au lasat sa atarne tevile de vin la radiator in cutia automata...acum sunt infundate cu o carpa...maine ma ocup de ele...vreo idee?...de asemenea mai e un manunchi de fire la motor pe partea pasagerului cam pe langa oale...si astea atarna...pffff al doilea lucru deranjant...evacuarea a fost schimbata incepand chiar dinaintea tobei intermediare...in loc sa fie doua tevi + toba intermediara apoi iar doua tevi si apoi toba finala la mine e doar o teava de diametru cam mic si o toba finala cam maruntica...am o finala de diesel...sa vad cum fac rost de restul de evacuare...are cineva?ma ajutati cu vreo idee? -------------------- ![]() |

![]() in alta ordine de idei...m-am blocat...am pus cutia pe masina (mersi sorine si milica) dar din greseala am comandat un disc pt model de pana in 84...si nu intra in viteza decat cu motorul oprit...bani dati degeaba...asa ca scot la vanzare un disc de ambreiaj pt 528i fabricat pana in 1984 luna martie...pret 150 ron...marca schneider...pt comparatie: un sachs nu gasiti sub 600 ron...acum o sa iau si volanta de pe e34 de la curte si o sa o montez cu discul si placa de presiune a ei...au uzura mica...ar trebui sa mearga -------------------- ![]() |

montat cutia de pe e34(pt a treia oara...de data asta a durat cam 3 ore cu dat jos si remontat...yey)...merge...mai sunt probleme la aerisire ambreiaj (s-ar parea ca de la cilindrul de sub pedala) si la alimentarea cu benzina...pompa ori a crapat ori i-am atins vreun fir si nu se alimenteaza...o sa verific zilele astea...dar deja s-a pus zapada si e mai greu de lucrat.
nenea til...esti mare daca ai reusit sa schimbi singur cutia la bordura...eu am lucrat pe rampa cu sorin si inca un baiat si ne-am chinuit un pic...adevarul e ca la ultima tentativa a fost usor ca stiam joaca...dar tot a fost nevoie de macar 2 oameni... -------------------- ![]() |

azi am reusit sa o pornesc cu ajutorul lui sorin...pe langa pompa de benzina de sub rezervor mai era un kkt de pompa in rezervor (desi din fabrica nu s-a pus asa aceva) iar asteia i se rupsese un furtun...pe zi ce trece descopar tot mai multe rahaturi care s-au facut la masina...am dat afara pompa din rezervor si am lasat=o pe cea originala...mai trebuie facute reglaje...banuiesc ca inainte nu statea la relanti cum trebuie din cauza acestei pompe...cu ambreiajul tot nimic deocamdata...o sa iau un cilindru master sau pompa de ambreiaj sau cum naiba ii spune si apoi vad ce se intampla ...incet incet se fac doua luini de cand stau pe bara cu rechinul...

nu e chiar asa de rau precum pare dar nici atat de mult pe cat ma asteptam...daca era vara treceam mai usor...dar cu vremea astea imi ingheata mainile pe fiare...m-am uitat azi la e30-ul busit de la curte si am vazut ca e acelasi cilindru ca si pe e28 (plus ca am verificat pe realoem si pe tecdoc daca se potrivesc)...o sa incerc cu el prima data
SFAT DE SFAT: NU LUCRATI LA MASINI IN ZI DE SARBATOARE...CONSECINTELE SUNT DRASTICE...nu sunt religios de felul meu dar de fiecare data cand am lucrat in zi de sarbatoare mi s-a intamplat cate o belea...prea mare coincidenta...si nu mai vreau sa mai risc o alta improvizatie la masina...s-a dus butucul de la usa sofer si in loc sa il schimbe proprietarul dinainte (nu edi) a ales sa monteze o alarma pe care a legat=o la inchiderea centralizata a masinii si cica asa s-a rezolvat problema...halal mod...cine ma ajuta cu ceva idei? sa iau butucii de la urs?sau de la e34?desi nu am cheile de la ele va rog idei -------------------- ![]() |

mi-am comandat cilindrul de ambreiaj (ala de pe urs nu se poate recupera)...am comandat si furtunele de ulei de servo de pleaca de la vas inspre pompa servo (erau fisurate si prin ele curgea) si tre sa fac o garnitura (pt ca nu o gasesc sa o pot comanda) pt pompa de frana...daca aveti alte idei pt garnitura de la pompa frana va rog sa mi le spuneti si mie...cu putin noroc maine e gata rechinul

dupa o cateva zile de condus iata si primele impresii...motorul trage fff bine...neaparat trebuie sa ii reglez relantiul (sta la 500 iar din regulator daca misc nu se intampla nimic) si sa fac ce mi-a zis Til (verificare presiune benzina etc)...motorul tot imi da in nas sub 2000 de ture...am rezolvat cu pierderile de ulei de servodirectie (inlocuit furtunele de ulei de servo si garnitura dintre pompa de frana si ...nu mai stiu cum ii spune)...a mai remarcat sorin si vreau sa va intreb daca si la voi face la fel (la td-ul lui nu facea): cand iau volan stanga sau dreapta caseta de directie se misca in sus si in jos...e normal?

vezi la caseta de directie, are un surub care o prinde de puntea fata pe un suport de tabla intarit bine...daca suportul ala e ruginit, trebuie sa ii faci o improvizatie sudata ( o ureche pentru prindere) sau sa renunti la suport si sa o prinzi de punte cu alt distantier ( e o chestie sub forma de U intors cam de 1.5 cm unde se prinde caseta de punte).

Chestia din poza e posibil sa o am acasa, dar nu stiu sigur, daca gasesti in alta parte nu sta dupa mine.
Despre invartitul casetei cred ca te-a lamurit Mihai. E un U intors de tabla care se rupe de la sudura. Incearca sa-l sudezi la loc. Sau alta punte, dar e de munca. Da in nas sub 2000 ture... ori avans dereglat, ori aprindere nasoala. Cutia o salti oarecum mai usor daca lucrezi la bordura, ca o pui pe tine si o salti cu genunchii. In rampa e mai greu ca trebuie sa o sustii cu mainile. In rampa am schimbat-o tot singur, dar am apelat la artificii: traverse care sustineu cutia, traverse pe care le mai ridicam, adaugand alte lemne. Si asa, incet incet ajungea cutia aproape de pozitie. Chinul dracu' dar macar nu trebuia sa sincronizez 6 maini. -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

ia sa vedem ce am mai facut la masina...am inmatriculat-o...am schimbat niste furtune de legau conductele de ulei de servo (erau duse si baltea in fata la spoiler)...mi-a facut un mecanic ceva reglaje si nu mai da in nas sub 2000 in schimb au ramas vechile probleme (dar parca nu mai sunt asa evidente): pana se incalzeste relantiiul sta jos pe la 500 si trepideaza masina...cand se incalzeste tot mai are intreruperi si nu merge chiar rotund...el zice ca ar fi de la bujii (desi le-am schimbat)...o sa incerc cu alte bujii si eventual fise...
alta e problema..si e MARE...si as avea nevoie de ceva sfaturi, mai ales de la cei care au mai avut de-a face (si am inteles ca ar fi problema tipica pt e28: pierde ulei de servo destul de mult acolo unde se imbina cilindrul de frana cu servofrana...am schimbat o data garnitura dintre ele dar continua sa piarda in veselie...am luat un kit de reparatie cu toate garniturile...maine le schimb si pe alea...dar din ce am inteles de la colegul nostru dambovitean mihai ![]() pun si niste poze de pe realoem...se vede acolo cam pe unde e gaura...poate ma lamuriti si pe mine This post has been edited by elvislorin: Jan 16 2009, 08:09 PM -------------------- ![]() |

am gasit un simering de dimensiuni apropiate 9 cu 22 mm in loc de 9.5 cu 22...incerc si cu el sa vad daca merge...stie vreunul o fabrica de semeringuri?

am primit 2 semeringuri 9x22x7mm...maine fac proba...sa vad de unde gasesc si garnitura din pompa de servofrana ca sa o schimb si pe aia...daca merge si nu mai pierde lichid atunci am scapat ieftin si sper si durabil

acum mi-am amintit...undeva in partea de jos a galeriei de admisie e un furtun de vacuum care duce langa oala dreapta...merge sa pun un T acolo si sa iau aer ca sa nu mai fiu nevoit sa dau gaura in galeria de admisie? nu prea....furtunul de vacuum pt tulumba de frana are diametru mai mare decat restul furtunelor care ies din galeria de admisie....nu e asa greu sa dai gaura in galeria de admisie....ea oricum vine din fabrica cu un scaun pentru asa ceva...trebuie doar gaurit si montat un stutz acolo si fixat |

Eu m-am riscat si am facut gaura cu galeria pe motor, am incercat sa scap cat mai putin span...
Arunca un ochi aici: http://bmwzone.ro/forums/index.php?s=&...ost&p=69231 Edit: Am vazut si postul lui Bart. La el scaunelul de pe admisie e in partea din spate, la noi e in fata. In rest, aceeasi filosofie. La primul meu E28 era un stut lipit cu poxipol, undeva aiurea pe galerie si mergea ok. am dat gaura in galeria chiar deasupra de inscriptia 2.5/2.8...nu am mai facut filet pt ca stutzul de la furtunul de vacuum pt tulumba intra perfect...un pic de silicon etansant si o sa tina...maine trag conductele de la vasul de ulei de servo la caseta si la pompa si ar cam trebui sa fiu gata...o chestie un pic deranjanta...cand am pus tulumba a trebuit sa mut intr-o parte furtunele de la racitor si racordul dintre ele...nu stiu exact cum ii spune

Te referi la electrovalva si furtunele de apa din zona? Da, alea trebuiesc mutate, electrovalva e prinsa de tulumba in mod normal.

am dat gaura in galeria chiar deasupra de inscriptia 2.5/2.8...nu am mai facut filet pt ca stutzul de la furtunul de vacuum pt tulumba intra perfect...un pic de silicon etansant si o sa tina...maine trag conductele de la vasul de ulei de servo la caseta si la pompa si ar cam trebui sa fiu gata...o chestie un pic deranjanta...cand am pus tulumba a trebuit sa mut intr-o parte furtunele de la racitor si racordul dintre ele...nu stiu exact cum ii spune vezi ca o sa mai ai nevoie de un furtun care o sa duca de la pompa de servo directie la caseta de directie direct... si poti sa si renunti la circuitul de racire pentru servo ca nu mai ai nevoie de el... aaa si o sa trebuiasca sa pui ceva sa astupi cele 2 gaurele mici de pe lateralul bidonasului de servo daca nu ai altu fara ele ( furtunele alea 2 mici se duceau la acumulatorul de presiune de la sistemul de hidraulica) eu le-am pus la alea niste poxilina cand era golit...am curatat inainte cu diluat si am pus aia care s-a facut beton...arata si bine si nici nu pierde deloc pe acolo |

in sfarsit merge...am renuntat la acumulatorul de presiune...gaurile din vasul de ulei de servo nu le-am astupat...le=am legat cu un furtun...in rest am facut cum ai spus...totul e ok
stiu ca multi ziceau ca rechinii au probleme cu ABS-ul...si eu am crezut ca e dus ABS-ul de pe a mea...apasam pedala si imi tinea contra, trebuia sa apas f tare...masina frana cam cu o secunda intarziere...foarte nasol...dupa ce am pus tulumba masina franeaza perfect...ABS-ul lucreaza...am zis sa va spun si voua asta ca poate or mai fi si altii in situatia mea...sa creada ca e dus ABS-ul dar de fapt beleaua sa fie de la pompa de servofrana VA URMA...capete de bara noi si ce-o mai fi pe la directie (desi nu cred ca ar mai fi altceva)+unghi fuga...esapament, apoi trec la interior...fete de usi si scaune...stiti pe cineva cu scaune sport de vanzare? si dupa ce o pun la punct tehnic si interior ma bate gandul la niste jante keskin kt4 pe 16 sau BBS ![]() This post has been edited by elvislorin: Jan 24 2009, 01:03 AM -------------------- ![]() |
