Am vb la rar si pot sa pun cel mai puternic motor pe care l-a pus fabrica, adica M3 (cred eu). Deci daca cel mai tare e30 a avut motorul de 250 cp (e un exemplu) eu nu pot sa pun un motor mai puternic de 250 cp. Eu o sa incerc sa-l trec drept M3 sau ceva in 6 cil daca nu se poate m. Macar 6 cil. sa am in acte... Cred ca asta o sa reusesc!
Caroseria va fi sudata toata cu argon la PILOT (BORLA)!!! Va avea si roll-bar-ul care mai tine si ala! + multe multe alte modificari! Va tin la curent!
OFF TOPIC: cine are o duba sa aduc M5-ul ca am papucul stricat si nu cred ca fac rost de masina pana miercuri. :crybaby: HELP PLIZZZZZZZZZZ!!!

eu ma referea-m ca daca vrei sa pui pe un 316i de 100cp un motor de 2,5 de 170cp...nu au fost mari modificari la caroserie...

Gata! Am adus motorul! L-am luat cu un RENAULT KANGOO si a intrat la fix. Cand l-am urcat am folosit o capra mare de 2,5 metri cu un scripete cu lant. Cand l-am dat jos au venit 8 oameni sa ma ajute si ne-am rupt spatele! E imens, cred ca are 3-400 kg cu tot cu cutie! Stie cineva mai exact cat? Am absolut tot la el: debitmetru, calculatoare, contact, chei, cardan, o cutie mare de TV plina cu instalatie electrica si cablaraie, abs, radiator ulei si multe altele! :nod:

un m20 are 120 si ceva de kg... cutia cateva zeci.. oricum impreuna au pana in 150-160..
eu pun pariu pe ce vrei cu tine ca n-are mai mult de 170-180 singur..

cand mi-am facut segmentare 4 insi am incercat sa-l scoatem de pe masina pe al meu si n-am putut..

M5 3800 cmc, 343 cp (340 pe unele site-uri), e din 1994 si are 200.000 km! Mi-a dat caietul de service de cand a fost cumparata din Germania! Si cheile originale (1 fara bec, una cu bec, una mica fara plastic si un card cu un cod pe el), dar a vrut sa pastreze de la masina cheia mica metalica si cardul ca amintire! A mai pastrat bordul si ceasurile de la bord (turometru, vitezometru, care era bestial)! smile.gif

Butcky, motorul S38 este, conceptual, excelent. Varianta pe care o ai tu (de 3.8l) are avantajul de a fi atat cea mai noua (deci si rafinata tehnic) cat si cea mai puternica. Este super ca ai caietul de service. Iti recomand sa il parcurgi cu atentie si sa detectezi istoricul reviziilor la motor, si ce anume s-a operat in aceste ocazii.
Motoarele S38 de 3.8l au deseori probleme cu cuzinetii de biela. Neschimbati la timp, pot afecta arborele cotit. De asemenea, verifica starea lantului de distributie, a ghidajelor si a intinzatorului acestuia. Cel mai bine, schimba-le. 200.000 Km nu este rezonabil pentru un lant de distributie in general, dar este cam mult pentru un lant de distributie de S38.

Imi imaginez ca investesti multi bani si mult efort in acest proiect. De aceea cred ca e bine sa evaluezi corect starea motorului si, daca este cazul, sa faci mici reparatii, inainte de a te baza pe el.

Merci pentru sfaturi! :nod:
M-am gandit ca ar fi bine sa desfac motorul sa vad ce uzura are! Momentan vreau sa fac modificarile la masina ca sa pun acest motor (suporti, radiatoare, marit pasajul pt cutie etc). Dupa aceea o sa dau motorul jos si ma apuc sa-l fac: instalatia electrica, scos chiuloasa si multe altele la care nu ma pricep (noroc ca am gasit pe cineva care se pricepe super bine). Iti dai seama ca toate astea costa foarte mult si nu dispun de resursele financiare pentru a-l termina peste noapte, asa ca o sa dureze ceva... :crybaby:
Ma bucur ca am luat motorul cu toate componentele necesare functionarii, chiar si unele in plus (mai putin pompa de apa si sondele lambda).
Usor usor o sa fac tot ce e de facut! :nod:

Am facut poze la o mare parte din piesele care mi le-a dat!

Webasto este firma producatoare. Numele acelui device este sirocou. Ce e in poza e un mic "motoras" care functioneaza cu benzina si la care se leaga furtunele de la radiator si de la aeroterma. Are rolul de a iti incalzi apa din radiator si daca se doreste de catre owner si apa din calorifer. De ex.: sa zicem ca plec de acasa la ora 7:30am si vreau ca atunci cand ma urc in masina sa am deja apa la jumate si caldura in cabina. Atunci se seteaza ca el sa porneasca la ora 7:20am. In cabina are doua controale: unul este reprezentat de un display de la care se potriveste ora de pornire si daca se doreste sa fie incalzita doar apa din radiator sau sa incalzeasca si in cabina (porneste singur motorasul de la aeroterma). De la al doilea control se seteaza temperatura.
Motorasul se alimenteaza din rezervorul de combustibil al masinii si are evacuare cu "toba" intermediara si finala. biggrin.gif
A existat varianta care merge cu motorina si varianta care merge pe benzina, in functie de motorizarea masinii.
Acest feature a fost valabil pe E34 si E32 dintre seriile mai vechi.
