in sfarsit am reusit sa imi termin injectia dupa ce m-am chinuit cu ea ca imi oscila la relanti dar am o problema cu electromotorul. il pun pe masina pornesc de 20 d ori cu el si dupa asta tot incepe sa scape de pe coroana, iar atunci cand arunca bendixul se aude un poc ca si cum ar lovi in coroana, precizez ca nu este pocnitura care se aude cand cupleaza bobina ci unul foarte puternic. mai mentionez ca am schimbat 3 bendixuri, 3 bobine si 2 electromotoare, electromotoare care le aveam de la vechiul proprietar............... ma poate ajuta cine?

nu stiu ce volanta am...ideea e k cu toate electromotoarele si bendixurile face la fel primele 20-30 d chei sa zic se aude pocul dupa asta se aude ca si cum bendixul ar fi stricat(scartaitul ala) sau prinde pe coroana si dupa asta scapa de pe coroana sau prinde invarte dar si scapa, motorul e m20b20. m-am uitat la dintii coroanei nu sunt tociti, dintii bendixului la fel sunt buni...pur si simplu nu inteleg de ce face asasi de multe ori gasesc bucsa din capacul electromotorului(capacu de aluminiu cu care se prinde pe cutie) sparta.la amanadoua electromotorarele la fel

up to date: s-au montat macarale electrice, s-a finalizat injectia, s-au facut oglinzile electrice(amandoua) , cardanul batea, l-am facut sa nu mai bata, inchidere centralizata originala refacuta, asigurare pe 6 luni-323 ron si benzina si cam atat.....poze mai pe seara

s-au mai facut urmatoarele: segmenti(cota 0:D), garnitura chiuloasa, semeringuri supape, garnitura baie 492 ron

pozele care nu reuseam sa le pun, azi am pus motorul sus si am strans chiuloasa, maine injectia si fluidele si reglat avans si totul e gata:)

manca ulei....cam 2 litri in aprox 1000 km. deja este montat la loc doar injectia de urcat la loc si cheie:)

motor facut si merge bine, reglat ieri si avansul, schimbat cilindru de ambreiaj si pompa si benzina....in rest nu am mai facut nimic la masina:)
desi la 20 de km dupa ce am facut masina mi s-a rupt prinderea de la vasc, am spart radiator, acum merg faca vasc dar ii pun cand se mai incalzeste si electroventilator. mai aveam un radiator si l-am modificat, i-am pus prindere pt electroventilator si sonda. mai am si partea electrica dar aia cand voi pune electroventilatoru sus This post has been edited by shapte: Dec 23 2010, 04:20 PM -------------------- e34 `91,520i ex: e12 `80, 520i

up to date: marea problema electromotorul a fost rezolvata, multumesc mihai pt suruburi

da pt ca prinderea vascului s-a rupt, vascul plus elice pierdut, asa ca am facut calclulele si cu un electroventilator ieseam mai ieftin, luat de la dezmembrari:)

rechinul a mai primit 2 semnale si o aripa stanga, multumesc iorgos:), filtru de benzina, si maine urmeaza sa o duc pe tester de noxe sa ii reglez pana la capat injectia....
