O sa pun poze cu tot ce mai am de facut si voi explica tot. Pana acum un calcul exact nu am facut dar voi imcerca sa fac si asta.

Pot sa spun pana acum : kit turbo reprezentant Turbina T3/T4 AR. 50 admisie A/R .63 evacuare, trimm 57 + weastegate extern 50mm + BOV - 700E

Intercooler 600 x 300 x 76 - 275 E

regulator presiune benzina 170 E

+ un milion de alte rahaturi care nu imi vin acum in minte, teava evacuiare, coturi, conducte tur, retur ulei, ceasuri, tubulatura IC, furtune siliconice, coliere, injectoare M3 e36, nici nu vreau sa ma gandesc cat au costat ma ia capul.

Astazi sau maine trebuie sa fie gata traseul de evacuare ca sa inceapa distractia ....la inceput va fi cu presiune de 0.6 , apoi e de vazut cum decurg ostilitatiile

cum a fost decomprimata motorisca? garnitura, ceva ?
galeria e aia stoc, inversata ? (si eu o sa desfac motorul zilele astea - si o sa incerc sa merg cu 2 garnituri ... )

garnitura de reparatie de 2.2 (parca) si galeria de evacuare a fost inversata si marite gaurile de la suruburi ca sa fie in linie traseul de evacuare din chiulasa cu cel din galeriile de evacuare

sa-mi spui cum decurge operatiunea .. La chiulasa nu umbli????

deocamdata nu umblu ... ca mai am inca o chiulasa de 2.0 M50 pt teste smile.gif - cu care ma joc si pt evacuare si pt clapete ... dar nici la aia de pe motor nu-i fac nimic in afara de 2 garnituri de 1.74 ...
acum e in "chinurile facerii" flansa de evacuare .. oricum galeria de evacuare tb sa fie o opera de arta ... de 2x mai multa munca smile.gif
cit a iesit la voi ca ar fi CR cu garnitura de 2.2 ?

8.6:1 mai exact. cat despre teste mai este ceva de munca pana atunci. am facut astazi returul de ulei si am constatat cu stupoare ca nu se potriveste filetul in turbina pt tur. dar gasesc eu o solutie. Astazi am mai pozitionat si o parte din tubulatura pt IC si maine ramane sa stabilesc traseele finale. merg inainte incetisor si sigur. rolleyes.gif

bag niste poze cu baia de ulei si returul

super misto furtunul ala de retur ...
eu am pus un furtun de ala de plastic tare "rezistent la temperatura" - o porcarie .. s-a strangulat undeva pe la mijloc, si singura modalitate sa-l deschid a fost sa-i pun un tub de aluminiu pe inauntru - o tiganeala, ce mai smile.gif
pe cit e intrarea de ulei in turbina ? (cred ca mai am eu un niplu de intrare - parca de 8 .. verific si iti spun exact pe cit e )

am calculat raportul de compresie mai de mult si am folosit un utilitar de de pe un site (din pacate nu am link-ul acum dar promit o sa il caut din nou). stiu ca cu garnitura de 2.20 mi-a dat 8.48:1 parca si cu cat se mai strange (ajunge la 1.95 parca) da 8.5x rotunjit 8.6:1 (motorul stock are 8.8:1) Cat despre furtunul de retur a costat nici mai multe nici mai putin decat 30 ron, de este de fapt (sper ca ati recunoscut)este racord flexibil de gaze de 3/4 rolleyes.gif misto nu? cu tot cu fiting-urile alea si garnituri sa zic aca au costat vre-o 400 mii. Astazi am vazut pt prima data cam cum ar arata tubulatura de admsie cu IC montat. maine va fi o zi de pauza pt ca sunt invitat de Sorin HAI la botezul ficei lui (SA TE BUCURI DE EA SI SA AJUNGA VITEZOMANA CA TA-SU) Pe marti sper sa duc masina la montat downpipe si restul de evacuare. Am cumparat teava de inox de 76, a costat 400 ron 6 metri si 8 coturi tot de 76 - 14 ron bucata. Acum am o problema nu gasesc nici o evacuare cu intrare de 76 unsure.gif . Poze noi nu am dar pun cateva cu mine si prietenii care ma ajuta + kitul turbo cum arata nou. blink.gif Bye.

P.S. daca cineva doreste pot aduce cam tot ce e in poza aia, mai multe detalii o sa postez la bazar ca ma bate Florin wink.gif

nu se leapada nimeni de compresor, este doar o alata optiune smile.gif miercuri sunt programat la tobe asa ca miercuri sera veti vedea poze cu evacuarea. din pacate nu am gasit inca finala dar voi incerca sa incropesc una, cu alte cuvinte o tiganeala. pana la urma cred ca voi aduce una de afara sa vedem ce gasesc. Bogdan neaaparat sa vad si eu ce niplu ai tu pt turbina poate ne intelegem cumva smile.gif
