S-au cam facut 3 ani de cand merg cu touring diesel. Este o masina cas s-a dovedit sa fie cu bune si rele, ca orice masina la rulajul asta probabil.
Dar, probabil inspirat fiind de TiL, microbul de benzinar a inceput sa roada din nou. Microbul usor de hranit si in conditiile de antipatie fata de miros si vibratii de diesel. Am mai ridicat miza cu niste cerinte; sa fie cat de cat dotata, cutie automata si euro 4. Asta reduce cu mult candidati, E39 a avut euro 4 doar in 2002 si 2003 cu o sinura exceptie vazut in acte la o masina din 2001. Ce a urmat a fost cautari pe net, vizionari de masini, un drum degeaba pana la Gilau iar in-trun final dupa inca o deplasare, de data asta cu avion, in Cluj, pot sa spun un sincer - Oops I did it again. Unii o spun Buffy, eu momentan o spun umflata pentru ca asa e capota, am gasit-o in Cluj Napoca intr-o curte la un service unde isi astepta soarta. Este cred ca de noua in Romania, a avut un incident rutier relativ recent, a fost condus in ultimii ani de o persoana in varsta. Din pacate are si rugina, cel mai rau la prag dreapta langa vas de lichid parbriz unde ma astept sa gasesc mult pamant strans, si la aripi spate intre bara si aripa. Interior este crem, sau era, caci este foarte murdare, uzata si sezut de sofer are burete prabusita si o ruptura. Pe langa ce se vede mai are probleme cu incarcare si radiator piscat undeva in zona de elice. Motorul merge frumos. Este cu o zi mai noua decat Touring. Mulțumesc. Asa pe hārtie pare faina, dar la fata locului se vede că e de lucru. Īmi pare foarte rau că nu am putut sa o aduc pe roti, conform vānzător avea vasul de expansiune spart, eu am venit pregătit cu alta, dar scurgere vine din radiator. Și apoi am aflat că nici nu funcționează īncărcarea. Ar fi mai util cheltuiți banii de platforma pe piese. O sa incerc sa rămān sub 2mii de euro cu tot cu achiziția că sa o fac circulabila. Mersi. Am mai citit ca ar fi mai ok decat 2.2 de pe 520i care ar avea probleme cu consum de ulei, dar nu stiu care ar fi diferentele, ambele find M54, in afara de cilindree.

Nu vad de ce ar fi diferente in consumul de ulei, dar cu siguranta 2.5 are dinamica de 2.5, pe cand 2.2-ul de pe 520i se simte mai degraba ca un 2.0, in special datorita transmisiei mai scurte. Dar e clar ca nu avea sens sa o lungeasca, decat de la 2.5 in sus. Asta e masina cu lipici, nu o sa vrei sa te lipsesti de ea prea curand ![]() PS. Ieri nu am avut timp si nici chef sa fac ceva dar azi am avut putin timp.
Am cumparat un set de scaune si bancheta mai ok, m-a contactat cineva pe facebook care le avea ramas de la masina lui in urma unui upgrade. O sa incerc sa fac din 2 seturi unul acceptabil. ![]() Apoi seara am zis sa vad ce e de facut cu alternator care nu incarca. Asta a fost si motivul principal, din punctul meu de vedere, pentru care am fost nevoit sa o aduc pe platforma. Asa daca lucram 2 ore la montaj si aranjat piesele mergea pe roti si scapam de o cheltuiala. Ce am gasit e un pic dubios. Cu motor oprit, pe piulita de +12V pe motor am voltaj de la baterie, dar pe piulita de pe alternator nu. Nu stiu cum e traseu de fire, dar parca la diesel exista o legatura directa intre cele 2 piulite. Ca test rapid am legat un cablu intre cele doua piulite, am pornit motorul, si: ![]() Acum am sa vad care e problema cu cablajul. Sper sa nu sa fiu nevoit sa demontez admisie si alte nebunii. Suspectez ca nu de la accident e buba asta, probabil a avut de mai de mult probleme cu incarcarea. Baterie e noua, si asta posibil e un semn. Motorul asa se aude filmat cu telefon, mai mult se aude cum sufla vasc. Pare cat de cat ok desi sunt convins ca nu a fost foarte ingrijit. ![]() -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Curios, am mai pornit masina, si a mers incarcarea fara sa mai fac improvizatia descrisa in celalta postarea. BMWfans arata ca ar trebui sa fie o legatura directa de plus intre alternator, electromotor si presupun piulita de pe motor.

Azi am lucrat un pic la masina. Am cumparat un trager sau cum ii se spune, SH, cu capete de lonjeron pentru ca unul este un pic stramb.
Nu a fost atins tare, am facut o poza cu trager lovit si cel nelovit, se vede ca e mai aplatizat cel lovit, dar nu mult: ![]() Lonjeroane par ok, cum credeam: ![]() ![]() Pentru ca are o pierdere de antigel, si urme de ventilator de vasc in palnie de ventilator, apoi am scos radiator, n-am putut sa dau jos vasc, dar am gasit o metoda. Surpriza a fost ca nu am vazut o fisura, por, lovitura ma zdravana pe spate, doar muchie de sus este putin indoit: ![]() Urme de scurgeri in zona compresor AC: ![]() La finalul emisiunii de azi am montat radiator la loc, am presurizat sistemul si aud cum scapa la o imbinare intre furtun de radiator si termostat, unde are cuplaje rapide cu un o-ring pentru etansare. Cred ca din cauza accidentul s-a miscat un furtun si o-ring imbatranit nu ma etanseaza cum trebuie. Intrebare este daca gasesc o-ring separat sau daca trebuie cumparat furtunele, ca toate sunt la fel de vechi. Motorasul este uscat sus, dar baia e uda: ![]() Probail de la garnitura de baia de ulei, o problema comuna. Valva DISA e ok, ceva depuneri in admisie, ramana de vazut cum e PCV. Burdufele de admisie ok, nimic crapat. O alta problema este lipsa de lichid de frana in borcan. Am simtit ca e ceva dubios la pedala, ca se duce foarte mult in jos, dar nu ma asteptam la asa ceva. Nu este de mirat ca masina a fost implicat intr-un accident, Iarna, cauciucuri din 2007, fara lichid de frana. Sa vad unde pierde. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Corect, pe masura ce s-au imbatranit rotiile s-a mai scos lichid de frana. Desi am inteles ca mai apar fisuri la furtune de frana spate, nu vad asa pe fuga sa fie lichid sub masina pe jos. Poate scapa la pompa, intre in tulumba de servo. So much fun. N-am facut nimic la masina azi, cica family day cu vizite. Dar am facut rost de o cheie de 32, poate totusi dau jos si vasc ca sa montez mai usor la loc totul. O sa inlocuiesc si releu cu perii la alternator cel usor dubios, daca tot umblu in zona. Cum, nu aveai cheie de butelii in casa? Nici eu, dar imprumutam de la vecini.
Se desprinde cu un soc: ciocan in cheie, altfel o sa cam invarta motorul cu totul daca nu patineaza pe curea. Practic masina e intretinuta ca o masina noua. Not bad. Doar puțin progres, montat radiator etc mai definitiv la locul lor, parcă nu mai pierde antigel, poate un pic la un furtun. Dar e remediabil acum, am găsit o-ringuri. Montat și alternator la loc cu releu de īncărcare nou, merge bine acum. Vāsc nu am reușit să dau jos, e strāns Ciobanesc.

La E39 nu scoți așa pālnie sau cum de numește plasticul de īmprejurul ventilatorului. Și am ținut contra cu ceva sănătos , nu rangă dar nici șurubelniță, și -a rupt

Am primit si bara fata, ambalat inca, grile capota si sticle si reglaje noi pentru faruri. Acum timp sa fie.
Investitie a ajuns la 2mii de euro, tiinta initial stabilita, deci nu mai vreau sa mai cumpar nimic. Parca am cam strans tot ce am vazut defect, in afara de franele... Am pus si ELM327 folosit la CC pe mufa ODB si pare sa merge cu torque, spre deosebire de touring care e diesel. Si bineinteles arata probleme. ![]() Voltaj lambdele pe cilindrii 4-6 este 0, ar indica mers sarac. In schimb pe primele 3 cilindrii am fuel trim positiv foarte mare. Posibil trage aer fals undeva, am sa mai sterg eroriile si de fapt sa merg cu masina, acum am pornit doar pe loc, nu s-a incalzit bine. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am reparat un far, era spart. Lupa nu am schimbat, bugetul e sub presiune si nu era arsa oglinda, doar un pic prafuita.

Progress.
Facut si celalt far, facut din doua bari una, din pacate piese cumparate SH lasa de dorit, bara primita a fost revopsita nu prea bine. Faruriile au prins putin praf inuntru, nu am conditii de laborator acasa, dar e ok cat de cat ![]() Si dupa omtaj nu mai am mesaje pe check control ![]() ![]() Apoi am scos masina la o plimbare mica, asa murdare cum e ![]() De la stat era frana de mana intepenita, masina s-a pus in miscare cu greu. Frane de picios au prins aer, am scos ceva aer la pompa ABS dar mai are. O sa fac aerisire cap-coada cand o sa am timp si lichid. Motor merge fain, au disparut si valori ciudate de sonde, totul pare in regula. Cutie schimba bine. Nu bate nimic, e doar un pic moale pe fata mi se pare, si mai are cat un arc montat gresit, bratele au mai fost schibmate. Se simte mai usor in mers fata de touring. Geometrie cred ca trebuie reglat, am impresie ca e un pic instabila pe linia dreapta. Merge si PDC, avea 4 fire rupte fata de la accident. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Da, cine stie. Sper sa nu fie avariata si podeaua, nu am dat scutul jos
As putea sa repar punctual, dar nu am sculele. Asa ca o sa inlocuiesc conducta / conductele intregi. Comanda e facuta, dar dureaza cam o saptamana pana vin, nu e ceva ce se tine pe stoc. Intre timp o sa lucrez la interior, am cumparat niste produse de curatenie, dau jos scaunele, incerc sa fac din 4 scaune doua bune, ma uit si la reglaje electice pentru ca cel putin la sezutul soferului ceva nu merge cum trebuie. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Azi am făcut din doua scaune unul mai acceptabil.

Deci regret.
Stiam ca are ceva rugina dar nu ma astepteam la asa ceva - credeam ca conductele de frana au fost avariate din cauza cric pus prost, dar de fapt ele au stat un pamant adunat pe scut. Si au ruginit pana s-au gaurit. Pe langa asta, e mancat de rugina si capatul de prag. Si buba asta nu era pe lista de known issues. Are si alte bube dedesubt. Am fost la cineva sa cer oferta pentru reparatie dar nu prea parea sa aibe chef de ea. Daca puteti sa recomandati cineva.. Prea rau nu este fata de ce am gasit pozat pe net la alte exemplare. Suportul de cric inca tine, pare sanatos. Macar am rezolvat cu franele, am inlocuit ambele conducte, a fost un pic de chin, ca se le pui frumos si pe traseu de fabrica ar fi de demontat punte spate, dar am gasit o solutie. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Merge fain masina, am schimbat cauciucuri, sta mai bine pe roti dar cere reglaj geometrie un pic pe fata plus amortizoare mai bune pe spate.
Am facut un PDR pentru usiile dreapta, am mai rezulvat 2 ciobituri in parbriz, iar saptamana viitoare va fi atacat rugina la praguri, aripi spate si unde va mai fi. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Tot imi propun sa pun poze dar tot uit (sa spal masina).
Sunt multumit cum a iesit lucrarea, acum ma enerveaza alceva, anuma scaun si fata de usa pasager. Arata semi dubios, pana sa aplic tratament de piele, acum arata oribil. Cred ca au fost vopsite in trecut, iar solutia aplicata a inlaturat vopsea. ![]() ![]() O sa mai caut tapiterie intreaga, daca nu gasesc ceva bun, le vopsesc. Dupa potopul de saptamana trecuta am vazut ceva urme de apa in masina la usa stanga spate, asa ca am desfacut la toate 4 usi fetele. La usa stanga spate curge probabil de multi ani, fata de usa e cam decompus jos, dar nu vizibil de afara. Am lipit la loc membrana, sper sa fie ok. La usa dreapta spate a fost lipit la loc in trecut, totul in regula acolo. Am mai pus un burete la loc la butoane de geam, am incercat sa repar mansonul de cauciuc la opritor de usa, sa vad daca asa scap de sunetul vantului dreapta spate la viteze mari. La usiile fata tot asa, stanga trebuia lipit la loc, dreapta era ok. La usa dreapta fata am gasit mufele de ma difuzor de medii si cheder de geam inversate, le am pus corect si acum merge difuzor, si functioneaza inchidere de geam cu o singura apasare. M-am apucat si de oglinda dreapta fata, dar din pacate cel trimis de pe olx nu este rabatabil electric. Macar sticla, capac si reglajele sunt ok, le tin pe raft. Inainte de potop am mai etansat si un stop spate, vad ca nu a mai intrat apa in portbagaj acum. E mai simplu la sedan decat la touring. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Facut lucruri mici, strans un pic geometrie fata, ma asteptam sa fie intepenit reglajul dar s-a miscat foarte usor pe stanga fata unde aveam treaba. O sa-l mai inchid un pic.
Gasit un burduf rupt la bieleta de directie dreapta in schimb, am improvizat ceva, sa vad daca tine. Reglat si frana de mana. Iar a plouat tare de tot, de data asta a ramas uscat inauntru si la usi. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Da, am facut un dus-intors Corfu. Tehnic trei chestiute, mai apara si dispare un check brake lights, are un conector la stop ruginit, si de cand eram sa o comit rau pe DN1 - a intrat un PH cu masina pe banda 2 intr-o intersectie fara sa se asigura, iar eu aveam >100km / ora tremura volan la franare, uneori mai putin, uneori mai rau. Si la viteze spre 140 vajaie ceva la parbriz, poate din cauza chederul degradat destul de rau.

Dupa o luna de stationare m-am trezut cu check engine aprins. Dar inainte sa o pornesc am verificat cu multimetru sondele lambda, ca mai aveam erori pe diagnoza uneori (dar fara sa se aprinde check engine vreodata) legat de heating circuits, si nici nu prea oscila volatjul cum ar trebuie, uneori mergea si in open loop.
Dupa ce am vazut ca s-a aprins check engine, am vazut prin diagnoza obd2 ca nu mai misca deloc voltajul la sonde si nu intelegeam ce si cum. Apoi, cautand pe net, am vazut ca sondele se pot stica daca din greseala legi ohmmetru la elementul care genereaza voltajul ![]() Asa ca am schimbat cele doua inatinte de catalizator (cele de dupa catalizator sunt greu de atacat), si aveam semnal din nou dar doar in sarcina, la ralantiu aratau 0V (amestec sarac) chiar si cu fuel trim la max. Asa ca am cumparat un spray de pornire si am inceput sa dau pe la admisie, chiulasa, cam pe unde poate sa trage aer fals. Cand am dat in zona CCV-ului s-a ridicat turatie si vedeam si reactia la sonde. Era rupt 'un pic' furtunul intre CCV si joja: ![]() Am montat furtun nou si acum am semnal si la ralanti. Nu, nu am in plan, pare sa face inca ce trebuie, iar legat de consum de ulei nu imi dau seama cat dispare si pe unde.

Avea, ca multe motoare M54, o mica scapare de ulei la capacul de tacheti. Cauza este materialul folosit la garnitura - buna. Cu timp se intareste, se face casant, iar dupa multe cicluri de incalzire-racire apar scapari. La al meu era umed sin spate jos, garnitura peste gaelerie de evacuare este murdare, si uneori cadea o picatura pe evacurare (miros ulei ars). Asadar am cumparat garnitura noua, si m-am apucat de schimb. Cel veche era atat de casant in cat ca parera ebonita, desi era data 2007, a mai fost schimbata. Garnitura intre intr-o fanta in capac, si capacul cand se strange comprima garnitura ceva millimetri. Suruburile din capac au si ele o garnitura, si teoretic se strang pana la capat, presiune pe garnitura fiind limitata de de garnitura de sub suruburiile. Doar ca mi s-a spart capacul cand am strans, desi am strans treptat, cat un pic. Cauca - cred ca fie garnituriile de sub suruburi erau prea imbatranite (le am refolosit initial pe cele vechi pentru ca setul de garnituri noi nu le avea incluse), sau capacul avea deja o slabiciune. Nu stiu. Ulterior am gasit pe net ca si altii au patit-o. Un capac nou costa cam 1500ron asa ca am facut o incercare cu epoxy, sa-l lipesc si sa-l intaresc si acolo unde inca era intreg. Am cumparat si cele 15 garnituri de surub noi, dar nici nu am mai strans suruburi pana la capat, am folosit si silicon, sper ca am scapat de problema. Lectie invatata capacul de tacheti este foarte fragila capacul de tacheti costa o gramada de bani nu ar trebui sa refolosite garnituri vechi la suruburi, desi cele vechi nu erau tari, la cele noi totusi s-a simtit diferenta suruburiile trebuie stranse in pasi foarte mici. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Mai e o problema cu garnitura de la capacul M54.
Aia OE are niste canale/caneluri suplimentare fata de toate cele aftermarket, indiferent ca vorbim de VReinz, Goetze, Elring. 180 lei OE vs 120 after, eu nu m-am mai riscat a doua oara si am luat OE. Si neaparat-neaparat: - silicon la cele 2 garnituri interne de la canalele bujiilor - acolo nu exista suficienta presiune a suruburilor si intra ulei intr-o veselie - silicon la semilune fata spate - garnituri noi la suruburi, sunt vreo 15x3lei toate, dar al dracu de importante (11121437395) |

Aveam niste scurgeri de ulei, picaturi sub baia, si uneori pe jos, asa ca am inceput sa ma uit intai la garnitura suport filtru, dar se pare ca nu era acolo problema. In schimb am observat probleme la cablaj care duce spre termostat si vanos evacuare:

Am rupt doar o ureche partial la mufa senzor nivel pentru faruri fata cand umblam la punte.
Imbatranite sunt furtunase vacuum, si furtunele ccv, izolatie (seamana cu copex) de la instalatie (cabluri in sine sunt bune inca) in fata si in spatele admisiei, altfel e doar foarte mult de lucru, multe lucruri de demontat, senzori peste tot, chestii care te incurc. Si asa nu am desfacut totul, rampa cu injectoare a ramas pe admisie, furtune benzina racordate pe masina, dar a fost suficient ca sa pot misca admisie. Garnituriile portocalie de la admisie si corp clapeta e am gasit in stare foare buna. Strict pentru ccv cred ca nu ar trebui demonat admisie, daor crop cu clapeta (ccv are 2 suruburi de prindere in spate), si poate alte anexe (borcan servo, alternator, suport filtru ulei, in functie cum gasesti acces cu maniile). Eu am facut pasul asta pentru ca nu eram lamurit in legatura cu circuitul de vacuum pentru valva de la pompa de aer pe evacuare care e in spatele admisiei. Dar mai mult m-am chinuit cu baia. CCV o sa montez vaico, fara niciun motiv anume in afara faptului ca de la ei am gast un set complet cu furtunele. Astept sa vin piesele, momentat masina asteapta cu botul in sus si motorul suspendat. Dupa operatiunea asta sper sa nu mai am griji de vacuum si scurgeri de ulei. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

CCV Vaico, ales varianta pentru clima rece. Diferenta vs model normal este ca furtunele cat si carcasa CCV (cu valva / membrana si separator) sunt imbracate cu ceva termoizolant.
De ce pentru clima rece? Pentru ca exista pareri ca se poate rupa membrana CCV datoria gheata care se poate depune iarna pe ea. Si poate e benific sa condenseaza cat mai putin vapori pe interiorul pieselor, sa lasa mai putine depuneri. Insa s-a montat destul de greu. Dupa ce CCV normal e tight fit, acum fiind imbracat intr-un invelis cauciucos, intre foarte greu la locul lui sub admisie. Dar am reusit intr-un final. Atentie si la conectori de la furtune pe CCV si admisie, chiulasa. Uneori par bine infipte si de fapt nu sunt. Am montat si role noi, mai putin la compresor, intentia a fost buna dar rola comandata pentru intinzator curea accessori a venit gresit, iar cel de compresor era compatibil. Montat la loc si suport filtru ulei cu garnitura noua, curatat un pic zonele unde era murdare motorul, mai am de pus la loc furtun radiator, vasc nou, chestii mici, pe partea de sus. Dedesubt mai am suporti motor (inca nu a ajuns comanda), bara stabilizator, si tot sub-frame care inca atarna undeva intre caroserie si pamant. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

360ron doua bucati, stanga si dreapta sunt identice, am ales lemforder. Om vedea cum sunt, e cam cu cantec cu suporti, cel putin pe diesel nu am avut rezultate bune nici cu febi (oribil) si nici cu corteco (asa si asa).

Am schimbat eu anul trecut (parca ... sau acum 2ani ?!), erau alea originale ale masinii din care unul singur era dus (cred ca ala de pe evacuare).
Am pus tot Lemforder, pana acum sunt in regula, n-am observat cine stie ce vibratii. Curios e ca nici cu cele originale nu erau probleme, a vazut mecanicul ochiometric ca unul avea probleme, in mers nu vibra sau nu punea probleme. Dar na, e benzina, solicitarile la alea diesel sunt mult mai mari. La urs nu mai stiu ce am pus, ori Febi ori Swag. |

Benzina 6 in linie nu prea vibreaza. Si la mine parca cel la evacuare s-a sectionat in mana.
Cele lemforder noi le pot comprima un pic cu mana, daca apes tare pe ele, cel veche (de cand e masina) e piatra. Lemforder made in china, a propos, faca sigla, cod, nimic pe ele. Poze pe net cu alte tot asa arat. Dubios. ![]() Le am montat, am prins jugul motorului pe masina, prins bara antiruliu la loc, montat racire, vasc nou Sachs (avea un Beru cu arc spirala pe fata, nu imi plac si cam facea ca turbina cand nu era caz neaparat), admisie, ulei, si ![]() La rece se aud doar injectoarele si vascul, foarte fain. Cand mai incalzeste se mai aud tacheti un pic. Inainte mai avea cat o mica vibratie aritmica la ralantiu, simteam cand tineam mana pe capac culbutori, acum nu mai are. Azi, mers cu 100, scăzut temperatura sub 80. Așa că am făcut comanda la termostat, pompa apa dacă tot umblu, și furtunele mari de la radiator, are ceva trucktech și sunt cam dubioase. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

![]() Old stuff out, new stuff in. Termostat, pompa de apa, furtunele radiator. Easy job, daca nu s-ar fi rupt senzorul de temperatura din furtunul de retur vechi. Desi am comanat un senzor nou, am incercat sa lipesc pe cel veche, si sa-l montez, avand in vedere ca vreau sa termin lucrarea. Dar nu reusesc sub nicio forma sa presez senzor la loc in furtun, e foarte umflat o-ring, comparat cu pozele pe net. Astept senzorul nou.
Probabil si din cauza asta a iesit extrem de greu din furtunul vehci. De adaugat pe lista bucse mari pe fata (m-am uitat aten la ele si au mici crapaturi), flanse amortizoare fata (le am schimbat la touring si pare sa fi rezolvat un zgomot pe care amandoua masini fac). -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Oh, wow, concediu plăcut!

Ne am si intors, fata de anul trecut a consumat mai mult ulei, desi am remediat scurgeri (cred).
Sa fie sau o pofta pentru motul, sau a avut ulei mai vascos inainte, sau ccv nou influenteaza. De investigat. De mers, merge foarte frumos, in afara de un suierat la usa dreapta spate pe care nu reusesc sa-i localizez sursa. Pare umblata la usa, poate lipseste ceva sau nu e reglat bine ceva. Cum e si usa care a fost lovita de fostul proprietar, o sa caut alta si o inlocuiesc cu totul. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Hmmm... ce ulei ai folosit ? Folosesti ? Motul... X-cess/X-clean 8100 cumva ?
Am avut o experienta negativa cu Motul, motorul era mult prea zgomotos si il halea rapid. M-am intors la LM. In ultima perioada aud numai lucruri bune despre Shell (Helix Ultra cu baza GTL) si Fuchs. La urmatoarea revizie o sa incerc unul dintre ele, mai strang pareri/documentatie pana atunci. Am mai observat ca normele vechi LL-98/LL-01 sunt mult mai potrivite lui M54 (cumva logic), decat LL-04. Si musai full-sintetic, semi nu rezista prea mult, pare ca isi termina baza de aditivi/pierde proprietatile dupa primii 3-5K km. This post has been edited by BBo: Sep 11 2020, 10:13 AM |

Da, 8100 x-clean. Am gasit la oferta si am folosit la CC, 2.0d si 525i. Nu stiu daca si la celalte masini dispare, CC oricum avea pierderi si consuma ca asa e cu 2.0tsi, dar la 2.0d nu ar trebui sa dispare nimic.
Am folosit Motul si la Kawa in trecut si nu am ramas placut impresionat, dupa 4k km am simtit cum agata ambreiaj (ud). Pe de alte parte, nu stiu ce ulei avea 525i inainte (sau ce vascozitate). -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Nu zic ca nu e bun ca ulei, dar pur si simplu M54 (sau cel putin al meu) nu s-a impacat deloc cu Motul.
Motul si ala original BMW vechi facut de Castrol au fost singurele experiente negative. Ambele 5W30. |

Am avut BMW 5w30 la 2.0d, am inteles ca e shell mai nou, nu am vazut prebleme, dar oricum e tractor.
M54 nu e zgomotos (inca) cu motul. Vad ca acum tine cam la 93 - 94 de grade apa vs 90 inainte, dar in mers la o proba scurta tot scade sub 90, cam la 85. Curios. Am mai urmarit temperatura, fata ce termostat cel vechi nu scade in functie de turatie, posibil sa sufera cel vechi de weak failure, un arc slabit sau ceva. Dar temperatura vairaza si cu termostatul nou, pare sa fie in functie de sarcina. Pe autostrada la o viteza constanta (si turatie motor constant) la urcari scade temperatura, la coborari urca. Cam intre 78 si 95 de grade este plaja de reglaj. M54 are sensor pentru temperatura de ulei? Vad ca exista afis in secret menu dar imi arata ---. edit: QUOTE MS43 and MS45 use oil temperature reading to adjust engine running and for MAP cooling. The cars have an oil temp sensor from the factory. 176137km si am facut ITP.
M-am dus undeva unde nu am mai fost, cand am intrebat de itp a picat fata inspectorului. A intrebat daca am mai fost la ei si daca masina e ok.. Apoi era sa-l pica capota in cap, se pare ca nu mai tin amortizoarele iarna. S-a apucat de verificat si s-a mai inveselit. Pana la urma a trecut fara probleme . Poza cu ruina, vorba cuiva
![]() Merge, am schimbat ulei la cutie automata contra 1200RON, cu ceva aparat care filtreaza si schimba ulei si in convertizor (flush). Nu are scurgeri de ulei la motor, cutie, sau alceva: ![]() Pilitura pe magneti: ![]() Filtru e cu pasla, nu cu sita cum era la E32. Filtru veche din 2007, deci a mai fost schimbat; ![]() SI vreau sa umblu la suspensie fata, cred ca trebuie schimbate bucsele mari. Si ce mai e enervant este sunetul de vant undeva la usa dreapta spate, am mers si cu cineva mai tehnic in masina, nu ne dam seama care este cauza, pare sa vine de la geam mic din spate, dar asa vazut din afara pare totul la locul lui. ITP nou de tip fara spaga, mers 3k km intr-un an. Ne apropriam de 180.000km. Sau nu.

posibil benzina din rezervor sa fie "expirata" adica sa nu mai asigure arederea corecta la amestecul pe care il face masina.
pentru treaba aia cu sunetul de vant, verifica sa fie intreaga folia aia dintre fata de usa si tabla. are rol de izolare termica, fonica si impotriva patrunderii apei in masina, si daca s-a desprins pe undeva din masticul de fabrica (sau daca a umblat vreun dorel la ea pe parcursul anilor) poate sa fie dezlipita, sda lipseasca cu totul sau sa fie rupta pe alocuri. -------------------- Cash only, no I will not trade + cash for your ETA, nor do I want any wheels, ex girlfriends, puppies, or sexual favors....well maybe but PM me about that one

Benzina nu era veche, dar am alimentat la ceva mai no-name. O sa ma uit dupa iarna ce mai spun sondele lambda.
Folia e prezenta si relipita, era dezlipita la colt jos. Garnituri sunt ok. Se aude undeva langa gemul mic la usa, e posibil sa fie inlucuita usa in trecut, nu o fi fost lipit bine geamul. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

@bart, poate aveai hidrocarburile mari... in cazul asta ar fi pcv as zice, cel putin asa a fost la mine, a scos joja si a iesit la noxe.
Ai idee cum se curata pcv la astea ale noastre ? ![]() Cat despre geam, cred ca il rezolvi cu niste silicon de parbriz daca e cazul. De scos il poti scoate cu un fir de pescuit, ca sa tai siliconul vechi. Dar la cum e vremea de afara, as zice pe la primavara |

Cum e si usa care a fost lovita de fostul proprietar, o sa caut alta si o inlocuiesc cu totul.
