pe scurt: 518 la baza, acum 518i. fara dotari. incerc sa-l aduc la ceea ce ar trebui sa fie un e28
pana acum am reusit sa refac fusta spate-multumesc Iorgos pe acesta cale pt. fusta, capac porbagaj si altele...
am montat geamurile electice. mai am de pus butoanele in consola- nu stiu daca e normal, dar cand actionez macaralele electrice se misca masina biggrin.gif
in scurt timp urmeaza inchiderea centralizata, pe care o am in punga. nu stiu daca o sa-i dau de capat. ma gandeam sa pun after market daca nu reusesc.
am actuatoare, mufe si un swich. imi mai trebuie tijele, emergency swich si un electrician talentat.
tot in scurt timp rezolv si lonjeronul de pe parte soferului.
am in plan, punte cu discuri pt. spate, alt motor si piese noi pt. directie, suspensie. inclusiv servo directie.
m-a surprins lipsa barii stabilizatoare pe fata. e bizar ca pe lonjeroane are gaurile pt. prindere.
cam atat deocamdata. ce-o fi pana la final, habar n-am. posibil sa abandonez pe parcurs.

sa o stapanesti sanatos.
ciudate rau gaurile din aripi .a avut cumva o chestie de cauciuc prinsa in nituri? ca am vazut masina mai de mult si parca ave asa ceva.nituri sau suruburi ca nu mai tin minte.
sa ai spor la mesterit.

Poate ne vedem deseara sa arunn si eu un ochi?

Geamurile zguduie putin masina mai ales daca sunt jocuri acolo. Inainte de toate verifica sa se prinda bine pe usa. Pune saibe mai late eventual, pentru ca se intampla ca din socuri sa rupa tabla in locul in care se prinde macaraua pe usa. Saibele mari or sa distribuie efortul. Decat sa pui saibe mari dupa ce se rupe, mai bine pui acum.

Pentru inchidere, ai modulul de comanda care trebuie pus dupa difuzorul de la picioarele pasagerului?

Ce tip de motor vrei sa pui, tot 1.8?


Ce sa abandonezi? Spor la lucru!



Am vazut pozele: Holy SHIT, n-ai aruncat rotile alea hidoase?

Probabil nu sunt bine fixate geamurile. Am facut si eu trecerea la geamuri electrice (toate 4) si nu fac nimic in plus fata de ce ar trebui sa faca smile.gif

masina a avut o tabla prinsa in pop nituri, in loc de fusta.
am dat-o jos instant si pana am facut rost de partea lipsa am mers cu c*** gol, se vedea rezervorul, toba si roata de rezerva.
Til, la care roti de referi? la alea mici? biggrin.gif o sa le arunc dupa ce pun servo si un motor mai mare.
Poti sa treci cand vrei, seara ma suni si cobor. Posibil maine sa plec in Oltenia.
Motor, nu stiu deocamdata. Cu siguranta 6 pistoane si ceva care s-a montat pe e28 din fabrica.

azi am constatat cu stupoare ca nu mai merge kilometrajul. nu mai inregistreaza. e mort
am incercat un alt bord si degeaba. verificat mufe, curatat contacte...nimic. mai ramane sa verific cititorul de pe grup.
sa fie intrerupt firul pe undeva? in rest functioneaza tot in bord.

pana sa ma bag sub masina, m-am apucat sa desfac bordul. curatat contacte, spray la rotite...
maine fac o tura sa vad daca s-a deblocat contuarul. poate am scapat de tavaleala pe sub masina.

hehe, e bine sa te distrezi bu bordul mai inveti una-alta. Dar mai simplu era sa verifici cablul din diferential.
Te gandesti sa schimbi si acumulatorii pentru Service Indicators? Oricum, nu prea am avut succes dupa schimbarile acumulatorilor, dar tot i-am schimbat la toate cele 4-5 borduri care mi-au picat in mana pana acum.

bordul se demonteaza f. usor.
am vazut un singur acumulator, de marimea unui nasture. nu m-am bagat sa-l schimb...firul e lipit direct pe el. nu am letcon.
am desfacut si sonda din grup. curatat contacte si degeaba. tot nu merge. s-o fi stricat dracia?!

nu e intrerupt cablul inainte de sonda? Eu beleaua asta am avut-o, cablu intrerupt cu cativa cm inainte de conector, era si greu de inadit fara lipitura, ca intra repede umezeala si se oxida.

m-am uitat pe realoem si singurul senzor din grup e piesa 8-speedometer

nu vad de ce i-ar zice speedometer la un senzor care inregistreaza distanta parcursa-km.

e unul si acelasi pentru viteza si distanta. Daca vitezometrul iti mergea iar trip-ul nu, e clar ca senzorul e ok. Din cauza asta a pus intrebarea la inceput tomado:

am gasit veriga slaba. 2 dinti rupti la o rotita.
nu -mi dau seama cum s-au rupt. sunt din cauciuc moale. probabil de la reset. dau reset dupa fiecare alimentare.

centralizata la punga.
am aproape tot ce-mi trebuie. exceptang emergency swich, care nu stiu exact ce face si daca pot sa ma lipsesc de el.
as incerca sa renunt la el si sa pun ceva after marhchet. vinde cineva pe celalat forum inchidere cu cheie si modul. ma gandeam sa declansez din cheie daca nu reusesc sa montez declansatoarele de pe butuci. electricienii care mi-au legat butoanele la geamuri au zis ca-i dau de cap. sunt curios daca o sa mearga ca de fabrica. am pus un actuator pe usa legat pe direct si merge frumos.

in legatura cu problema cu bara stabilizatoare....eu eram sigur dar am zis sa verific....si intradevar aveam dreptate.....nu se putea ca masina ta sa nu aibe bara stabilizatoare.....faptul ca e lipsa e cam grav....

prima data am verificat si eu dupa serie sasiu si apare bara, gaurile de prindere in lonjeroane exista...
s-a pierdut pe drum, undeva la o interventie smile.gif
singurul lucru diferit fata de celelalte masini pe care le-am avut, e reculul puternic in volan dupa intoarcerile la 180.
sunt in cautare de bara second si bielete antiruliu noi.

bielete antiruliu sunt f ieftine....nu stiu daca la bara stabilizatoare de 518 are ca si la mine niste bucsi care deasemenea sunt f ieftine

bara sigur gasesti pe undeva....mi se pare ca nu trebuie neaparat sa fie cea de 180 grosime....poate sa fie si de 190

in urma impactului, nu are nici un senzor, ci el este senzorul, in urma unei forte(soc) rezultate in urma accidentului el se declanseaza

Au fost niste BMW-uri cu motorizari mai putin pretentioase care au venit fara bara de stabilizare pe fata. De exemplu 1502, si daca nu ma insel si unele E21-uri. Sasiu in rest era la fel, avea prinderi, doar ca nu era montata bara. O fi fost la fel la E28?
btw daca ai bara stabilizatoare spate dar nu si fata, ai mai mult oversteer se pare smile.gif

nu...la E28 dupa cum vezi bart fiecare model avea macar bara stabilizatoare fata

518, 518i, 520i sunt cele care au numai fata

524td, 525i, 528i, 535i au si bara stabilizatoare spate

Nu neaparat, la 524td din '83 nu am avut pe spate, mi-am pus eu cand mi-am montat si frana pe discuri. Cat despre bara stabilizatoare pe fata, am atat la td cat si la cea de piese, care e un 518 carburatie din '81, primul an de fabricatie. Deci banuiesc ca toate au avut asa ceva...

Eu zic sa pui una de TD . Sau orice, gros sa fie. Am observat ca bara de TD e mai groasa (rigida) decat cea de 525i.

Abia dupa 1 iulie am timp sa ma ocup de fiare. Intai trebuie sa vad in ce stare e, daca mai e. In principiu astea nu se strica, deci as putea sa o dau.

Ok. Mai stiam 2 td-uri la dezmembrat dar cred ca sunt conserve de multa vreme. De gasit ar trebui sa mai gasesti, mai sunt si pe forum care au masini de piese. Daca nu, vorbim dupa 1 iulie.

cu ocazia venirii frigului sad.gif am testat incalzirea masinii. baga cald pe la picioare si prin prizele mici rotunde de pe bord (din colturi). cum fac sa-mi bage aer cald si prin fata pe la prizele de pe consola? daca le deschid si dau drumul la aeroterma baga aer rece de afara-cu robinetul de caldura dat pe rosu.

La E12 tot asa e, prin gratar ala central de pe bord sufla doar rece.

Cald sufla la picioare, la parbriz si lateral.

La tine la E12 era altfel?

neavand ce face...am cumparat keder la metru din fr.
e bine lucrat/lipit, numai ca e mai "gras" decat originalul si nu mai inchide usa bine. am mai reglat la contra broasca de pe stalp, dar tot nu vine bine. treb. sa dau tare cu usa. plus ca arunca usa in afara.nu-mi dau seama daca se va mai lasa in timp. in fine, am luat de proba 6m(pt. doua usi)

am reusit sa transcriu cazanu' inainte sa intre legea dementa in vigoare.
am itp pana in 12/2013. ma gandesc sa pun un motor serios pe ea. nu sunt hotarat asupra cilindreei si modelului de motor.
as opta pt. un 2.5 m20, mi-ar placea si un 2.8 sau 3.5. la m50 nu ma bag, ca e prea mult de modificat. tind spre motor care a fost montat pe e28, eventual sa-l si omologhez-am descoperit doi colegi de generala care sunt ingineri la rar Slatina smile.gif
astept sugestii de la cunoscatori biggrin.gif

Cred ca cel mai mare M20 pe e28 a fost cel de 2.0. Asa ca nu o faci 'de curse' cu un M20 omologabil usor. Doar daca bloc de 2.0 poti
mari la 2.5, 2.7. Din afara nu se vede ce e inauntru..
Varianta de M20 2.5 ar fi fain. Daca nu, un M30 2.8.

si dupa aia sa il chemi pe til sa stea cu nasul in el sa iti regleze avansul ori de cate ori simti ca masina parca isi schimba mersul...pentru ca asta face

eu iti recomand pentru tine M20B20 (motronic) si M20B25 ...sunt motoare simple...piese gasesti la orice magazin.... nu te rupe la bani

am exclus M30B35 pentru ca desi la inceput ai fi foarte tentat sa pui asa ceva o sa iti para rau dupa.....cand o sa bagi benzina de 100 de lei si nu faci cine stie ce km cu ei.....

Pe un M30B28 poti monta chiulasa si instalatie de M30B30 motronic ca sa scapi de reglaje.

e bun in continuare si am explicat de ce l-am dat jos...chiulasa de m30b30 motronic (dar fara calculator de injectie) am avut dar am preferat un m50 pt ca e fiabil pe partea de injectie si gasesc piese pe toate drumurile...m30-ul meu asteapta 2016 cand o sa se scrie retromobil pe el

m20b20 nu pun, ca e slabut pe e28 si daca fac deranj cu swap macar fac pt. un motor mai mare.
alezat bloc de 2000 nu prea ma incanta. mi-ar placea un bloc de m30b25 cu interne de m30b28-greu de gasit.
2.7 eta nu are performante deosebite, numai facut cu interne de 2.5 cica ar fi interesant.
2.5 de urs e prima optiune. sunt doua oferte pe net al vanzare si ca de obicei scump ca m50-ul.

A, nu, nu asta vroiam sa zic. Vibrochen et al ale mele sunt buen daca gasesti undeva un bloc de 2,5 M30.
Varianta cu M20 eta e a 2-a posibilitate. Nu cred ca poti combina ceva intre M20 si M30.

le-am imbracat in autocolant. am facut unul de proba, a iesit bine si l-am facut si pe celalat.
as fi incercat varianta cu decromatul dar din pacate nu se poate separa partea metalica de plastic. la e 12 e separat cadrul metalic de restul lampii.
nu prea poti sa freci cu abraziv cromul ca risti sa zgarii plasticul

e buna si ideea cu colantul.mai e o varianta cu vopsitul dar mai intai trebuie sa dai pe crom cu un primer special.se gaseste la magazinele cu vopsea.
am crezut ca ai folosit primer.dar arata bine si cu colant.

am o problema: nu mi se aprind stopurile la franare.
m-a atentionat un nene in trafic azi. habar nu am de cand merg asa...
oricum e grav. am verificat tot: becuri, sigurante, mufe. nu-mi dau seama daca swich-ul de la pedala poate fi vinovat. e posibil sa fie defect? a patit cineva asa ceva?
pe lampa spate imi merg toate-semnalizare, marsarier, pozitie

Da, sa strica si switch-ul. Si la E12 avea niste ezitari la un moment dat, dar cu WD40 am mai prelungit viata lui.

nu vrea. am curatat cu spray, am facut strap intre fire, tot nimic. ma enerveaza electrica. ramane sa dau mocheta la o parte sa verific firele din portbagaj pana la pedala.

am patit o duma azi la masina: am mers prin oras si am cam incalzit-o. ca o paranteza a fost aglomerat azi prin oras pt. o zi de sarbatoare.
a trebuit sa opresc masina la un moment dat sa cumpar ceva. n-a mai vrut sa porneasca nici pe benzina nici pe gpl. pompa baga benzina, gpl era in butelie, bujii curate, fise si delcou noi. am facut incantatii la sf. gheorghe, nimic. pana nu s-a racit motorul aproape de zona albastra nu a vrut sub nicio forma. cand s-a racit motorul, dupa o ora, a luat-o la sfert. ce poate fi de vina?

E L-jetronic parca?
E posibil sa fie modulul de aprindere, am patit asta cand modulul nu era montat corect si nu avea racire. Era pus pe o tabla subtire chiar langa radiator. Dar nu mai retin daca a crapat instant sau o vreme a mers pana se incingea si apoi pauza.

sa incerc o izolare termica? mi-a mai facut asta vara odata. am mers mult prin oras, am oprit sa alimentez si n-a mai pornit decat dupa 20-30 min, dupa ce a scazut temp. motorului. daca nu opresc motorul, nu e bai, merge fara probleme.

Cred ca e din cauza vaporizatorului.La temperaturi mari nu mai transforma gazul cum trebuie.Asa imi facea la o dacie.Se poate sa fie si bobina asa cum spune cosmin.Ai pus mana pe bobina?se incinge rau?

bobina era calda, nu fierbinte. tu zici de vaporizator, dar nu mai porneste nici pe benzina. dupa ce s-a racit a pornit imediat pe benzina si dupa am mers pe gaz fara probleme. e problema daca se incalzeste bobina? sau cum ar trebui sa fie?
