Am vrut sa pun poze cu masina direct la rubrica "masina mea" dar din nefericire restaurarea inceputa aprox acum 1 an nu se mai termina sad.gif
Este vorba de un rechin e12 525 pe carburatie. Masina a fost cumparata acum 12 ani de taicamiu cu 800 dolari:)
La origine a fost cu motor de 2.0 si de culoare bej. Dupe cumparare, masina a fost vopsita verde si s-a mers cu ea 4 ani cu motorul de 2.0.

Acum 8 ani masina a primit motor 2.5 m30 tot carburatie ca si cel de 2.0. La scurt timp insa carburatorul original a fost furat de niste "mecanici" la un mare service unde masina fusese trimisa pt a i se schimba amortizoarele. In loc au pus unul facut praf, plin de pamant si pe alocuri de poxipol care bineinteles nu mai tinea la ralanti si mergea de tot cacatul.

Alt mester, prieten cu taicamiu s-a hotarat sa repare el carburatorul, si a reusit sa scape un cui in motor si sa-l porneasca .... blink.gif
Astfel ne-am ales cu un e 12 care a zacut in curte aprox 8 ani, pana cand am prins eu gustul pentru aceasta marca.
Primul contact recent a fost un e32 730i v8 si e34 535i care au aparut in familie acum 1 an si e28-ul lui EVIL_DEATH la care am pus mai mult suflet decat la masina mea:)). De fapt, dupa ce am mers cu el sa-si ia masina am devenit amandoi cam dementi in privinta bmw-urilor iar mie mi-a venit ideea de a restaura bietul e12 care zacea in curte.

Am pus deocamdata pozele cu masina dupa ce a fost scoasa din curte dupa ce 8 ani a stat neatinsa si nepornita.
Urmeaza sa va mai plictisesc si cu pozele dupa o vopsitorie praf de multe milioane si alte pagube tipice de romania.

Ceasurile sunt originale e12...Povestea continua cu faptul ca mi-am dus masina la revopsit la un atelier de "renume" unde baietii vopseau mercedez-uri si alte masini noi si scumpe. Si mi-a placut ce am vazut.
La mine insa treaba a stat un pic altfel. Masina a stat 5 LUNI la vopitor. Desigur in tot acest timp nu s-a facut nimic. Pe sfarsit au bagat baietii mare si s-au pus pe treaba. Au motivat ca au avut extrem de multe comenzi.

Cand am venit sa-mi vad masina vopsita am fost entuziasmat desi facusera o magarie, si anume nu vopsisera contraripa unde se afla tabloul de sigurante pe motivul " Nu se poate scoate domne tabloul" .In rest era ok. Mam grabit, am luat masina si am duso in atelier unde o astepta motorul refacut de la 0 si carburatorul curatat pana la cea mai mica piesa. In atelier insa masina a mai stat 3 luni deorece baiatii erau si ei ocupati.

Dupa 3 luni ma cheama sa vad motoru pus . Eram oarecum entuziasmat ca o vad cum ia viata cand evil_death imi strica tot cheful mellow.gif observand niste pete bej la compartimentul motor. Ce erau acele pete? Vopsea originala bej din 1981...
Pe scurt, la compartimentul motor, desi au avut motorul scos, nu au pregatit suprafata si au dat la misto cu vopsea. Dupa 3 luni vopseaua a inceput sa sara. Din fericire, masina e in garantie 2 ani...desi nu aveam chef de alta futere...

Am zis, ok, va las masina, terminati mai repede cu motoru si o ducem inapoi la vopsitor sa refaca ce a gresit.
A trecut 1 luna fara sa primesc nici un semn de la seful de service care trebuie sa mentionez ca este si vecinul meu de multi ani si la care am fost client fidel; asa ca m-am decis sa ma duc la masina. E12-ele zacea intr-un garaj, blocat de 5 masini desfacute...

Am crapat de nervi, am pus stanga pe ea si am adus-o acasa unde i-am pus si reglat carburatorul si i-am dat o spalare sa vad exact ce alte defecte mai are....si are destule...prea multe chiar. In fine, am pus poze cu jentile refacute si masina vopsita dar prafuita destul de mult. O sa mai pun maine poze cu toate defectele si cu ea curata.

In interior, i-am luat de la Interceptor scaune si bancheta impecabile de piele neagra de pe un e28 si pt usi am luat fete negre originale si lemn original cu ornament de crom. Tot lemnul a fost refacut in nuanta maciuliei de schimbator de lemn Alpina pt e12 cool.gif. Mocheta am luat una neagra de e 12 .
O sa revin cu poze si cu piesele de interior pe care o sa le montez abia dupa ce rezolv cu vopsitul.

frumoasa vopseaua...pacat ca ti-a sarit in comp motor...ti-a mai sarit pe undeva sau alte urme de imperfectiuni ? asa la poze arata bine. ce e cu interiorul bej ca m-ai derutat de tot .asta l-a avut masina initial ?

imi permit eu sa raspuns ca eu i-am ales culoarea pentru masina smile.gif) este si nas bun iar interiorul de acum este ala vechi are interior complet si impecabil care asteapta sa fie pus pe masina cum e gata
si ai uitat matei sa adaugi si esapamanetul care este nou noutz biggrin.gif

Vopseaua este buna pe caroserie DAR...exista multe zone vopsite peste stickere, peste intrerupatoare, peste prinderi, zone care se decojesc, zone matuite, etc...o sa pun poze cu toate astea si sper in cateva saptamani si cu ea revopsita..

am avut ocazia de a vedea masina live zilele astea cat am mesterit la a mea in fata curtii lui matei ..urata treaba cu vopseaua...chiar au vopsit peste ornamente in bataie de joc total !!! in schimb, e cel mai cu linie rechin pe care l-am vazut vreodata biggrin.gif drept drept drept si aliniat totul perfect.si cromul e in stare buna. cred ca o sa iasa ceva foarte frumos biggrin.gif

Azi mam apucat sa dezechipez masina pt revopsire si am facut cateva poze care vorbesc de la sine despre calitatea tinichigeriei si a vopsitoriei. Ambele sunt la compartimentul motor. sad.gif

asta se intampla cu masinile vechi... am avut si eu niste probleme de genu... daca te duceai cu un seria 5 din 2000 sau eu stiu ce masina mai noua imediat percutau..... fmm d jegosi... nu stiu sa aprecieze adevaratele masini... multa bafta cu masina in continuare si daca ai nevoie d ajutor cu cea mai mare placere mi-ar placea sa te ajut... desi nu ma pricep prea bine biggrin.gif

Am revenit cu noutati privind rechinul meu care sta mai mult pe malul apei invins de lene... laugh.gif
Am luat masina de la vopsitor care a reusit dupa cateva luni de "truda" sa faca cam 70% din ce am cerut blink.gif si am inceput cu partenerul meu de vechituri evildeath sa lucram la ea. cool.gif

In plan se afla podeaua care trebuie curatata de izolatia fonica, urmele de rugina indepartate si acoperite cu zinc si de schimbat toata sectiunea din podea care sustine pedala de acceleratie.

In paralel m-am apucat de vopsit toate anexele motorului si etrierii. Am atasat cateva poze cu primele 2 zile de lucru.
Sper ca pana la venirea iernii sa apuc sa schimb chederele de la usi,luneta, parbriz,portbagaj si capota ca mai apoi sa ma pot concentra pe motor si frane.

momentan nu e panica ca mai lucram in atelier ca tre curatate cateva piese si vopsite inainte sa le puna pe motor....dar cand vine partea cu pusul pe motor e nasol smile.gif...m rog sper sa mai fie cateva zile de vreme ok...

Da... peste 3 zile insa termin de curatat si pregatit de vopsit tot asa ca sper sa prind cateva zile cu soare sa le vopsesc beach.gif

De asemenea tot de vopsit tine si montatul capotei care are toate elementele date jos si pregatite....a picat tare prost vremea asta...

Revin cu ceva poze si povestiri legate de e12. Zilele trecute am scos chederele, le-am curatat, vopsit ornamentele si pus la locul lor.

Am aliniat 3 usi din 4 si montat chederul pe 2. Podeaua am acoperit-o in intregime cu zinc, urmand zilele astea un strat de teroson si unul de aluband pt o buna izolare fonica.

La motor nu am facut multe pt ca incerc sa o izolez pana vine frigul si numai aliniatul usilor dureaza o vesnicie; cu toate astea insa am montat carburatorul , timoneria de la aceleratie si pompa de benzina.

Timoneria a fost facuta pe strung dupa modelul original deoarece masina avea o improvizatie.

Tot la compartimentul motor au fost vopsite negru mat, axul de la capota, rolele de la capota si suportii de culisare de pe aripi.

Incepe sa capete forma dar oricat de mult as lucra tot greu se misca treaba:((
Interceptor, pt cs-ul din garaj merita sa-ti faci chef wink.gif e superba masina.

Cat despre feruginol, este tot de la policolor, luat din bricolage si am pus 1 litru la o galeata cu apa. In 24 ore a indepartat tot ce inseamna rugina dar a lasat vopseaua in pace. Am dat cu smilghel de 400, zinc si negru mat.
A indepartat chiar foarte bine rugina, totul este sa-l clatasti bine de tot si sa-l stergi cu carpa, altfel prinde rugina de suprafata....

Multam fain,faza cu apa nu o stiam.Eu l-am folosit asa pur si in doua zile nu a facut nimic la rugina,doar mi-a umflat vopseaua.o sa incerc si cu apa sa vad cum iese.

salut, frumoasa treaba ai facut...biggrin.gif am si eu un e12 identik k al tau cred.....la care tre sa fac cam aceasi treaba pe care ai facuto si u.....mai putin motoru care mergea foarte bine ultima oara pana a cedat carburatoru..... spor la treaba in continuare.....cam cat te-a costat tinichigerie-vopsitorie, si la elementele cromate ce le-ai facut (ca la mine sunt zgariate rau)

Pai la crom nu am facut decat o curatare cu ajax praf. atat, am si eu pe unele ornamente zgarieturi dar nu pot sa spun ca ma deranjeaza enorm....

Vopsitul a fost 30 milioane. dar a iesit cam 60% din ce vroiam. In zonele mari este vopsita bine insa la detalii lasa mult de dorit. Un ochi antrenat va recunoaste imediat imperfectiunile si asta ma roade rau sad.gif

In rest nu a fost multa tinichigerie, 2 petice la podea, facute de un prieten de familie.

Motorul a primit segmenti noi si dupa ce termin cu omologatul primeste si axa cu came, culbutori, ghiduri, simeringuri, scaune de supape si supape noi ca sa fie ca la carte. (unii spun ca nu este nevoie de toate astea, dar sincer nici de restaurarea asta nu e nevoie asa ca merge:)))

In rest imi aduc de fiecare data aminte de vopseaua care mi-a dat batai mari de cap deoarece tot ce lucrez este in detaliu...astazi am terminat de curatat suportii de far si maine ma apuc de vopsit. smile.gif

Usile sunt aliniate, 3 din 4..cea de la sofer nu vrea deloc sa se inchida frumos mad.gif

Pana duminica sper sa o pornesc biggrin.gif

Normal ca atunci cand vine vorba de restaurari, incercarea de a respecta un program anume este eronata...prin urmare nu am apucat sa pornesc masina.

Am montat jumatate din instalatia electrica, insa mai am mult de curatat la ea deoarece a fost acoperita bine cu vopsea vio (33).gif

Cealalta jumatate era pe alocuri coapta si a trebuit sa schimb sectiuni din fir si anumiti papuci.
Partea buna a zilei mi-au asigurat-o geamurile, care dupa atata vreme functioneaza dubios de perfect biggrin.gif (am facut 2 fire cu 2 papuci si am incercat fiecare motoras in parte cu bateria).

Acum trebuie sa aflu unde se produce "buba" in circuit deoarece din butoane imi mergea un singur geam.

Tot azi am pregatit radiatorul pentru vopsit.

Astazi am terminat de facut farurile, o sa pun mai incolo poze cu tot botul, faruri, grile, nas. Inca nu am apucat sa o pornesc si cheful meu atarna usor in balanta cu vremea asta nasoala care a inceput biggrin.gif

Mersi, mai este de munca mai ales ca a venit frigul si nu e tocmai ideal de lucrat:)
Dar sper sa o termin in 2 luni sa pot merge cu ea pana la vara

A trecut vremea nasoala, asa ca o sa readuc la viata proiectul. smile.gif
Masina a primit farurile proaspat vopsite, are instalatia de la motor refacuta; urmeaza a fi montata si astfel pornit motorul.

Am terminat de facut pedalierul+timoneria de acceleratie de 2.5. Cea e 2.0 nu se potrivea.

Urmeaza aeroterma montata, aluband pe podea si dupa...interior.

Cam atat deocamdata...

Am montat aeroterma, pedalierul proaspat vopsit, bordul si m-am apucat de pus folie stp pe podea...urmeaza dupa un strat de burete de la aceeasi firma, mocheta si restul de interior wub.gif

Mai pun poze pe parcurs, dupa ce termin interiorul montez franele si o pornesc smile.gif Sper macar un drum sa fac cu ea vara asta...

Il am pe al iei dar este vechi si obosit, am cumparat burete autoadeziv pt izolatie fonica...erau destul de prost izolate fonic si vreau sa reduc zgomotul de fond care se face in masina...

Cutia are iesire de cablu.
Blocant pun de e28 cu tot cu punte.

Saptamana viitoare o scot la prima tura .Cutia de 4 trepte, bucsi, articulatie neschimbate, esapament original.
In toamna o sa ma apuc sa montez cutia, serpii, finala noua, articulatii si bucsi fata spate si blocantul. Pana atunci vreau sa ma bucur un pic de ea pt ca o vad numai in curte de multa vreme smile.gif

Dupa o lunga pauza am reusit sa ma reapuc de e12 laugh.gif

Serpii din poza de mai sus au ajuns la evildeath dupa cum ati vazut la topicul lui dar in acelasi timp l-au facut gelos pe rechinul meu.....asa ca i-am cumparat un v12 tongue.gif

Am renuntat la motorul de 2.5, acum este cu injectie pe un e28; am pastrat in schimb carburatorul la care tin foarte mult. L-am pastrat pe un raft si asta pentru ca am in schimb 2 ecu si un eml sa-mi tina de urat.

Am cumparat un 750i, am pastrat motorul, am aruncat cutia hidramata in curte si i-am facut cunostiinta cu getrag 262 de pe e28 m535 dogleg.
Nu am avut mult timp sa lucrez la el deoarece am fost mai interesat de proiectul lui evildeath care are multe shaworma de dat biggrin.gif dar am apucat sa fac bucati motorul ca sa-l curat.

Nu l-am facut complet praf deoarece fostul proprietar a schimbat simeringurile de supapa iar chiuloasele se prezinta excelent. La fel si cuzinetii care arata ca noi. Au insa anul masiniii stantat pe ei deci stiu sigur ca nu-i asa.

Pasii sunt:
-curatat motorul complet, pus pe masina cu baie pe el si anexe provizoriu fara garnituri, inclusiv cutia si facut suporti si evacuare.
- demontat tot, revopsit compartiment motor negru mat, vopsit motor, cutie
-montat totul la loc
-montat puntea de e28 care este partial gata, mai sunt de refacut bascule di diferential.

O sa folosesc caseta de directie de e12 si pompa de m70, puntea de e28, blocantul de 3.07 de pe m535, finala si mediana de pe 750i.
De rezervor nu mai am loc asa ca o sa pun unul de mercedez 124 in portbagaj cu pompele de m70.

Am facut volanta pentru cutia manuala, se vede in poze. Este o volanta de m30 prinsa prin 2 flanse distantiere de volanta de hidramata de m70. Tot ansamblul a fost echilibrat pe strung.

Cam atat deocamdata, o sa revin cu poze cum apuc sa mai fac cate ceva biggrin.gif

Am gasit si cateva poze din vara cand incepusem lucrul la punte. Din fericire acum nu mai sunt nevoit sa lucrez in curte si voi putea face progrese si pe timp de iarna celb (15).gif

Poze cu puntea gata sunt in postul de mai sus.

Acum urmeaza sa fac bucsa la volanta de m30 ca sa pot presa in ea rulmentul pentru axul de la cutie si sa fac flansa de prindere a cutiei pe bloc.

Foarte interesant! Vad ca esti autodidact si te felicit. Lamureste-ma insa cu o chestie:citind cu atentie abia acum topicul am vazut ca pe parcursul restaurarii, ai folosit niste materiale, a caror utilitate n-o inteleg intrutotul- aluband si folia STP. Un plug and play foarte non-user friendly laugh.gif

Materialele folosite pe podea sunt pentru izolatie fonica asa cum a spus si dima. Motorul a fost pus si dat jos de vreo 6 ori pana acum pentru masuratori. tongue.gif

Se pastreaza caseta de directie din fericire dar trebuie facute alte evacuari pe partea soferului. Am presat in volanta de m30 rulmentul pentru centrarea axului de la cutie.

Renunt la bara de torsiune de pe fata deoarece nu are loc baia. O sa montez una de e28 cu adaptarile de rigoare.

Urmeaza sa fac prinderea cutiei pe bloc care se dovedeste a fii un pic cam... vio (33).gif

Saptamana asta nu apuc sa fac nimic pt ca sunt plecat din tara dar cum ma intorc pun poze din nou cu evolutia.

Referitor la cutie...exista pe euroasians.net un e34 cu m70. Este la al doilea motor. Primul avea cutie de m20 si clapete mecanice de acceleratie. Cutia de m20 a rezistat. Presupun ca o sa faca fata si asta de m30. Omul a schimbat motorul pt ca initial a pastrat instalatia de m20 a masinii si nu i-a dat de cap.

Si eu pastrez instalatia masinii, legand de ea pe cea a motorului, sper sa nu-mi tai venele to_become_senile.gif

Daca totusi sa duce cutia, mai am una de 4 trepte laugh.gif
Tine si aia de cateva ture...clar e faptul ca o sa dureze ceva pana ma apuc sa adaptez alta cutie la motorul asta asa ca nu prea ma gandesc la scenariu in care o sa pice.

Am revenit in tara si m-am apucat cu evildeath de curatat 30 de kg de piese pline de ulei si pamant celb (15).gif

Doua din 3 flanse de la cutie sunt aproape gata. Am facut gaurile pentru prinderea de bloc. Mai trebuie date gaurile de prindere ale cutiei de flanse. Vor fii doua prinderi in dreapta sus (flansa 1), una in stanga jos (flansa2) si inca doua prinderi in zona de jos a blocului.

Toate piesele, cutia si blocul cu chiuloasele vor fii vopsite negru mat si wrinkle paint.

Se vede in poze si rulmentul presat in volanta de m30.

Are un element protector pt cutia de m30, se numeste ambreiaj de m30 smile.gif pica inaintea cutiei stati chill. si din cunostintele mele, un getrag 265 e mai rezistent decat cutia manuala de v12.

Asa cum a zis si rotti smile.gif Grupul este comun cu cele puse pe motoarele de 4.0 v8 si 5.0 v12. Difera carcasa.
Iar cutia, daca totusi nu face fata voi pune un 265 getrag care stiu sigur ca e una din cele mai rezistente.

Puteam sa pun de la inceput asa dar imi place "doglegu" mult. Cum cutiile sunt identice la exterior nu o sa fie o problema sa le schimb...sper insa sa nu fie cazul laugh.gif

Cam aici se incheie progresul pe 2010 laugh.gif
Pana in vara nu cred ca mai apuc sa fac ceva la masina.

Am pus motorul de proba, pompa de frana a fost mutata in fata, suportii pentru bobine, filtru de ulei si cutia pt ecu-uri au fost sudati si ei.
Compartimentul motor a fost luat la smirghel 10 zile pana aproape de tabla ill (9).gif si grunduit.
Am pastrat radiatorul original de 2.5 si vascul de 5.0. Trebuie modificat cotul de sus al radiatorului, in loc de 90 grade sa iasa drept.

Am ramas cu 2 probleme mari de rezolvat.
Franele fata: trebuie adaptate niste frane mai mari. Pana acum am 2 variante. De v12 dar nu am reusit sa gandesc nici o solutie sau de Mazda rx8 care sunt apropiate ca marime, 325 in diametru fata de 330 cat au cele de septar.

A doua problema este directia. Pot pastra caseta originala, dar are joc destul de mare si nici raportul nu este ideal.
Varianta cea mai ok pana in momentul de fata este cremaliere de jaguar xj6. Problema este ca daca pun cremaliera, aceasta va fii cel mai jos punct al masinii, si nu cred ca e tocmai bine sa raschetez cu ea pe asfalt.

Daca vreau sa o urc mai sus se poate, dar trebuie modificata atat baia de ulei cat si puntea.
La franele de Mazda am o sulutie mai buna din acest punct de vedere deoarece bratele pentru capetele de bara sunt orientate inspre fata si pot monta cremaliera in fata puntii unde am loc mai mult DAR nu prea mai ramane loc din cauza evacuarii sa trec cu axul volanului pana la ea.

Pe langa astea mai sunt de luat rulmentii spate, saboti frana de mana, placute etrierii spate, simeringuri de grup, vopsit bascule, grup si restul de maruntisuri numai la puntea spate.
Trebuie pregatita podeaua si contraaripile pt teroson si vopsit compartimentul motor si punte fata.

Dupa asta nu mai am decat sa ma apuc de motor sa-i schimb garnituri, simerinuri si sa-l vopsesc hang.gif

P.s Am uitat de portbagaj unde trebuie facut rezervor de inox si pregatit + terosonat. Mai este si evacuarea care trebuie facuta de la 0. Am pregatit pana acum 2 finale de corvette v8 care sper sa se auda bine...Pana la vara cam asta a fost...

Ce masina tare o sa fie.

Nu e cam mic radiator asta pentru V12? Stiu ca E32 avea probleme cu supraincalzire la motoare V12.. Adica, acolo deja era la limita dimensionat. Poate ar fi mai bine un electroventilator sau 2 in fata radiatorului?

Am citit despre acest mit cu problemele la racire dar nu am gasit nimic clar pe net. Sa nu fie din cauza ca alte piese cedeaza repede.

De exemplu termostatul l-am gasit rupt in primul motor (cu toate astea masina a venit din Constanta fara probleme la racire).

Am pastrat elicea si vascul de v12 si am cumparat si un elecroventilator mai mic care se potriveste perfect in fata. Nu suport sunetul de ventilator, imi inspira Dacia papuc laugh.gif

Sper sa nu fie probleme, nu as vrea sa modific lonjeroanele fata pentru un radiator mai mare...

Dupa o pauza de 1 an am reinceput munca la e12:) S-a pus motorul si cutia pe masina, articulatie fata, suspensie.
Zilele astea terosonez contraripile spate si montez puntea cu basculele refacute. S-au schimbat rulmentii si bucsile, simeringuri la grup+vopsit.

Mai raman de montat franele spate de e34 v8 ventilate si de facut flansele pentru etrierii de e32 pe fata.
Pompa de frana vacumatica a fost mutata in spatele farului din stanga.

In afara de asta mai trebuie sa fac traseul de evacuare si sa trag conductele de frana dupa care ma pot ocupa de instalatia electrica.

Ramane de vazut daca raman cu acceleratia drive by wire sau montez clapetele cu timonerii. In ambele cazuri am probleme legate de montaj dar numai in cazul celor cu timone imi pun probleme la partea de electrica.
