Bart, discutia despre curatat injectoare am avut-o si eu azi cu un amic ce lucreaza in srvice, el mi-a recomandat sa le dau jos de pe masina si sa le las ceva vreme in lichid de frana, si se curata singure. Nu stiu daca e eficienta, eu am revenit azi in bucuresti fara masina, o las o saptamana la odihna in garaj, pana imi fac curaj sa scot injectoarele pt curatat.
daca ai scos galeria de admisie, de ce nu schimbi si garniturile, sa fii sigur ca vei avea etanseitate?

Nu am scos galeria, e acces foarte greu la suruburi, cel putin cu sculele mele. Garniturile au fost pus noi cand Interceptor a facut anul trecut miscarile cu chiulasa, deci ar trebuie sa fi buni. Probabil acolo nu e problema dar vrea sa ma asigur.
Lichid de frana nu e prea agresiv? As putea sa incerc solutia pura de curatat injectoare, dar cred ca si asta e destul de puternic. In fine, ar fi bine sa fie si testati cumva.
Problema la masina este ca nu merge frumos relanti, cum ar fi o ezitare la 1 sau 2 cilindrii, dar nu tot timp, 2 secunde merg, apoi 3 nu, iar da iar ba. La pornire cu motor foarte rece merge bine, dar dupa cativa minute deja incepe tremurat. In rest merge bine motorul, raspunde foarte bine la acceleratie, chiar la variatie mica la pedala motor raspunde bine, porneste bine e aproape perfect smile.gif

asa ,se iau cateva mingi de ping pong se sparg se invelesc bucatelele in staniol se aprind pana inceps sa fumege si se arunca intr-un cilindru -asta ar fi in mintea mea o smoke machine-te plimbi cu cilindrul asta poi pe unde crezi ca poate sa traga aer fals daca trage clar o sa traga si fumul zic eu.Mai vb pe messenger mai multe

Progress:
Am curatat injectoarele, ultrasunet. Scump, nu gluma, 40RON/injector. Cred ca am luat teapa. In fine, verdict a fost ca 2 aveau debit redus inainte de caratare, iar dupa tratament a zis ca 'sunt foarte bune' toate. O se vedem daca a avut vreun efect.
Am mia luat ceva becuri de bord, o sa pun si un bec la martor de Check Engine, care am descoperit cand am dat bord jos. Nu a fost niciodata nici un bec acolo se pare, se vedem ce sa intample..
Am mai comandat furtunas de la refulare gazelor, sau cum sa zice, intre chiulasa si admisie. Am luat si un metru de furtun pentru a inlocui toate furtunase de vacuum, care sunt cam imbatraniti.

In sfarsit am avut timp sa pun injectoare si restul de admisie la loc. O sa vad daca e o diferenta, pana acuma am impresie ca merge oarecum mai bine la relanti, si are mai multe putere motorul.
Cand eram sa plec la in test-drive mic am constatat ca au ramas blocat saboti de frana de mana. Am calcat ceva pe acceleratie pana au dat drum. Discuri sunt ruginite complet, simt in pedala o vibratie. Mai ales la inceput, dupa 10km de bucuresti a mai revenit. N-am mers cu masina cred ca cam o luna, nici n-am simtit lipsa..

nu mai lasa masina cu frana de mana trasa iarna, mai mult de 1h, maxim 2, risti sa ramana blocate rotile spate incat sa trebuiasca sa dai jos chestii pe-acolo.
e bine daca se simte o schimbare in bine, insa iti poti da seama daca a disparut problema initiala?

Asa e. O mai folosesc cand in cand ca sa nu sa rugineste totul smile.gif

ps. Un tip pentru cei cu masini mai vechi, am schimbat disc de cauciuc care e la tija de directie sub bord, am scapat de un joc, si masina raspunde mult mai bine la volan. Cel veche avea cauciuc mai moale, si joc injurului bucse de metal de la disc.

In weekend asta intentionez sa schimb 10 saibe extentrice de la reglaj tacheti cu unele noi, 2 aveam deja schimbate. Nu mai vreau sa aud nici o tacaneala. Masina va primi si 6 bujii noi, NGK ZGR51.

Verdict de la service era ca erau 2 cu un debit mai mic decat restul, dar nu foarte diferit. Dupa curatarea erau foarte bune. Nu suna foarte tehnic, dar asa mi s-a spus. Odata montat la loc parca accelereaza mai bine masina decat inainte.
Scopul operatiunei era mers mai bun la relanti, care nu a fost atins. Dar macar am mai eliminat ceva din lista smile.gif

De paste am mers cu batranica de la Bucuresti - Buzau - Bacau pana la Bicaz. Inapoi am mers de la Bicaz la cheile Bicaz, Lacul Rosu, Gheorgheni, Miercurea Ciuc, Tusnad, Sfantu Gheorghe, Intorsura Buzaului, Buzau, Bucuresti.
Foarte frumos drum, cel mai mult am placut Cheile Bicazului, lac de acumulare intre Intorsura Buzaului si Buzau, si tara in general unde sunt dealuri si munte.

Seara spre Bucuresti trafic a inebunit, eu mergeam la un moment dat cu 140, si m-au depasit in aceasi timp pe stanga si dreapta 2 masini. Mai tirziu cand m-am uitat in oglinda retrovizionare, am vazut 4 masini una langa alta, in depasire. Disperati. Mai tirziu am stat la coada ca s-a facut un accident in lant in localitate. Nu prea rau. Niste masini sifonati.

Masina a mers excelent ca de obicei, numai ca a aparut o scurgere la un furtun de la radiator de cutie, si a consumat cam 3 litri de ATF pe 850 de kilometri. Bine ca m-am prins in timp, si bine ca am gasit ATF la a 3-a benzinerie ( sa traieasca MOL, desi la Petrom e la juma de pret ). Daca nu m-am dat seamna in timp ala eram, ca nu cred ca sa mai misca masina.

Da, am banuit, dar nu asta am intrebat. Cum ti-ai dat seama "in the first place", ca apoi sa verifici nivelul pe joja? Ai vazut pete pe jos in parcare? Ma cam uit ce e sub masina.. nu chiar la fiecare oprire, dar la drum lung am obicei sa mai verific. Este totusi o masina de aproape 20 ani cu multe furtune, radiatoare, coliere, ... Are radiator de racire de apa, de ulei din motor, de ulei din cutie (incorporat in radiator de apa), si mai are niste tevi de racire de servodirectie tot pe acolo.. Mai are si radiator de AC.
Am vazut ceva pete proaspete pe jos si ceva stropuri de lichid atarnand la bara centrala de directie. M-am chiar speriat initial, credeam ca era un semering de cutie sau semering din spate la motor, apoi am vazut baltoaca in scut sub furtunele de racire de ulei de cutie cand am deschis capota, si am constatat nivel scazut chiar sub minim cu joja. Sper ca de la furtun sa fie, e cel mai ieftin si usor de remediat.
De mers a mers normal, nu am simtit nimic deosebit.

Deci singura lectie pe care e de invatat e cel de verificari frecvente smile.gif

Am uitat sa mentionez, am trecut de 300.000 pe bord.

Ieri am spalat cu apa cu presiune inalta radiator de AC si de apa. Ca sa ajung mai bine am demontat intai elice, maska aia la elice, si grilele fata. A iesit mizierie desulte, si parca functioneaza mai bine acuma sistemul de racire.
Am mai schimbat si supapele de la incalzire de habitaclu, ca tot dadea caldura in masina. Am pus unele veche 'reconditionat' de mine, adica am 'refacut' scaunele de la supape cu garnitura lichida. Sunt curios cat o sa rezista. Momentan functioneaza bine.
