Fulia e simpla, fara ambreiaj.

Am verificat mufa mica ce intra in alternator. Are tensiune pe ambele fire cand pun contact. Cata tensiune nu stiu ca moare bateria multimetrului si-l decalibreaza. Fara contact, 0. Deci ar trebui sa fie ok.

Plusul gros pare prins bine. Nu am pozitie sa-l strang sau sa-l desfac.

Am desfacut curatat si uns: borne baterie, masa de la baterie, masa din zona tampon dreapta a motorului, cablul gros prins cu piulita de 13 pe conectorul de plus de la baterie. Toate erau curate oricum.

Gasit urme de seminte neidentificate consumate in diverse locuri: pe motor sub galerie, pe flansa amortizor dreapta. Deci au fost niste soricei.
Gasit si un vacuum copt, unul lung care vine de pe la turbina pana la pompa. In unele locuri s-a frecat de copexul cu cabluri pe care l-a copt nitel dar firele par intacte.

Puntea si regulatorul sunt pe alternator? Se da greu jos alternatorul? Trebuiesc date jos scuturile? Ca pe deasupra incurca pompa de servo...

Aha, cets spuneam eu de soureci, sa fii fericit daca nu intra si in cabina.

alternatorul se da relativ usor jos cred,dai jos plasticele de la motor si vezi dupa aia cum e prins sunt 3 suruburi teoretic.sigur nu incarca?am masurat si la borne sa vezi cu motorul pornit?

Am masurat ieri la fundul lui, cu motorul pornit, arata aceeasi tensiune joasa de la baterie...

La e28 au pus releu de 14.7, vazut ca tot nu incarca... au gasit firul gros de pe electromotor - nu pe alternator - fir care nu mai era sertizat cum trebuie. Cositorit bine, pus la loc si valea. Jos palaria.
Stiu ce am patit cu mesteri cu state vechi, pana sa dau de service-ul asta.... mi-a scos unul peri albi ca nu se poate schimba colectorul ca sa improvizam cu alt alternator de-am ajuns sa decupez din suporti... wallbash.gif

E vorba de meniul secret ca sa vad tensiunea la baterie? M-am jucat azi cu el si l-am verificat cu multimetrul biggrin.gif

Ar fi interesant de vazut toate cotloanele meniului secret. Km reali, poate?

Km reali doar pe diagnoza, in shadow memory, are Sorin o scula pentru asa ceva. Dar incarcare... eu am incercat la al meu, acum 7 ani si n-am reusit sa nimeresc, dupa ce pornea motorul disparea meniul biggrin.gif Sigur am facut ceva gresit. Stiu ca aveam un consumator pe undeva oricum, iesise pe diagnoza parca, cand radea Sorin ca n-a mai scos una asa lunga pana n-a dat de masina mea laugh.gif

Hai ca am ajuns la serviciu azi.
Era de la releul de incarcare, cica n-ar fi fost potrivit pentru alternatorul meu. Toata distractia 350 lei, intr-o ora jumate. 200 lei releul, 150 manopera.
Au mai pus si-o bucsa in care sta unul din rulmenti, ca bucsa veche era dusa si incarcata cu izoler wallbash.gif

Trebuia sa mai dau si 280 lei pe rotor dar n-am mai avut de unde. Rotoru-i batut in cap si descentrat, deci colectorul nu se mai invarte rotund. O sa afecteze periile, dar acum n-am ce-i face.

Incep sa wub.gif masina asta.

Ce ulei merge la motorul asta? E-piesa zice 0W30.
Vad ca filtrele sunt ieftine.

Cat costa basculele fata? Pe e-piesa am gasit doar pivoti. Ieftin, dar cum montezi asa ceva?

Si pot sa-mi montez eu pivotii? Sau la service se descurca? Sau mai bine iau bascule?
Vre-o sansa sa ne vedem in timpul saptamanii sau doar in WE? Desi... as putea da o fuga sambata la circ.


Bart, alternatorul e dorelizat, nu pare lovita in bot masina. In schimb mi se pare ca roata stanga spate are putin camber ... pozitiv. Adica nu cracanata, invers.
Despre alternator, mi-au zis baietii de la service din start ca nu-i alternatorul masinii, ca scria mare pe capacul din spate E46 2.0d TĂNIK sau ceva de genul. Vazusem si eu doua dungi foarte recente (lucioase) date cu surubelnita pe carcasa.

pivotii nu prea merge sa ai faci singur,oficial ei nu se schimba separat dar suntem in Romania asa ca cineva a gasit o modalitate sa faca si asta.
incearca sa nu schimbi prea multe odata ia-o usor,pivotii doar daca bat foarte tare sunt de schimbat altfel mai mergi ceva cu ei linistit.

Bate cam tare, dar mai rabd nitel. Intai sa schimb ulei si filtre.

Ne auzim intr-o seara, daca ai timp. Azi n-am telefoanele la mine.
