Duminica se face un an de cand am facut, chiar cu rechinul, prima vizita la curtea ce urma sa o iau, cu gandul ca voi avea spatiu sa lucrez la masina. Spatiul s-a umplut repede de balarii care mi-au dat de furca (asta dupa coasa si grebla), Sharky a ramas cocotat pe schela de lemn.

Dar pana Duminica mai e.

A venit ziua de Duminica si n-am rezolvat mare lucru.

Am schimbat placa de presiune, am pastrat restul, montat la loc, tot nu debraiaza. Ma gandesc din nou la ideea de la inceput, din primavara. Are aer pe traseu? Sau sa se fi dus carcasa rulmentului de presiune?
Ca sa fie treaba buna, tocmai am rotunjit aerisitorul, incercand sa-l desfac.

Am facut un test, am pompat repetat pistonul cilindrului, rezultat- s-a umplut rezervorul de lichid de frana si-a dat pe-afara. E normal sa ma lase sa pompez? Pompa de ambreiaj nu blocheaza fluxul inapoi, asa cum face pompa de frana?

Am cautat procedura pentru reparatie/aerisire ambreiaj, dar manualul haynes pe care-l am nu are fix capitolele 7 si 8: transmisie si ambreiaj.

Cateva poze, printre care si unele comparative intre cele doua placi de presiune.

Mda, am mai citit si pe net ca se poate aerisi cu cateva pedale, chiar daca initial pedala-i cam la podea. Eu sambata am dat de doua ori din pedala, am vazut ca-i la podea, am renuntat, am inceput sa mai verific cilindrul.

Am umblat putin la reglaje, pot sa o inchid dar fortat.


Si ca sa ramana pentru altii care se lovesc de problema asta: am avut nevoie se bat ferodourile discului de ambreiaj, ca avea cateva nituri sarite. (am schimbat doar placa, discul l-am pastrat ca arata prea bine).
Deci , cine are nevoie de reconditionat disc ambreiaj poate sa incerce la:

Un batranel, acum lucreaza in pivnita lui de pe strada Herman Oberth, langa Piata Domenii.
Are masina pneumatica de batut nituri, se ocupa cu reparat discuri ambreiaj, saboti frana, cabluri frana/ambreiaj etc.
Era in drumul meu, in principiu disponibil oricand, dar evita sa bata noaptea ca sa nu deranjeze.

Montat rotile de iarna, astept zapada ca nu vreau sa o scot prin noroaie.
Pe 20 Decembrie plecam la munte. Pana atunci vreaus a verific ce ulei mai are in cutie.

A tinut sarbatorile de iarna dupa care iar a clacat. Simtind ca ma lasa ambreiajul am lipit-o de gard pana cand ma hotarasc ce sa fac cu ea.

Ma gandeam ca o fi rulmentul de presiune tocit la umerii care imping furca. Sau poate ca furca nu e potrivita pentru cutia asta (s-ar putea sa fi pastrat furca de TD cand am schimbat motorul).
Dar acum vad ca nu mai e deloc pedala la ambreiaj: lichidul de frana a cazut pana la nivelul furtunasului pentru ambreiaj.

Deci e dus cilindrul, presupun. Stiam ca are pierderi mici dar uite ca in iarna s-au agravat.

Da, si eu asa am facut. Si dupa 3 luni curgea iar. Aveam inca cea veche din 76 prin portbagaj si am montat un kit de revizie - si iata ca tine.

Nu mai tin minte, nu era ate sau fag (masina mea are fag din fabrica) dar nici nu era chinezeria. Avea un defect de fabricatie, era dat peste cap un pistonas. A tinut ceva luni si gata, nu am gasit kit de reparatie pentru el, dar am gasit pentru fag-ul cel batran.

Mi-e sa nu fie si arcul vinovat (parca are un arc inauntru, nu?). Aceeasi problema am avut-o acum 10 ani, la primul meu E28, cineva a reparat si mi-a spus ca era de la un arc. Nu stiam eu prea multe atunci, credeam ca-i arc din pompa, nu din cilindru. Nu cred ca umblase la pompa, si-ar fi blestemat zilele cu demontat/montat pompa.

Si mi-e lene sa schimb garnituri... desi nici schimbarea racordului nu ar fi o experienta mai placuta

Dar cel mai mult mi-e sa nu fie ceva uzat in cilindrul meu si sa schimb garnituri degeaba.


PS Am comandat pe site acum doua ore, dar inca nu m-au sunat, probabil au vazut ca s-au fript si cauta solutii, desi mailul primit automat da de inteles ca nu au nici o obligatie sa onoreze comanda.
