Le pun pe panoul de tabla din spatele spatarului banchetei, panoul care separa portbagaj de habitaclu. Inarmat cu artileria grea, aseara m-am apucat de treaba.
Aveam trusa de tubulare de tractor, am facut rost pe ultima suta de metri de presa de rulmenti si ciocan de 1kg, ca sa mearga treaba struna. Si un rulment de roata fata, nou nout. Mare lucru, 5 prezoane de 17, doua suruburi de 19 la etrier, un inbus de 5, tubulara de 46, presat rulmentul ca sa iasa... aaaa... stai ca n-are in ce sa se impinga presa, ca axul pe care sta rulmentul e o teava, nu-i plin. Gasit un fier sa astup gaura, ma chinui sa potrivesc presa, o apropii, cand vad ca rulmetul iese singur ![]() Montat tot la loc, merge ... aproape uns. E normal ca la inceput rulmentul nou sa se invarta greu dupa ce-l strang? Parca tin minte ca si celalalt se invartea greu cand l-am montat. Uite asta am uitat sa intreb. Trebuia sa completez cu vaselina? M-am gandit ca n-ar fi bine sa amestec pe aia care poate e facuta sa reziste la temperaturi inalte cu cine stie ce prostie. Oricum. La masina am doar niste vaselina grafitata, care-i subtire. Aia groasa e la Gicutza.

Incarcat cu pietroaie, baterii, truse scule, suruburi, rulment si flansa cardan noi (in punga), pleaca sharky in vacanta. Sper sa nu uit sa-i fac 'robineta'.
Si sper sa tina flansa de cardan pana acasa, ca-i praf. Pe drept pot sa-l menajez, merg pana in 120, dar sa vedem la deal cum facem. Si sper ca nu crape rulmentul nou de pe roata fata, care initial se invartea cam greu, dupa montaj. Daca trebuie sa mai slabesc piulita care-l strange, in asa fel incat rulmentul sa se invarta liber, spuneti acum! -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

Si pentru ca suntem in vacanta, ne-am apucat de treaba. Am montat rulmentul intermediar pe care l-am plimbat in portbagaj mai bine de patru ani.
Schimbat si flansa de cauciuc dintre cutie si cardan. Acum il intreb pe gugal daca am montat-o corect. Tind sa cred ca cea dinainte s-a dus repejor (6 ani, ~45000km) pentru ca am montat-o gresit. Ii place prajeala, mai ales cand e atlet. Dupa ce l-am tinut o vreme in 180 pe autostrada s-a aprins minimul la ulei. Oricum, era cazul sa-i fac schimbul.

Nu prea apucau sa vada minunea, ca era intuneric. La un moment dat a facut pe desteptul unul cu Avensis
