Eu am schimbat flansele de la amortizoare. Foarte ieftine si foarte rapid de schimbat. La fel, troncanea cand treceam peste gropi. Tot pe spate. Cam 100ron toata distractia si 30 min de munca.

Mai troncane si acum la schimbat viteze, banui crucea de la cardan (sau cum se cheama imbinarea aia) dar pentru denivelari, flansele de la amortizoare sunt principalul suspect. La fel aveam problema asta si pe fata, si la e30 si la e46, se pare ca tin mult mai putin ca bucsile.

am inteles la alea ma gandeam si eu si totusi este enervant cand stiu ca am schimbat bucsile si tot imi troncane....si am mai observat o chestie cand stau la semafor vibreaza masina in dreptu franei de mana 10 sec 20 maxim m-am uitat pe dedesubt sa vad esapamentu daca are vre-un colier rupt sau atarna pe undeva dar e intreg...sa fie oare crucea cardanica sad.gif mmasi imi vine sa-i dau foc

tampoanele de la motor am inteles de la fostu propietar ca au fost schimbate in primavara lui 2010 si iarna nu a circulat cu ea , nu prea cred ca tampoanele de la motor sa se fi uzat intr-un timp relativ mic de folosire a masini.

Ce flanse ai montat ? ca eu am gasit sachs 55 RON cu tot cu garnitura si am mai gasit KYB cu 40 de ron ma bate gandu la KYB ...tu ce ai pus febi ?

KYB am pus si eu, le-am cumparat direct din service, 35ron/bucata + 30 ron manopera. Am vreo 2 luni de cand le-am pus deci inca nu ma pronunt la durabilitate.

Alea vechi erau intr-un hal fara de hal, era mancat tot cauciucul. Erau flansele cu care am cumparat masina acum 6 ani laugh.gif

am schimbat uleiul in diferential , am eliminat zgomotul de bataie aiurea...era de la un surub de la traseu de evacuare care era prea lung si batea in caroserie , si merge masinuta de parca nu e ea smile.gif astazi am facut un swap cu jantele bbs care le aveam pe niste jante Melber 7J x15 H2 .Et 12 sunt ceva jante rare pe 15" cu buza tongue.gif si urmeaza sa intre la reconditionat cand primesc bani de la munca mmasi. Astazi cand am dat jantele jos am descoperit cu stupoare ca pe stanga fata mi se invartea discu pe fuzeta in prostie am studiat am incercat sa vad de ce se invartea nu stiu daca e normal dar invarteam de disc si gaurile de la prezoane se schimbau la un momoendat am tras de disc daca nu era prins in suportu de la etrier cred ca-l scoteam afara ...am gasit lipsa surubu mic de prindere al discului pe fuzeta http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E30/2-do...ake_brake_disc/ mai exact surubu 3.....am observat ca nici pe partea dreapta nu este prezent acest surub oare de ce ?smile.gif asa este normal ?smile.gif))

Nu e normal dar nici nu e tragic. Discul sta prins de forta numai cu prezoanele. Surub cel mic are ca rolul doar ca sa fie mai usor sa regasesti gaurile cand pui roata la loc smile.gif

am inteles mersi de sfat apropo bart ai idee cu ce solutie as putea sa frec buza de la janta sai scot vopseaua jantele au fost vopsite negre si eu as vrea sa dau jos vopseaua de pe buza jos si stau si ma gandesc cum :-? ma bate gandu sa iau un jmirghel de prin casa si sa ma pun sa frec la buza dar nu stiu daca e o treaba foarte buna si sa fac mai rau smile.gif

recomand vernistac pentru a decapa jantele, costa maxim 30 lei cutia si ar trebui sa iti ajunga pentru toate jantele
dupa ce aplici solutia pe jante lasi 5 - 10 min sa isi faca efectul, adica sa se exfolieze vopseaua dupa jante, iar dupa o indepartezi cu un cutit, sau ceva ascutit
prin unele locuri e posibil sa mai aplici odata, sau daca ai mai multe straturi de vopsea, cum a fost la mine
necesita ceva migaleala pentru ca dupa ar trebui sa le dai cu smirghel, dar intr-un final iese ceva frumos wink.gif

Eu m-am chinuit cu smirghel, a iesit ceva, n-am mai apucat sa le finisez cum as fi vrut si munca a fost destula.
Inceput cu smirghel gros, pana dadeam de metal, apoi cu subtire.

Cel mai bine, ori cu decapant, ori la sablat si apoi pui smirghel pe ele sa le finisezi, daca vrei buza lucioasa.
