exact de la arcurile de fata sunt.ieri am finalizat o jamba.astazi poate o termin pe a doua dupa care urmeaza montajul.

si dupa asta distractia maxima biggrin.gif :DESFACUTUL MOTORULUI

nu prea cred ca o poti numi masina in momentul in care mananca mai mult ulei decat benzina.in 700 de km am completat 5 litri de ulei.daca o mai tin in ritmul asta ajung la stirile protv pentru poluarea mediului.
chiar sunt curios daca ai merge cu asa masina.
pana una alta facem un motor cu bloc de 2.0 si interne de 2.3 pentru rar si dupa asta montam repejor un 2.8 de e23 cu tot ce trebuie pe acolo si normal o punte cu discuri ca se cere.

Cred ca a pus cauciucurile de la arc, a scurtat tija amortizorului, si a taiat 1 spira din arc.

Am si o intrebare, tu pe spate ai taiat o spira din arc si ai scurtat tija amortizorului, daca era ca sa nu fi taiat deloc din arc, arcul il comprimai la rece ( la presa ), cu el comprimat asa la rece, in tensiune, il luai si il puneai in locasul lui normal, fixai flansa deasupra, iar el ramanea in tensiune in flasa. De ce nu ai procedat asa ? Arcul o sa fie mai rigid daca ai procedat astfel, taiand o spira ?

Da, e o lege a fizicii din care rezulta ca un arc are constanta elastica mai mare cu cat e mai scurt, atat timp cat celelalte proprietati se mentin. Constanta asta este forta necesara comprimarii arcului cu x metri, raportat la x.

O analogie ar putea fi trambulina: greutatea omului poate sa o balanseze usor cand omul sare la capatul ei (arc lung), dar daca sari pe trambulina aproape de capatul fix, nu o impresionezi mai mult de cativa mm. Deci aceeasi forta produce deplasare mai mica, deci constanta elastica e mai mare la arcul scurtat wink.gif

Ce ai recomandat tu este de fapt procesul normal de montare a arcului pe amortizor. E adevarat, pe spate, cel putin la E28, arcul tb comprimat ff putin (merge la mana) pentru a monta flansa pe amortizor.

Edit:
Pentru efect maxim poti sa aplici metoda ta, dusa la extrem: scurtezi tija amortizorului incat arcul sa stea comprimat cu o forta mai mare decat greutatea exercitata de masina. Sa vezi tzopaieli biggrin.gif

el vrea ca masina sa fie suficient de rigida dar fara a rupe rinichii

eu am mers in spate cu suspensia asta si pot spune ca a cam nimerit-o....

Chiar si la masinile cu suspensie foarte dura roata coboara (astfel incat arcul sa nu mai fie in tensiune) tocmai pentru a putea copia mai usor suprafata de rulare.

Sunt de parere ca o suspensie mai tare nu inseamna neaparat o tinuta de drum mai buna. Roata trebuie sa copieze drumul!

pe fata am taiat o spira si jumatate,am curatat jambele pana la fier,dat cu grund,revopsit,montat amortizor incarcat,montat cauciucurile la arc(din pozele de mai sus)si montat flansa de amortizor.
din tija amortizorului s-a scurtat exact cat trebuie ca sa pot taia o spira si jumate din arc.daca scurtam numai amortizorul si comprimam arcul la maxim nu rezolvam nimic.
amortizoarele nu sunt intarite la maxim si din cate am vazut pe spate am nimerit cu calculele.
asa ca astept sa montez si fata si va anunt cum o sa fie masina.

Corect, eu ziceam in gluma treaba de mai sus. Ca doar vrei sa mergi cu masina, nu cu caruta. Unde mai pui ca flansa si amortizorul n-ar avea viata lunga (la damburi s-ar comprima putin apoi decomprimare brusca, pana intinde amortizorul la maxim)

Totusi, vezi ca la rotile din fata, cel putin la E28, in situatia din poza (masina zboara) roata nu coboara pana cand arcul nu mai e in tensiune. Coboara pana se intinde amortizorul la maxim. Arcul se monteaza comprimat.
