Anul viitor as vrea sa mai "tunez" un pic masina. Eu pe masina am acum urmatoarele modificari: Admisie Hamann, Filtru Aer K&N, Serpisori + Finala Hamann, Toba Intermediara SuperSprint, Soft Motor Hamann. Si eu m-am gandit la 2 posibilitati:

1. Kit-ul compresor CFR550 de la Ess Tuning (http://www.esstuning.com). Acest kit imi va creste puterea de la 343 cai cat are masina stock la 550 de cai. Ei ofera o garantie de 2 ani fara limita de km. Iar kitul contine urmatoarele:

-ASA TM1-20HD compact, lightweight supercharger unit.
-K07 integrated SC clutch for complete SC disengagement below 1300RPM
-Uni-belt with additional OEM quality rollers.
-6 larger Bosch fuel injectors.
-Perfectly optimized, dyno tweaked ECU software.
-CNC hard anodized brackets and hardware.
-K&N high flow air filter.
-Discharge and intake assemblies made from 304 stainless steel.
-High capacity front mount intercooler system.
-Cast aluminium ESS plenum chamber optimized for boost.
-High temperature silicone hoses with clamps
-Detailed, step-by-step installation manual + CD.
-Heavy-Duty drive belt.
-Fume reduction ESS oil breather assembly designed for boost.
-All installation hardware included
-2yr./unlimited mileage warranty.

"Featuring the newly developed, clutched high-speed ASA TM1-20HD supercharger unit which combines the efficiency of a turbocharger with the drivability and smoothness of a supercharger. As this unit is based on mechanical gears it does not suffer from the reliability issues that most other high-speed, ball-geared supercharger units are haunted by. The CFR system comes with a massive front mount intercooler system and especially developed cast aluminium plenum chamber designed for boost. The supercharger system includes redesigned ESS MSS54 engine control software that is perfectly calibrated for the supercharged engine providing optimum ignition timing under all conditions, recalibrated EGas for quicker throttle response, recalibrated VANOS control and perfectly optimized fuel delivery supplied by 6 larger Bosch injection valves included with the kit. Power development is 100% smooth and the car behaves just like stock until you demand power, then the car completely transform providing brutal acceleration normally reserved for pure race cars. The CFR system provides impressive torque normally not seen in centrifugal supercharger systems and it combines this with great top-end power. The system maintains all OBD-II functions and it is backed by a comprehensive 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty program. The system installs in 12-16 hours using normal hand tools and no irreversible modifications to the car is necessary."

Pretul este de 8000 EUR cu tot cu montaj.

2. Axe Schrick 290/288, Catalizatoare Sport SuperSprint, Kitul de role mai usoare, Soft Motor refacut, Schimbat pinionul din diferential si pus unu pentru a avea raportul de 4.1, acum am ceva de genu 3.6, e cel stock oricum. Si cam atat. Costul acestor modificari ar fi (axe undeva la 1800 eur, catalizatoare 1600 eur, soft (daca il fac la hamann e 2000, la wetterauer e 1200 eur, la skn e 1700 eur), pinion-ul de la diferential este in jur de 700 usd in sua, si cred ca as ajunge la 420 de cai maxim. Cu toate aceste modificari.

compresor -e bolt on ai crestere semnificativa in cai si cuplu ,masina se va comporta ca o aspirata in continuare.later edit:la varianta 2 nu cred ca treci de 400 cai dar cine stie:)

Daca vrei ceva WILD incearca HPF , http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/,din cate imi aduc aminte la stage II puneau jos aproape de 700 de caluti sau ala este stage 2.5?.

da ii stiu pe cei de la hpf, dar imi este cam frica sa il comand sa il montez aici, etc, daca se strica ceva tre sa trimit la ei si tot asa.

partea cu montajul e mai delicata, dar se poate face treaba si aici, alegerea e 1, pentru ca raportul fiabilitate/performanta/pret e cel mai bun, axele si softul de la varianta 2 vor impinge motorul sa functioneze la maxim..ceea ce nu prea are legatura cu fiabilitate..cu deschiderile alea nu e chiar o axa rally, dar oricum scoate untul din motor

da si eu m-am tot gandit la varianta 1, am si vorbit cu cei de la ess tuning, montajul dureaza 3 zile. fac dyno si inainte si dupa montare. si ei spuneau ca nu au bubuit nici un motor pana acum, si nici nu s-a plans nimeni din ce am mai citit pe forumuri. asa ca la primavara, ess cfr 550 is coming smile.gif)

pai de la compresor nu prea bubuie si merge foarte bine, livreaza putere continuu,dc e pus si setat bine, dai un ban, dar stai in fata, e cea mai buna alegere

varianta 1 .. de departe este mai eficienta la raportul bani investiti/ putere cistigata ...
o mica precizare vis a vis de functionare: in sarcina va fi preferabil sa fii numai peste 1300 de ture alea cind cupleaza compresorul ... am avut compresor cu ambreiaj si cind cupleaza se simte un soc destul de neplacut (la ture mici, si in conditii de condus in oras)
