Salut, am tot cautat pe net, dar nu am gasit. Poate aici are cineva o schema electrica a cablurilor ce intra in releul de bujii incandescente. Caut sa aflu care sunt cele 2 cabluri responsabile pentru aprinderea becului galben si verde din bord. Cand am cumparat masina, nu functiona martorul de bujii, i-am tras eu un cablu de la una din bujii sa imi aprinda becul galben, insa as vrea sa folosesc schema originala. asadar, daca aveti ceva informatii va rog sa mi le impartasiti, daca doriti bineinteles.

e la fel ca la 524TD, maine am in plan sa verific documentul trimis de tine si sa vad la mine sub capota si in bord daca firele alea merg unde trebuie. Vreau sa fac asta pentru ca oricum schimb toate bujiile incendescente, si ca sa fiu eu impacat inchid capitolul pornire la rece cu buna functionare a acestui releu.

mda, am verificat duminica pe-acolo cele 2 conexiuni pentru becuri, chiar pinii de pe releu verificati, si nu vor sa imi dea curent sa aprind becurile la bord. releul de bujii functioneaza, doar nu imi aprinde becurile portocaliu/verde din bord. s-a mai lovit cineva de problema asta? o sa incerc un alt releu, poate problema e de la releul meu si nu mai functioneaza partea de indicatoare.

Releu nu 'da' curent in sensul ca vezi 12V pe partea releu-ului cand trebuie sa merg becuri. Releu trebuie sa trage spe 0V firele pe L1 si L2 ca sa se aprinde becuri din bord. Celalta conexiune pe bec in bord trebuie sa aibe 12V cand e contact pus, adica pe punct S217.

Ca o verificare, socate mufa de pe releu, in mufa, pe pinuri pentru L1 si L2 trebuie sa fie 12V cand e contact pus. Daca asa e, faci un scurt intre L1 sau L2 (din conector, nu din releu!) si caroserie, trebuie sa se aprinde bec in bord.

Asa ai testat?

asa am testat, cu becul, doar ca nu am scos firul din releu. pe PIN-ul de langa L2 si L1 (in linie cu cele 2) vine "+" cand pun contactul, dar mai departe la L2 si L1 nu ajunge sub nici o forma, de aici deductia mea ca ceva in releu nu functioneaza cum ar trebui.

Daca pe pin 'C2' ai 12v si pe L1 / L2 nu ai nociodata 12V inseamna ca becuri sunt arse sau traseu intrerupt undeva. Pe L1 si L2 treb sa ai 12V cand pui contact si nu sunt aprinse becuri.

pai singurul loc unde traseul ar putea fi intrerupt e in releu, intrucat eu dadeam la un bec masa de la caroserie si + de pe L1 sau L2, si nu se aprindea cand era pus contactul. asta in ciuda faptului ca pe C2 imi venea 12V atunci cand puneam contactul (am verificat la fel cu becul).

+ nu vine pe L1 si L2 din releu. Asta tot incerc sa spun. + vine din bord, prin becuri. Apoi un integrat in releu trage spre masa si sa aprinde bec.

hmmm, poate ne vedem si ma lamuresti smile.gif. aparent am inteles, prin L1 si L2 am - cand pun contactul, si se duce in bord unde in bec se intalneste cu + ul din bord. as putea concluziona ca becul din bord are + mereu si ii lipseste doar "-" care i-l da releul cand ii pun contactul ... corect?

n-am avut cand sa vad ce e cu releul ieri, insa astazi il am pe lista, probabil ma va prinde noaptea, dar ii fac eu felul pana la urma. am niste obiective de atins astazi, am promis ca ma ocup de ele pentru binele dieselului meu, si al altcuiva de pe forum de aici.

cu ocazia asta am vazut si cam cat sta aprins becul de bujii (cel portocaliu) , si rezultatul e 4-6 secunde la temperatura exterioara de aseara (cca 7-8 grade cred ca erau), dupa care sta si cel verde aprins inca 10-12 secunde (daca il las si nu pornesc motorul). la ceilalti cu TD-urile, cat sta aprins becul de bujii la voi?

Ala verde e 'start ok', deci sa inteleg ca ai 10 - 12 secunde pentru a porni motor, dupa ce s-au 'stins' bujiile. Cand bec verde sa stinge si nu ai pornit, trebuie repetat procedura?

nu, bujiile raman aprinse si in timp ce sta cel verde aprins, bujiile raman cateva secunde conectate si dupa pornirea motorului (daca am dat la automat cand inca era aprins becul verde) , ca se aude cand deschide releul circuitul. daca nu pornesc motorul, circuitul de incalzire bujii se deschide dupa ce se stinge si becul verde.
