Am vazut la un coleg de-al nostru, si vreau sa ii urmez exemplul: in loc de furtune subtiri pentru vacuum, se pot pune conducte subtiri, mufate cu furtun la capete unde trebuie sa vina. La mine ar fi util asa ceva din urmatorul motiv: in wastegate-ul turbinei intra un furtun de vacuum, care pleaca dintr-o electrovalva. acest furtun trece pe deasupra galeriei de evacuare si turbina, deci sta intr-un mediu cu temperatura foarte ridicata, si se degradeaza repede cauciucul. desi am scutul de caldura in spatele caruia ar trebui el sa fie, tot e afectat de caldura. o conducta m-ar scuti de bataia asta de cap. vin cu intrebarea: de unde se pot cumpara conducte de cupru (si nu numai) pe care sa le putem folosi la asa ceva?

te duci la un remat si iei conducta de AL de 8 mm (de la un frigider / congelator) si-i prelucrezi capetele curat, polizezi sau cauti furtun de cauciuc cu gaura de 3 si ext de 7-8, parca e bun cel de retur de injectore dar fara carpa si polizat/smirgheluit putin. formezi traseul conductei, degresezi tot cat mai bine, cu pasta de facut garnituri ungi stutul ala de 3-4 mm de metal pe care intra furtunul original, bagi furtunasul modificat/curatat d carpa si polizat, il lasi mai lung decat stutul cu 2-3 mm, dai iar cu pasta pe exteriorul furtunului si pe interiorul tevii de AL, ansamblezi. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.
trb sa dai cu pasta " gasket" cu o scobitoare sau un fir d sarma, sa nu intre cantitati aiurea sa nu obtureze vreun canal.
intrebari ? neclaritati ?
daca ai d unde poti incerca cu furtun siliconic, e mult mai bun.

exact, conductele de frana ar putea fi o solutie. vreo parere daca o fi bine, rau ce am de gand sa fac?

Solutia lui brown_shark e fain pentru ca asa sa elimina orice traseu de cauciuc. Dar nu stiu - teava de 8mm nu e cam mare? Estetic adica tongue.gif
Cu tevuse de frana mai ramana un pic de furtun flexibil intre stut si teaza, acolo unde va fi preluat toate vibratiile asociat cu motor diesel. Nu o sa crapa mai rau?

super clever esti. corect. fix asta i-am scris eu in PM. cred ca mi-ar fi placut sa fim vecini. ne-ar fi scos d sub masini cu bataia fetele
teava de AL e mult mai usoara decat otel sau CU

ce am uitat eu sa va precizez, este ca pe chiulasa/capacul de culbutori vine prins un scut de caldura, si pe el se pune furtunul (de fabrica). are 3-4 cleme acolo. eu am scutul asta, si clemele, si acolo voi printe conducta. nu o las aeriana sub capota, o prind frumos, deci vibratii nu o sa aiba, o sa fie fixa. incerc sa o rezolv cu conducta de frana, am vb deja cu cineva pt conducta (multumesc Interceptor pt pont !!!) si vedem ce iese, oricum acum am coptura veche de furtun, mai rau de atat nu se poate. daca nu iese bine cu conducta asta, caut de AL, problema mare e timpul, ca sunt la birou zi lumina si nu prea gasesc timp sa caut la Remat/magazine.
brown.shark de unde esti? poate suntem vecini si nu stim tongue.gif

daca eram vecini cat d cat crezi ca n-aveam pana acum si eu o bordura a mea la circ ?
clapeta comandata de tja filetata repartizeaza doar procentul de aer care intra in turbina fata de cel care se duce direct pe evacuare, primul lucru usor de facut e sa desfaci tija si sa vezi daca se misca liber clapeta.
apoi se verfica daca lucreaza capsula vacumatica

la mine se msica usor si cu tot cu tija, adica o pot impinge cu mana. o sa fac o achizitie de ceas de presiune, sa vad la ce boost ajunge turbina, urmand ca dupa ce am ceasul montat sa vad daca e totul in regula la calapeta acolo. dar discutia despre clapeta nu era aici, ci pe topicul lui CRM, el are probleme. claputa mea merge ok, masina trage si turba umfla furtunele.
vad ca nu vrei sa-mi zici de unde esti, las' ca te aflu eu.

n-am avut cand sa ma ocup de dansa, am avut o zi plina ieri. poate la Sovata apuc sa ii pun tzava aia in loc de furtun, sau poate o mai las asa cateva zile pana imi gasesc 30 min pentru dansa. poate..poate...oooofff

ca sa intre usor trb sa evazezi putin capetele tevii de AL. si, pt siguranta, bagi o sarma subtire (pusa in 2) dar tare pe teava inainte sa o formezi, legi bine o bucatica de laveta si tragi inapoi ca sa fii sigur ca nu-s impuritati p teava

nu mai stiu cum e la voi (E30) furtunul parca pleaca de sub galeria de admisie, ai o poza cu motorul vazut d sus ? daca nu-i deranj aiurea

da, la E30 cu pompa de injectie mecanica pleaca de sub galeria de admisie furtunul. la mine pleaca dintr-o supapa controlata electric, am pompa de injectie electronica si e putin diferit sistemul fata de E28-ul turbo diesel clasic. supapa asta e in fata pasagerului din dreapta, in compartimentul motor, si in ea intra un furtun de vacuum care vine din stanga, din alta piesa cu o mufa pe ea. o sa fac poze la motor, nu e cea mai mare inginerie acolo, am dedus usor ce si de unde vine.
cu siguranta teava o voi curata temeinic inainte de montare, ma gandeam sa o spal bine cu benzina pe interior, sa o fac si la exterior curata, apoi abia sa o modelez si montez pe pozitie. daca incalzesc putin teava de AL, cred ca se va modela mai usor la pozitia de care am nevoie, si sa ii largest capetele putin. la tine la E28 nu trece peste galerie furtunul ala, vine direct peste capac nu?
