Daca schimbi motorul la un autoturism (omologare rar) trebuie sa ajungi si la fisc? ...sau acolo raman datele vechi?

O sa merg asa cum e. Vroiam sa aflu cum merge un E12 cu un motor mai bun si sper sa aflu asa raspunsul. Motorul veche o repar in timp.
Dar mai e pana la probe...

Parca retin ca la 3.5 locul pentru stut e in alta parte pe admisie, in partea dinspre tulumba, nu spre radiator, in fata.

Am fost pe la masina ieri seara, nu are nici un fel de pregatire / soclu pentru vacuum de servo. Voi vedea pe unde-l infig.

In alte ordine de idei, am legat motronic la instalatie de E12. 20 de fire are mufa de motronic, 8 cel de E12, si am folosit 5 din ele smile.gif , plus niste pamantari si un plus permanent.
Cand am pus contact, s-au aprins lumini de marche arriere, cutie 'noua' a primit sensorul de la cutie veche, si ceva nu pica bine pe acolo.

Cand am dat sa pornesc, a inceput contactul se face fite, nu mai cupleaza electromotor decat rar. Dar, ca in vorba aia, invarteste, scanteieste, benzineste smile.gif

Am rezolvat si cu servo de la frane, am refolosit legatura pentru carbon canister. Are un diametru mai mic, o sa vad daca imi da destul debit.

Initial motorul a mers prost, am descoperit ca tragea aer fals prin o gaura pentru un surub lipsa sub galerie de admisie. Acuma e acceptabil, dar inca nu raspunde la acceleratie cum trebuie.

Mai e de aranjat instalatie electrica, reglat tachetii, de facut control daca nu are alte surse de aer fals, de imbunatatit acceleratie, dar:

Am invartit un pic prin cartier cu masina, e ciudat. Probabil imi trebuie alt diferential, viteza 1 de la cutie in 5 e cam degeaba.

Despre transmisie, asta de la 525i mi se pare cand prea scurta cand prea lunga. Deci e perfecta biggrin.gif
In oras, pot sa merg lejer cu ea schimband la 1500-2000 rpm, sau mai tare: tr I, tr II si apoi direct treapta IV ca am depasit viteza legala.

Cu transmisia asta si motor de 3.5... relanti-ul e suficient in oras biggrin.gif La munte trebuie sa fie tare fun.

E si o chestie de obisnuinta probabil. Dar acuma plec cu 1-a, accelerez, pun a 2-a si intru in frana de motor pentru ca diferenta de rapoarte e mult mai mic decat sunt obisnuit.

poate nu e reglat bine ceva la motor
poate scade turatia prea repede spre relanti.....asa era la primul meu 524td pentru ca era dereglat avansul din pompa de injectie

Nu mai e virgina de mult smile.gif
Am 2 debitmetre, ambele desigilati. Intai nu mergea deloc motorul, si am inceput cautari pentru un debitmetru. Problema insa era de la aer fals, acuma motorul merge, desi e un pic lesinat la sarine mici.
Daca gasesc o oferta buna la un debitmetru sigilat, o voi lua.

Up and running now.
Inca trebuie sa perfectionez sistemul de acceleratie. E cam lenesa la pedala mica, si nu pot sa accelerez la max inca.
Nu sunt inca sigur daca nu se incalzeste prea mult motorul. Am venit ieri cu masina acasa (canicula), si desi vasc e nou, temperatura a crescut prea mult. Elice e ceva de la un E36, dar e mai mare decat cel veche de 2.8, si ma gandeam ca trebuie sa-si face treaba suficient. Am golit o cutie de calgon in sistem de racire, diseara fac niste flush-uri, sper sa fie mai bine apoi.

Primele impresii:

Nu prea conteaza in ce viteza merg. Trage bine in orice viteza. Probabil si pentru ca am inca diferential cu raport 3.64. Feeling-ul e ca la o locomotiva, o forta constanta care te apasa in scaun. Vechiul 2.8 nu avea atatea cuplu la turatii mici, dar posibil dadea mai multe senzatii la rpm mai mari.

Cutie de 5 viteze cu rapoarte scurte e inutil. Probabil si din cauza diferentialul de 3.64. Nu sunt sigur pentru ce imi trebuie viteza 1. Schimbari de viteza sunt mai putin smooth decat la cutie veche de 4. E si ceva joc in timonerie care contribuia negativ la feeling-ul.

O sa trebuie sa refac frane cu o prioritate mai mare acuma.
