Am descoperit si la mine buba pentru care nu mai incarca bine bateria. Initial au crezut ca pierderea e pe cablul tras de mine din fata pana in portbagaj. In final s-a dovedit ca nu mai facea bine contact cablul acolo unde vine plusul permanent pe electromotor.

Au cositorit putin acolo, nu au indraznit sa desfaca si sa sertizeze din nou. Au pus si-un releu de 14.7 V si acum am o tensiuneee...

@bart: ce parere ai de tuburi termocontractibile pentru izolatia cablurilor? Mi-a sugerat asta un mecanic si n-am fost prea incantat de idee, temperatura in compartimentul motor poate sa treaca usor de 50-60 grade..

Nu stiu la ce temperatura apara efectul de shrink, daca de asta ti-e frica. Eu am folosit acuma ca sa mai repar cablajul, si cand il incalzesc cu ciocan de lipit ( > 300 grade) se topeste daca tin prea mult. Dar cred ca pana la 100 de grade nu apar probleme. Problema poate sa fie alta, este destul de subtire si cu usurinta este perforat de o lita de cablu, sau rupt cu o cleste / surubelnita daca nu ai grija.

L-am folosit doar pentru cablaje prin casa, atat, chestii care nu se incalzeau prea tare si-l incingeam cu feohn-ul. De asta eram curios, ca mi s-a parut si mie subtire, asta era problema.

La chiulasa #3 trebuie inlocuit doar o supapa de evacuare, in rest e recuperabila cu proceduriile standard de strungarie. E bine.

Deci am inchis motor, adica, pus chiulasa.
A mai fost o problema. Dupa ce am pus la loc chiulasa am vazut ca 3 culbutori nu calceau bine pe camele si nici pe coziile de la supapele lor. wtf. Nu era bine pozitionat fluierul, era prea iesit.
Am zis sa incerc sa bat usor in capatul, si surpriza, s-a miscat foarte usor la pozitia corecta, dar apoi a revenit la loc. Nu mai sta presat in chiulasa, nu stiu de ce. Am inventat o solutie si sper sa tine.
Am mai gasit si imbusuri de la toate fluieri desfacuti, se pare ca la strungarie nu au strans suruburile. Sper sa nu mai am alte surprize.

Apoi ne am dat seamna ca nici fulie fata nu se potriveste pe flansa de pe chiulasa. Flansa avea un pin pentru pozitie TDC, fulie nu avea gaura. Flansa era de pe un E12 din 1977, fulie din 1976. Bine ca am gasit flansa din 76 si am rezolvat-o si pe asta.

Sunt mult mai multe diferente la E12 in functie de anul de fabricatie decat credeam. Intre 75, 76, 77 si 80 (de la astea avem piese) sunt tot fel de diferente care te surprinde in mod neplacut.

Next, trebuie schimbat punte la masina, are o lovitura, urcat motor, trebuie sa iau kit-uri de reparatie pentur carburatoarele de la vama si sa fac carburatie, montat engine electrics, rezervor, .. , dar e o lumina la capat.
Singur blocaj acuma ar fi lipsa de material ca sa refac scaunul soferului. Nu stiu unde gasim asa ceva.

Am prins oferta Black Friday la powdercoat de roti, si am reusit cu ajutorul lui Florin sa aduc 4 roti, As fi vrut sa fac ATS-urile, dar cer lucru manual, trebuie vopsit in 2 culori, transparent, si din motive evidente nu era azi ocazie.
Asa ca am adus un set de Mahle-BBS faguri. Om vedea ce iese.

S-a schimbat puntea fata, cea de pe masina era lovita si deformata un pic pe o parte. S-a constatat ca nu prea mai era nimic bun la ce tine de pivoti, capete de bara, bucse bara antirului, si s-a inlocuit piesele uzate cu alte noi.

Am reusit sa mai lucrez 4 ore la masina, montat radiator, vasc care nu e vasc, ceva furtune si am aruncat pe motor calblajul electric. E cam frig, troznesc firele cand le indoi pe un traseu anume.
Au mai ramas mici probleme, cum ar fi prezoane prea scurte pentru capac de culbutor. Dar le rezolvam.
