Se pare ca masina are o servo frana de ford transit. Dupa BMWfans, e12 al meu a fost echipat cu servo folosit pe E21. Are cineva asa ceva de vanzare?

Probleme.
Pus chiulasa pe bloc, pentru probe, se loveste de pistoane.
Si cand motorul avea pistoanele originale, aveam problema asta, dar pe o mica parte, se vede un semn mic pe piston:


Acum motorul are pistoane mai noi si se pare ca forma lor e si mai incompatibila cu chiulasa. Am facut amprenta cu vaselina ca sa vedem ce si cum:



Nu intelegeam de ce. Pana am inceput sa caut poze cu chiulase de M30 pe net. Se pare ca am o chiulasa foarte atipica. M-am dus in pivnita si am gasit chiulasa vhece cu care a venit masina. Le am pus una langa alta, si e clar o mare diferenta:


Nu pot sa-mi explic, doar ca e ghinion. Trebuie sa refac chiulasa mea veche si distrusa sau sa caut alta.

Incearca sa iei legatura cu 05 Abi, poate te ajuta el daca mai are ceva!

asta era gri; l-am vazut din spate si nu-mi dau seama daca era de us. cel putin bara spate era normala.

... asa ca am mai cumparat o chiulasa, de pe un M30B30 cu pistoane cum le am acuma in motor. Forma camerei de ardere e, la prima vederea, identica cu chiulasa din pivnita care era pe masina cand am cumparat-o.
Intentrionez sa-o folosesc pe aceasta, e intr-o stare destul de buna, doar ca trebuie schimbat axa cu came, pentru ca axa pentru motronic nu merge pe distribuitor clasic.

Am gasit o chiualsa identica cu a mea:

Am stat sa caut pe BMWfans etc, se pare ca doar modele pe carburatie cu carburatoare Solex 4A1 au avut chiulasa asta cu camera de ardere ciudata.

Chiulasa e la strungar, teoretic maine e gata de aruncat pe bloc.

Meanwhile, engine electrics. E simplu, dar m-am mirat cat de copt sunt firele, se rupa imediat izolaztie. Sper sa nu am probleme. Am inlocuit papuci care s-au rupt, am invelit din nou unde era caz firele, im vedea.
Nu ere prima interventie, multe fire erau deja taiate si inlocuite partiali.

Engine electrics e simplu ,la mine m-am blocat in car electrics biggrin.gif bine ma cam mananca in fund si am schimbat planul de 2 ori pana acum ,asa ca de la cazan chel am decis sa mai pun geamuri electrice inchidere centralizata si AC.Parca vad ca fac back to base plan =>> oglinzi electrice si incalzite.

AC as pune si eu, de ani de zile ma gandesc. Am si tot fel de piese. Dar nu am actionat din 2 motive: am inteles ca adaug vreo 20kg la masina si nu imi place consola de AC deloc. Bine, motivul nr.2 s-ar putea rezolva cu o intergrare de evaporator in cutie care contine si calorifer. Intr-o zi o sa incerc sa inghesui ceva acolo.
