Acuma multi ani, cand eram mai tanar si Interceptor avea par mai des, am incercat sa golesc motorul de la E12 de antigel. S-a desfacut surub, si nimic. Gaura in bloc era blocat, pareri erau ca s-a rupt surubul de golire care intradevar arata asa.

Azi, am intrat in baia mica unde se afla acuma blocul motor, inarmat cu o bormasina si inca ceva scule, cu intentia de a remedia problema. Am desfacut surubul cel rupt, am montat o burgie mica in bormasina si m-am infipt in bucata de surub care a ramas in bloc.
Am trecut imediat prin surubul. Nu era rupt. Era mizerie. Maro. Cu aspect ruginos. Am mai dat asa 2, 3 gaurele in mizerie si am zis ca clatesc blocul ca sa spal praf. Am pus apa in bloc, acolo jos nu iesea nimic. Ma uit de sus langa cilindru unde e scurgere si vad... nisip. Multa nisip. Zic, wtf! Nu pot sa inteleg cum a ajuns acolo nisip.

Dupa ceva munca am reusit sa curat cat de cat ce era acolo, scurgere e desfundata, am lasat un amestec de apa si detergent acolo, si o sa mai repet curatenie. Dar tot nu am inteles cum se poate aduna nisip acolo si inca o cantitate maricel. Poze:

Masina a venit cu 2 doze de ceva care seamana cu praf cu culoare de cupru pentru etansat radiatoare. Deci nu e exclus.

eu am folosit ceva asemanator made in usa
aici se numeste microbile
pierdeam antigel pe la radiator intre aluminiu si capacele din plastic si pe la garnitura de chiuloasa se prelingea pe bloc

Stoplic le zic astia-n zervis laugh.gif si-ai sa razi, da' prinde bine de tot produsul asta la oamenii cu masini scumpe si oarecum vechi.

Cel mai probabil aia-i cauza. Plus ce a mai corodat p'acolo si maruntit... Seems legit.

Si functioneaza, daca s-a infundat inclusiv surubul de golire care are filet M14.
Macar acuma pot sa explic de ce aveam mereu antigel tulbura in ciuda de schimbari de antigel, flush-uri de sistem de racire, si spalari de radiator.

O mica victorie, de ieri pot sa opresc caldura in masina. Am inversat furtunele de tur-retur pe calorifer si acuma sufla si rece din aeroterma.

Am primit un set de pistoane de la un m30b30. Am 4 seturi de pistaone acuma biggrin.gif , fiecare e diferit. O sa le pozez aliniat intr-o zi.
Pana la urma o sa alezez motor la 89mm si o sa folosesc set-ul de pistoane de la m30b30.

Doar trebuie coborat bloc de la etajul 8 (liftul merge pana la 7) si nu stiu cu cine sa fac asta smile.gif
