Domnilor, vin si eu cu o intrebare, poate unii ati mai facut dintr-astea. Ma gandeam sa schimb raportul diferentialului meu autoblocant cu unul mai apropiat de motorizarea mea. acum am un 3.73 de care sunt foarte multumit, are ulei bun nou bagat in el, nu e omorat, cu caraie si nu huruie, insa M50-ul meu impinde destul de greu ursoaica cu diferentialul asta. Motiv pentru care vin cu intrebarea, se poate schimba piesa care da raportul diferentialului? Nu vreau sa renunt la blocant, nici sa il schimb cu vreunul omorat de raceri, vreau doar un blocant mai scurt, pentru reprize mai bune. Actualul e comod in afara, la autostrazi, dar nu doar pe-acolo merg. Ce stiti de piesa care da raportul? Pot lua dintr-un open de 4.10/4.27/4.45 si sa o pun in LSD-ul meu?

presupun ca-i totuna cu a lua componenta LSD din diferentialul tau si mutarea in altul: trebuie sa-l faci bucatele si sa-l compui la loc.
Nu stiu cat de greu se face. Ca de facut ... orice e posibil

Piesele care dau raportul sunt coroana si pinionul principal. Se pot vedea cateva poze cu internele respective aici. La componentele blocantului nu trebuie umblat de loc. Insa inlocuirea coroanei si reglajul jocului ("preload") par a fi destul de laborioase, din cate vad. N-am facut niciodata asta, dar urmeaza... tongue.gif

Am cutie de M50, nu am incercat sa potrivesc cutia de M20 pe motor, l-am luat cu totul.

am gasit sa cumpar un diferential 4.1 open pe care il voi lua si monta pe masina. dupa ceva teste de conduita cu 4.1, ma hotarasc cu care din ele raman, si daca fac 4.1 LSD. Din nou o sa il rog pe d-l Interceptor sa imi obtina o "audienta" la un nene care face cutii si diferentiale. va tin la curent in functie de rezultat.
pana atunci, un fisier cu rapoartele diferentialelor la diferite masini/motorizari/transmisii:

in poza alaturata sunt trecute rapoartele stock vs rapoartele recomandate de unii oameni

Sa intelegem ca pe motor M50 merge pusa cutia de M20 (Getrag G240)? Si invers ?
Ideea e ca cutia de M50 are raportul treptei a 5a de ~1, fata de cea originala care il are de ~0.81, deci cutia de M50 este "sport". In combinatie cu un diferential de 318 ar iesi o "transmisie foarte scurta".

Pe de alta parte, daca pui pe e30 motor + cutie M50 trebuie sa pui un diferential cu raport mic ( am inteles ca 3.25 ar fi echivalentul unui 3.64 cu cutia G240 ).

Nu stiu daca se potriveste cutia de M20 pe M50. Cu siguranta exista si cutie de M20, si cutie de M50 cu raportul treptei V de 1, si cu raportul de 0.83 (parca atat e minim). Aveam un document in care erau trecute rapoartele, cred ca si pe realoem gasim informatii legate de raportul cutiei.
Ceea ce am de gand sa fac nu e o improvizatie, diferentialul de 4.1 s-a pus din fabrica pe E34 M50B20 din ceea ce stiu eu.

Am eu cutie ZF de M20 pe M50, se potriveste in afara de 2 suruburi, si trebuiesc alte tapoane de cutie.Diferentialul e 3,91 LSD si mi se pare mult mai puturoasa fata de 4,45-ul anterior.
