au un buton sau chiar doua pe maneta schimbatorului de viteze.
.....urca-te in cabina unui cap de tractor si ai sa vezi butonul.

Din cate stiu pe Espero alea 2 butoane nu aveau treaba cu treptele sau cel putin asa mi-a zis un prieten care avea Espero.Power=schimba in 6000 ture winter schimba mai devreme sau ceva de genu asta?

Power da, face sa schimbe mai tarziu, nu face treptele mai lungi.
Pe Winter in schimb, la aceeasi turatie aveam o viteza mult mai mica. (De ex, foloseam programul winter ca sa mearga masina la relanti cu aceeasi viteza cu care mergea coloana mortuara. Daca mergeam fara winter, viteza era mai mare si trebuia sa merg cu piciorul pe frana - uzura inutila)

Am avut si hidramat, si manuala, cu acelasi tip de motor.
Consumul de benzina era fix acelasi la ambele. Doar franele se uzau poate un pic mai repede la hidramat. Oricum, am fost impresionat de tehnologia folosita, mai ales ca nu am gasit ceva care sa nu pot face cu cutia automata fatza de aia manuala. (a, ba au gasit niste colegi de-ai mei: nu au putut porni hidramata tractand-o smile.gif)))
