Dupa un drum mai sportiv prin Nordul Dobrogei, la relanti cam tremura. Banuiesc ca s-au dus tampoanele motor.

Mi-e sa nu atinga cu motorul sau baia de ulei in punte/directie/bara stabilizatoare

Cu ocazia intalnirii pe Transfagarasan, aflam urmatoarele:
- tampon motor stanga e franjuri. Trebuie rezolvata scurgerea de ulei de la capacul filtrului inainte sa schimb tamponul.

- chestia electronica de pe oala stanga e un rezistor variabil reglabil din cele vreo 8 dip-switch-uri. E pus sa pacaleasca injectia, sa modifice citirea boostului.

Acum motorul rage ca un TD-u, trage ca un bou, modul in care schimba cutia a capatat sens brusc, pot sa ma infig de pe stradute secundare si sa schimb benzile, e mai vioi la drum si consuma , cred, mai mult.

Noroc cu Bart care mi-a atras atentia, la modul cel mai serios, ca era ceva in neregula: nu scotea fum deloc laugh.gif

Ramasese pe lista verificarea capacului filtrului. Care e in regula, nu pusesem eu garnitura corect.
Aia veche era atat de coapta, plastic, incat nu mi-am dat seama ca acolo ar trebui sa pun noua garnitura, asa ca am pus-o aiurea.

Sa vedem daca mai pica. Montat garnitura noua de la filtrul care demult asteapta sa fie schimbat. Iau ulei nou si pun si filtrul.

Tb sa rezolv pierderea de antigel.

Ieri am batjocorit-o. Trafic la intrare in oras, nu completasem cu apa de ceva vreme, cand m-am apropiat de birou acul era sus, dar nu s-a aprins rosul. Temperatura in bord -128. Mi se pare ca asta e un fel de infinit pentru el.
Presiune nu mai avea in sistem, banuiam ca a rasuflat tot. L-am lasat aburind, cred ca pe undeva spre calorifer, ma gandeam daca o sa ia foc intre timp.

Seara au intrat 6-7litri, merge bine, nu pare sa fiarba. Dar a ramas o electrovalva blocata, baga caldura non-stop.

E si asta o abordare.
Eu am schimbat termostatul, avea o scapare chiar la garnitura lui. Si asa cam tinea temperatura cam sus, deci am rezolvat 2 lucruri. 2 ani a tinut cel veche, Behr.

Nu am schimbat niciodata termostatul si deocamdata face treaba buna. Tine motorul intre 88-90 grade, acul sta putin sub jumatate.

Parca am schimbat garnitura temostatului, 2lei bucata, dar nu mai retin daca era la asta sau la E46. Parca la asta, ca la E46 am termostat nou si inca nu am umblat sa-l schimb.

Schimbat vascul. Cel mai probabil cel vechi (Behr) pierduse bimetalul extern in forma de spirala, care rasuceste ceva in vasc si-l decupleaza, by default fiind cuplat.

Cel nou, Febi, desi rigid in comparatie cu vascul de la E28, pe care il opresti lejer cu mana la rece, functioneaza, nu mai face asa vijelie.
Azi, cand am oprit motorul, s-a desurubat si a cazut smile.gif)) Trebuie sa mai fiu atent.

Cred ca trebuie sa schimb furtunul de la termostat la radiator, inca pica apa binisor pe acolo, o sa merg cu capacul de la expansiune putin desurubat, sa nu mai faca presiune in sistem, in felul asta nu pierde apa rapid.

Pierderile de ulei au cam incetat de cand am pus garniturile cum trebuie.
Mai trebuie sa schimb uleiul. Tamponul motor... nu stiu cand l-oi schimba. Am si amortizoarele undeva prin magazie, plus bucsi de bara stabilizatoare.


Furtunul de apa nu se gaseste la Autokarma, iar la epiesa e 172 lei, OEM.

O sa mai verific, dar pe la furtun chiar pica si cu capacul desfacut, deci fara presiune.

Referitor la faza pe care ai citat-o, a fost destul de groasa, posibil sa fi mers pe uscat, fara apa , cateva minute bune.

Bine ca mi-ai amintit, sa platesc furtunul ala. Vor plata in avans, fiind comanda pe OEM. Oare la Bavaria il gaseam mai ieftin?

Ma īndoiesc.
Mai ar fi varianta genul realoem.ro sau niște băieți care iți dau fără factura. Dar ce am mai avut de cumpărat, comparativ autokarma et al cu nu mai iese mult īn avantaj, au preturi foarte competitive.

De draci. Ajungeam si eu o data-n viata cat de cat la timp la birou si hop, beleaua.
Dar da, radacina problemei putea fi rezolvata simplu si demult.

Autokarma nu gasea nimic dupa codul piesei, cel putin pe site. E-piesa a gasit, asa ca am comandat de la ei. Ieri am platit.
De realoem.ro nu am stiut, m-am uitat acum in fuga si nu pare sa aiba furtunul ala. Iar vascul , tot Febi, ar fi costat peste dublu, fata de cat a costat la autokarma.

Cred ca e un pic de razboi de preturi intre unii. Povestea mai de mult un amic care lucreaza la un magazin clasic cum nu pot sa cumpara ei de la distribuitor la un pret (final) macar egal cu autokarma si alte. De adaos nici vorba.

Acum 1-2 ani am vazut ca s-au pus tare pe concurentul principal - e-piesa.
Orice gaseai pe e-piesa, era cu o fractiune mai ieftin pe autokarma.

Acum, daca scrii autokarma.ro in browser, te intampina cu : E piesa scumpa? Cauta la noi! laugh.gif

Acum o saptamana l-am mai fiert o data... Verificasem cu doua zile inainte apa, era la nivel. Probabil apoi am strans busonul prea tare (de obicei il lasam slab, ca sa nu faca presiune si sa impinga apa rapid afara prin furtun. Furtunul nou astepta si el de doua zile sa fie montat.

A fiert binisor, mai avea doar putina apa in el, a luat litri la completare. Poate ca si din cauza apei reci a cedat, lasasem motorul sa se "raceasca doar pana la 100 grade".
Am dat sa pornesc, s-a chinuit, iar in expansiune era vulcan.

Aia e, noroc ca trasesem sa ajung la o benzinarie. Care are si un service ascuns in spate. Am lasat-o acolo, mi-au inchiriat o rabla Vectra C bunicica, la 60lei pe zi.
Chiulasa e la verificat si rectificat la Baneasa de luni, miercuri am aflat ca trebuie planata si ca ar fi gata abia luni.

Daca tot au masina pe rampa le-am dus ce mai aveam prin ograda: amortizoare, tampon motor, bucse bara stabilizatoare, rulment stanga (sa inlocuiasca pe cel nou, dar de E46). Ieri dimineata lucrau la asta.
Din pacate la puntea spate nu se baga, pentru ca nu au presa pentru bucsile mari.

Am aflat si pe unde pierdea apa de fapt: era crapat capacul termostatului, dedesubt, pe lungimea tubului de care se prinde furtunul.

Ulei schimbat de trei zile, il schimb iar.

Pana marti seara nu au mai miscat nimic, 6 zile.
Asteptau presa de arcuri. Chiulasa asteptata luni a fost amanata pana miercuri (ieri).

Oho! Am ramas si eu surprins.

In vara m-am dus langa autokarma lujerului, ca aveau aparat de incarcat freon.
Tocmai schimbau amortizoarele unui serie 3 E90 or smth. Fara presa. De fapt cred ca aveau una masiva, fixa. Oricum, facea o ciobanie acolo, se chinuia sa indese noul amortizor fara sa desfaca pivotii. Cred ca nu aveau presa de pivoti de fapt. Sau lene.
Am plecat pana nu zbura cricul cu care incerca sa indese arcul, in conditiile in care amortizorul nu era stabilizat de nimic, improvizase doar un rahat de legatura cu un cablu.
