@Halogen: Totul costa pe lumea asta, cel putin eu asa am invatat, nimic nu e gratis! Ca te mai sprijina cu una cu alta cei apropiati, si asta e important! Pe spatiu platesc chirie.

@Xox: Initial am vrut sa ma bag la un Aro 10 sau Suzuki Samurai, Niva... Era mai simplu cu tabla cel putin, dar ... vom trai si-om vedea.

Yappp! M-ai prins! wink.gif Suruburi M 18 cu 100 mm doar la Dedeman am gasit, nu stiam pe unde sa mai caut, mai au din cand in cand asa-zise promotii.
Ce-am gasit interesant la Honest e o masina de debitat cu disc pt. teava metal, profile ... la doar 260 lei. N-am mai trecut pe la ei, sper s-o mai aiba, desi as face o proba pe o bucata de teava din inox, sa vad cum taie... Adevarul ca fara scule e greu, si nu ma refer la cele profi. Mi s-a fxtut deunazi menghina, o luasem de pe net la un pret bun, am strans mai tare un platband si poc, s-a dus piulita /../!? chestia in care se infileteaza axul, acuma sa vad ce pot face, dar fara o menghina e nasol! Si parca nu ma lasa inima sa dau 6-7 mil. pe una noua.

Demontare parbriz/luneta E30
Am dat jos parbrizul si luneta deunazi si cautasem ceva sfaturi pe tema asta, am vazut ca unii le-au spart... Treaba e destul de simpla: se scoate clema metalica ce fixeaza ornamentul, apoi se scoate cu grija ornamentul(al meu era destul de imbatranit si am reusit sa-l rup!); parbrizul(luneta) nu e lipit de cheder!, dupa care din interior spre ext. se impinge cu grija intr-unul din colturile de sus pana cand acesta iese din cheder, continuati sa impingeti pe latura superioara, apoi lateralele... dupa care iese. O veste buna: spre surprinderea mea, vad ca n-am rugina pe la chedere.

Salutare!
Am lipsit putin din peisaj. Legat de proiect... inaintam incet, dar sigur: am demontat cutia de viteze de pe motor, apoi am dat jos si motorul. Probabil ca ar fi mers si dintr-o bucata: ansamblu cutie+motor, dar am zis sa nu ma risc. Cu ocazia asta am testat pt. prima data macaraua, a rezistat cu brio. In continuare ma gandesc sa-mi fac un cadru "rotisor" pt. lucrul la caroserie si obligatoriu un abkant.

Am si eu o zi libera si atunci e sarbatoare, altfel m-as fi bagat la taiat, sudat ceva, de lucru e grupa mare! Am fost pe la remat Bv, vand astia cu 2 lei/kg !!!/ muuult! / fieratanii, nici nu stiu cum s-au facut vreo 45 kg, le-am luat ca pe viitor or sa-mi trebuiasca, gasesti tot felul de tampenii....

Baiatul asta are maini de aur, dintr-o coala de tabla face orice, chestia buna e ca si explica cu amanunte ce si cum face! Aviz amatorilor care se sperie de rugina!!! Teoretic orice reper de caroserie se poate reface de la zero, parca am mai mult curaj acum, dupa ce-am vazut postarile lui tonybmw. Trb. sa recunosc ca plec de la zero experienta in lucrul cu metalul, cu tabla... dar toate se invata.

se face orice reper din tabla dar mai sigur e sa ai piese sh/originale.tinichigiul unde am facut eu masina are un E21 bucati(masina din linkul de mai sus arate bine) si a zis ca nu e placut de facut piese in conditiile in care nu are cotele de fabrica.

@alex230ro: E limpede ca nu e la indemana oricui sa faca un pasaj de roata sau un prag, dar merita sa incerci. Pana la urma strici o coala de tabla zincata, 60 lei.
@bartro: mi-as dori unul... dar momentan sa aduc pe linia de plutire e30-ul. Arunca un ochi la tonybmw, avea 2 bc. e12 M535 in lucru...poate te inspira.

Am inceput lucrul la jig- suportul pt. caroserie. Mai pun o poza si cu starea jalnica a aripilor spate, in portbagaj sub stratul gros de antifon e doar rugina! Petice puse aiurea si care au ruginit... Sa nu fi stiut meseriasii ca tabla trb. bine curatata pe ambele fete, degresata, decapata, apoi rapid dat grund, si la urma antifon sau vopsea?!

mda arata rau acolo,cam tot spatele trebuie refacut.nasol e ca ai rugina si la imbinarlle dintre table,acolo teoretic trebuie desfacut curatat si imbinate la loc.in cel mai rau caz mai iei o caroserie de piese .

Sigur ca DA! Pe forumurile de afara am vazut proiecte mult mai grele, in sensul ca au trb. reconstruite multe elemente... Momentan sa termin cadrul suport, apoi ma apuc de modelat tabla: trasare, taiere, indoire, intindere, comprimare, sudura ...etc. ... o iau de la zero. O coala sau doua sper sa-mi ajunga sa-mi formez cat de cat mana, am sa incep cu elementele mai simple, apoi ma bag la praguri, aripi. Deja ma gandesc ca pragul ext. sa-l fac din prima gen m-tech 1 sau 2, cu reliefarea pasajelor rotilor, sa nu mai pun dupa aceea kit-ul din plastic/fibra ... Nu e usor ce mi-am propus, o sa vedem ce iese!

Din cauza serviciului, n-am mai facut mare lucru, incerc sa finalizez jig-ul, poate sapt. viitoare ...

In ultima poza apare liderul haitei, masculul alfa...e tare animalul. Am avut retineri initial, apoi ne-am imprietenit, nu stiu care pe care'l domina! Cata vreme primesc papa gratis, toti sunt prieteni cu tine.

Am si eu tot din Lidl, cred ca am aproape 1 an de zile de cand i-am cumparat. Sunt ok, i-am folosit din pacate o singura data, atunci cand am schimbat discurile de frana pe spate acum vreo 2 luni. Dar ii tin mereu dupa mine, pe trusa de scule din portbagaj.
