Am si eu nevoie de ajutor m20b20 jetronic...
Repun poza de mai sus ce a pus-o colegu, semnele sunt ca la mine...
daca reglez avansul cu linie la linie, motorul merge frumos, trage bine dar bate avansul cateodata in acceleratie si miroase a benzina tare
Daca pun avansul in dreptul lui "O" merge ok trage binisor, dar are un mers ciudat la relanti si cateodata imi sta 800 cateodata la 1000
Daca pun pe pozitia bulinutei aceea de dupa O motorul trage bine dar imi bolborosesc tobele in frana de motor si miroase a benzina nearsa
Cum se regleaza? Trebuie aliniate cele 2 liniute? sau sa il las asa? E posibil sa nu-mi functioneze bine retardu sau centrifugalu vacuumatic de imi tacane avansul cand e setat linie la linie?

hmmm, cred ca le incurci nitel, "O|T" reprezinta un singur semn din cate stiu, si anume exact in dreptul lui "|" ar fi punctul cu avans 0.

ce inseamna "avansul in dreptul lui O"? Cu cine aliniezi O-ul ai gasit un semn corespunzator pe capacul distributiei?

Da este o linie ingrosata in material. Sa il pun inapoi linie pe linie si apoi sa dau un dinte doi din debitmetru sa imi tacaneasca in sub 2000 ture cand o accelerez? motorul merge bine si asa cu avansul intarziat. care e pistonul 1? cel de langa radiator?

din ce stiu eu avansul se regleaza cu stroboscopul si motor cald smile.gif
debitmetrul doar din imbus si cu analizatorul de gaze in fund si evacuarea sa nu fie sparta.

Distributia TREBUIE pusa la punct. Asta in primul rand.

Aaaaaaaaaaapoi desfaci suruburile de la delcou, scoti fisa de la bujia 1, cu tot cu bujie..apoi..invarti de delcou, usor, cu bujia la masa, pana da scanteie...in locul unde a dat scanteie, strangi delcoul la loc.

PS: lasa debitmetrul asa cum e, daca n-ai umblat la el.

PS2: era mai simplu la dacie. Pff.

PS3: oricum cu lampa stroboscopica tre' sa-l reglezi ca sa fie ca lumea. Mergi la un service, nu poate costa mai mult de 30-40 lei.

Se paote regla static (dupa semne pe fulie) dar intradevar, manual dicteaza un reglaj cu motor pornit, sa aibe xx grade la yyyy RPM. Pentru asta mai exista un semn pe volanta la cutie. Cel putin la e12 asa este.
Dar poti regla si 'dupa urechi', sa merge bine. Daca trage bine dar bate, mai invarti un pic de delcou ca si mai putin avans..

Dn pacate am stroboscop simplu care nu masoara unghiul dwell...am observat ca in ture semnul "|" se duce in alta parte...

Dwell nu are legatura cu avans.
E normal ca | se duce in alte parte, doar asta face avans centrifugal.

La 5000?? Nu prea cred. Cam pana in 2500rpm trebuie sa fie.
Cum am zis, E12 are un semn pentru reglaj dinamic la volanta, la cutie. Are o gaura prin care vezi volanta, are un cui/semn acolo, si pe volanta e o bila care reprezinta avans de 22 de grade. Setezi motor pe turatie aia de referinta, indreptezi stroboscop spe gaura aia si invarti de delcou pana iti apara bila acolo la cui. Daca in timpul reglajului turatia se schimbe, o corectezi.
Cum e la E30, M20, nu stiu.

A propos, mi se pare ciudat ca da detonatie in toba la frana de motor, indiferent de turatie. L-jet nu inchide injectoarele de tot in caz asta? TPS e bun?

Da. L-am masurat cu ohmetrul si cu clapeta inchisa imi arata contact intre pini deci comutatorul functioneaza din senzor.
Am schimbat luleaua si niste furtune de vacuum care erau coapte si am reglat din nou acum nu tacane si nici nu detoneaza in frana de motor.
Cineva mi-a spus ca s-ar putea ca o supapa sa nu imi inchida cum trebuie si atunci sa imi dea benzina pe evacuare.
La E30 M20 nu ai acces la volanta ca e mult in spate. Semnele de distributie sunt in fata pe fulia de la vibrochen

Da.. in mod normal avansul max de 30 si ceva de grade, ai deja pana in 4000 de ture, daca nu ma insel.
E si asta o metoda aplicata, pui o turatie maxima si setezi delcou sa pica avansul max bine.
Dar 5000rpm e o greseala.

Biluta nu e acel semn, pe care-l vezi in fata.
Cum ar veni, biluta e semnul cu avans 23 grade, pe care trebuie sa o cauti cu stroboscopul la turatia specificata. Doar ca turatia specificata acolo, 5000 RPM e cam mare.
La M30 biluta asta e pe volanta, se vede cu greu printr-un orificiu lasat de o tesitura in clopotul cutiei de viteze, undeva in zona electromotorului.
Iar la M30-ul meu biluta nu-i biluta, e un Z (de la Zorro)


Legat de 5000 asta... din cate am observat, al meu are acelasi avans centrifugal si la 2200 si la 3000 rpm. Trag concluzia ca turatia aia din specificatii e data ca minimul de la care avansul centrifugal se plafoneaza. La mine e dat 2150 rpm

am facut engine flood. imi baga benzina cu nemiluita. am porint-o luni in prima zi cu frig. a pornit si dupa am oprit-o s-o curat de zapada. a pornit si a doua oara dar a inceput sa mearga in 3, 2, 1 , 0 direct. n-a mai pornit. am curatat bujii, nimic. daca pornesc cu pedala la blana bubuie grav. cum pot sa micsorez debit de benzina? e atat de multa benzina in cilindri ca se intoarce pe admisie laugh.gif
cu ocazia asta am omorat si bateria. are cineva crocodili sau un redresor?help!
