Uleiul ca uleiul ca l bagi usor in motor,cu distributia e mai nasol.

A mai trecut un an, si ieri seara iar a bubuit motorul. De data asta in mers. Veneam pe drumul vechi de la mare, la iesirea din urziceni am facut stanga pe DN2 / E85, si am accelerat ceva mai tare ca sa ma inscriu in coloana de masini care vin la orele astea de duminica seara din Moldova. Rezultat, check engine aprins, mers tremurat, fum cat cuprinde din toba, oprit in mers. Am tras masina la benzinarie, am mai incercat asa de curiozitate sa o pornesc, motorul nici nu mai invarta, e blocat.
85.000km pe odo.

N-a fost asa de rau pana urma. Ieri am surubarit cam toate ziua la masina, am gasit injectoru de la cilindru 4 blocat pe deschis (film).

Curgea benzina si din toba..

Dupa ce am oprit alimentare cu benzina, am masurat compresie pe cilindru respectiv, era 10 si un pic, restul cam 11,5. Dupa ce am adaugat un pic de ulei a mai crescut.
Am gasit repede pe OLX niste injectoare SH, le am schimbat pe toate 4, si gata troaca, merge bine. Mai a ramas becul de check engine aprins, sa vad si ce cu asta, maine cumpar diagnoza OBD2. Poate a ramas o eroare stochata, pate am uitat o mufa undeva.

Am observat si destul de mult ulei in admisie, plus depuneriile specificele, am studiat problema si aparent are un recuperator de ulei care se foloseste de vacuum in admisie si apoi si de vacuum inainte de turbo cand e in boost pentru separare de ulei prin vortex. Doar ca nu e destul la blow-by specific al TSI-ului. O sugestie interesanta este adaugare de un filtru folosit in sisteme de aer comprimat in traseu spre admisie, asa s-ar reduce cu mult uleiul care mai ajunge in admisie.

S-a stins singur bec de check engine
Dar deja am cumpărat un elm327, torque īmi zice de cylinder 1 missfire.
De urmarit, nu ar fi prima bobina stricată.

Motorul inca merge, s-a stricat alceva - spira volanului. Nu mai merg airbag, claxonul, comenziile.

Schimbat ventilator clima in interior, nu mai sufla deloc. Easy fix, am demontat doar torpedou si ceva suruburi din bord.

Nu știu cāt e garanție teoretic, practic sunt sigur că se găsesc motive de substragere. Dar cauza e o problema de proces de fabricație.

Calitatea materialelor e din ce in ce mai proasta, procesul de fabricatie la fel...vad asta la masinile pe care le repar...zilele trecute am lucrat la un cadillac cu lufturi de 2 cm intre bara fata si faruri...samd

Da, uite pozele cum incepe. Se pot observa resuturi de sudura (material ramas, lipit) cat si gaurele mici de la care a plecat totul.

Am incercat sa repar spirala volanului. Intai am incercat sa gasesc un inlocuitor, dar nu prea se stie codul de piese la VW, sunt foarte multe variante. Conform echivalent realoem vw-ista codul s-ar termina cu un T sau un S, doar ca se poate afla cu diagnoza sau eticheta de pe piesa. Pe masina am gasit cu cod AB insa. Weird.
Din pacate in aceea piesa nu e doar spirala, sunt si niste module pentru tempomat, controlul de tractiune (pozitia volanului), in total intre vreo 5 mufe, si conform VW trebuie inlocuit totul daca se strica spirala asta. Si este scumpa.
Daca tot am ajuns la piese, am defacut-o si am vazut ca s-a rupt la un capat, si ca erau amestecate aiura piesele de ghidaj inauntru. Am reusit sa repar, vedem cat tine. Nu stiu daca e asamblata corect. Daca nu rezista, urmatoare varianta va fi sa cumpar un modul pentru masini mai simple si sa mut doar sprirala.





Si bonus, am gasit si cheia de rezerva pe care am ratacit acum vreo 3 luni

Am reparat daune in urma unui accident usor. Au fost avariate doua usi, si impins stalp B inauntru, S-a tras stalp la los, au montat doua usi SH, revopsit o laterala intreaga. Ocazie cu care am inlocuit si oglinda rupta de acum 4 ani, si am cusut piele desprinsa pe scaunul de sofer. ODO 100004km. Costul reparatei a fost mai mare decat pretul de achitizie de 525i.
