As vrea si eu sa desfac electromotorul de la masina,M20B20 Motronic,si sa il reconditioney...cum nu prea ma pricep la electromotor,adica stiu principiul de functionare insa nu stiu exact ce tr sa schimb in el..stiu ca contine,printre altele tongue.gif carbuni,perii,bucsi,,,
reconditionarea vreau sa o fac,si de dra smile.gif si fortat oarecum de imprejurimi,adica invartitul mai greu la rece.Nu e din cauya bateriei,caci am probat si cu baterie noua de la alta masina,plus ca si asta iarna era frig si nu era asa diferenta,inteleg ca tr sa invarta un pic mai greu ca e uleiul marmelada,dar nici asa,,,,si cam multa lume mi-a yis ca ar fi din electromotor...
pareri?

nu vreau sa fiu rautacios , poate nu stii :perii sau carbuni , acelasi lucru , daca sunt ok : spalat ,gresat si la treaba ,verifica si colectorul , nu-l da cu smirghel , ci cu lemn

cu bobina ii relativa, nu zic ca nu e posibil dar cam relativ...ai mare atentie la saibele care le vei gasi intre colector si platou(ala de tine carbunii) sau cum am vazut pe realoem la e34 alea dintre platou si capac si cum lipesti carbunii, curata cu coloectorul(ala din spatele rotorului cu lamele de cupru) si santurile dintre lamele. cu saibele alea iti zic sa ai mare atentie pt ca marea mea problema cu electromotorul de acolo era. pune saibele cum le scoti, nu le schimba ca ai sa te chinui...si nu uita sa ii dai cu unsoare pe bucsi si in capacul ala din spatele elctromotorului. atunci cand il scoti de pe masina daca vezi ca are joc in axul rotorului inainte inapoi fata de stator, mai completeaza cu saibe.......eventual cumpara si kitul de reparatie cu reperul 26 atunci cand comanzi carbunii si bucsele...du-te cu codul de electromotor pt bucse si carbuni http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mo...hg=12&fg=25

nu cred ca e bobina...ca decat la rece o ia mai greu...apoi dupa cateva minute de functionare daca opresc si repornesc invarte super bine.
ok...o sa mai cer sfaturi dupa ce il dau jos.sa vedem cand.ca iar ninge.bine ca nu e graba.mare.

eu la 524td l am dat frumos jos, la am spalat, facut bec sters bine, am cumparat noi reductorul ala si coroana aia din plastic, bendix, carbuni si bucsi. Am lipit carbunii cu un ciucan de lipit sa fiu sigur ca de acolo nu mai pleaca, am montat si bendixul cu reductorul, am bagat unsoare la reductor si bucsi si invartea in stil mare:P
aaa am uitat sa mentiunez ca am pus si o bobina SH cei drept dar arata supr BOSCH luata de pe un VW GOLF 2 GTI cel de 8 valve, si s a potrivit perfect!

corect. daca-l speli / cureti si-l demontezi cu mila, iti arata el singur ce-i trb. singura delicatete e sa gasesti o solutie sa nu cositoresti firele de la carbuni, ca de fabrica nu se face asa cva. cu bobina, sunt destul de interschimbabile, aia de golf la 524 nu cred sa ajunga sa tina mult, se vor impusca contactele cele mari de pe suruburile de M8. electromotoarele au ceva diferenta de consum... happy (24).gif

nu nu, chiar a mers perfect pana cand am vanduto, acum masina mea e trasa pe dreapta a juns pe mana la niste pusti raceri si au distrus motorul, iau dat in bot pana i au sarit pistoanele axa cu came praf tot motorul e zop+ambreiaj distrus, probabil si altele...sad.gif saracu' 524...

asta e electromotorul pt motronicu meu,desfacut,in link mai jos.
rog sa-mi indice si mie cineva care sunt carbunii,bucsile,si ce ar mai trebui schimbat la el,pt o reconditionare buna.

Carbunii mi se pare ca sunt fixati pe piesa 12 prin intermediul unor arcuri. Nu apar in ilustratie.

bart - dupa cum vezi, oamenii au sarit si bucsa din carcasa de Al...poate doar din desen, in punga o fi....ce ma mira, e faptul ca asta e un electromotor cu reductor, eram obisnuit sa-l gasesc doar la diesel nu la benzina, dar....

redectoru nu ajuta la consum mai mic la pornire?consum de curent la refer...
fapt real:cu o baterie cu care o dacia 1300 abia invartea,oricum insuficient pt pornire,am pornit fara probleme m20 motronicu

Ce reductor? Nu il vad...
Da, carbuni vin in piesa 12. La alte electromotare pe bmwfans sa gasesc ca piese separate - dar la asta nu. Cred ca merita verificat ce exact contine kit ala de reparatiel poate vine si cu carbuni..?

Reperul 14 este una din bucse, la reperul 18 acel repair kit reprezinta saibele si siguranta din coada electromotorului. Teoretic ii mai trebuia si bucsa din capacul de aluminiu.
S-ar putea sa vina carbunii cu tot cu platou(reperul 12) poate de aia nu apar si carbunii......cel mai simplu du-te cu codul electromotorului la cel de unde iti comnazi piesele si spune-i de perii(carbuni) si bucsi.
Treaba reductorului e sa multiplice turatia statorului...adica rotorul se invarte cu o turatie iar bendixul cu o turatie mai mare fata de rotor...reductorul nu cred ca este pt a reduce consumul de curent...sau poate si de asta dar vad ca electromotorul asta este de 1.4 kw pe cand cel de pe jetronic/carburatie pt m20 este de 1.1 kw asa ca nu stiu cum ar fi reductorul pus pt a reduce consumul de curent.
