Salut,
De aprox. jumatate de an sunt fericitul proprietar al unui 520i din 1984. Are culoarea Polaris Metallic, cu interior negru si geamuri verzui. Momentan avem urmatoarele dotari: jante de aliaj reconditionate pe 15, cauciucuri 225x60 R15, spoiler fata Alpina, faruri de ceata, geamuri electrice fata, volan sport, trapa manuala, rolou spate. Urmeaza in iarna aceasta sau in primavara: discuri fata-spate, trapa electrica, clima, volan reglabil.

Super frumoasa masina.Am avut si eu unul tot 520 tot din 84. Apoi 525IA E34. Exemplara masina ta !. S-o stapanesti sanatos si fara incidente!!

Frumos, sa-l stapanesti sanatos! Cauciucurile sunt 205, nu 255, nu? Unde-i toba finala? Imi place cum sta asa, sus, chiar daca majoritatea ar zice sa o lasi mai jos, "sa tai o spira". Intr-adevar nu sunt 255, ci 225, scuze. Le-am primit cu masina de piese si sunt inca bune. Intra la fix, nu as putea s-o las mai jos in configuratia actuala... si nici pe mine nu ma tenteaza deloc. Toba finala este o poveste in sine Ideea ii ca trebuie sa refac toata evacuarea si sa arunc carpeala ce-i acolo. Voi reveni cu poze si din timpul mini-restaurarii din toamna asta. |

Masina am luat-o din Satu Mare (avea SM 87 VTI parca la numar) si era fara imbunatatiri. Avea inchidere centralizata, trapa ... si cam atat. Restul sunt puse de mine. La tablarie nu statea rau, dar am refacut fata complet: trager, fusta, faruri reconditionate, ruginile de la panoul ignifug/contraaripi, aripi. Este o baza excelenta pentru reconditionare, dar inca mai am foarte mult de lucru... Iata cateva poze cu interiorul. Cu motorul deocamdata nu pun, pentruca nu am avut timp sa ma ocup de el. Sunt vacumuri trase aiurea in stanga si dreapta, murdarie, etc. Sper ca in iarna asta sa fac ordine si sub capota. Iar in ceea ce priveste frecarea rotilor... am pus deja o atentionare. |

O scurta istorie in poze. Se vede cum a fost batut suportul rotii de rezerva intr-un mod absolut incredibil (sa incapa toba shport). Fusta la fel a fost taiata, indoita sa incapa capetele si s-a montat o placuta din inox sa acopere urateniile acestea (cu nituri, pe care a trebuit sa le scoatem si sa astupam gaurile). Cotul de peste 90 grade este o alta delicatesa a sistemului de evacuare, impreuna cu toba de mijloc pe care scrie GM... Se vad si jantele in stadiul initial, dupa care au fost sablate si vopsite. Tragerul l-am schimbat, a primit o fusta noua, s-au facut ruginile pe fata dupa cum am spus. La praguri si in spate nu sunt probleme serioase, dar vor fi facute oricum. Scaunele a trebuit sa le schimb pentruca iarba era distrusa in ele. In astea noi (tot de E28 sunt) am bagat cauciuc intre iarba si arcuri sa le prelungesc viata.

vopseaua de la oala de roata de rezerva nu cumva se numeste antichip....? si e un pic cauciucata?
am avut si eu de lucru exact ca tine.....buza de la prag cu suportul de cric si contraprag.... ai muncit mult ca sa arate asa masina.....felicitari! |

Ai muncit un pic la ea. Ma bucur ca faci efortul ca sa o duci la o stare mai originala. Cu ce ai vopsit oala de roata de rezerva? Nu incerc s-o fac exact cum a venit ea din fabrica (desi stiu exact ce dotari avea), ci s-o imbunatatesc cu accesorii originale specifice modelului... sau macar firmei (vezi jante). Ref oala: am dat cu teroson s-o izolez/protejez cat mai bine. Dupa aia a fost vopsita la culoarea masini cum a fost original. |

xander....nu exista asa ceva(se pare).....recent am dat si eu peste niste suprize neplacute care eu totusi credeam ca nu am parte de ele.... dar asa e e28-ul.....plin de suprize.....dar la tabla din pacate totdeauna neplacute |
