Asadar vreau un sfat de la cei care au ceva experienta cu motoarele diesel cu pompa mecanica fie el BMW sau alta marca.

Cred ca beleaua a aparut dupa ce am turnat apa fierbinte pe pompa de motorina, crezand ca inghetase motorina/apa din ea :paranoid: Acum vad ca in tipul functionarii motorului pica motorina pe la imbinarea capac-pompa. Capacul e din aluminiu si probabil s-a dilatat mult cand am turnat apa calda, fortand suruburile care-l strang pe pompa.

Ce solutii vad eu:
- sa mai strang suruburile. Pentru asta trebuie sa demontez niste chestii de pe pompa + sa cumpar niste inbus-uri.
- daca nu tine, sa desfac capacul si sa vad cum fac sa-l etanseizez: alta garnitura (daca exista) sau mastic.

Asadar, ce credeti ca ar trebui sa fac? Unde ar trebui sa fiu atent daca ma apuc sa desfac ceva pe acolo?

N-am incercat sa-l pornesc, dar sunt sigur ca ar porni biggrin.gif

Apa fierbinte am turnat-o inainte sa descopar ca de fapt s-a dus pompa de amorsare...acum mai bine de doua saptamani.

Eu unul nu m-ash juca cu pompa. Incearca sa vorbesti cu un tip care se ocupa de pompe de injectie.

In pompa aia sunt presiuni mari si nu stiu daca merge o etansare din asta artizanala.
De unde shtii ca iti curge motorina daca nu l-ai pornit?

Nu am incercat sa-l pornesc in perioada cu zile geroase, pentru ca nu aveam numere. Am observat scurgerea chiar in ajunul sosirii Siberiei pe tinuturile noastre.
Sambata trecuta am dat jos parghia care se ocupa cu acceleratia si am strans doua din cele patru suruburi care strang capacul, dar nu am rezolvat problema. Ca sa am acces la toate cele 4 suruburi trebuie sa dau jos multe maruntisuri si nu ma apuc de treaba pe frigul asta.

e groaznic de umblat la masina pe frigul asta. mai e si ziua scurta si daca tebuie sa fac ceva numai pe intuneric ajung.
abia astept sa vina vara smile.gif

cat despre frig se pare ca vine iarashi...atentie ce motorina bagi :finger:

baga motorina de la omv, eu am pornit clantanitoare atunci cand a fost gerul ala grav, si nu a comnetat de loc

iar la capac iti recomand sa te duci la un anume service unde lucreaza un nene priceput si iti spune ce trebuie facut
cu pompa nu e de glumit

A spus un vecin ca o sa ma duca la cineva care se pricepe bine la diesel, cel putin la mertz. Cand oi avea timp si bani o sa trecem pe la el.
