i-am schimbat oringurile la pompa, nu se mai pisa acum, dar ceva e in neregula pe-acolo, in sensul ca fuliile nu se aliniaza cum trebuie.
se rezolva asta, eu am alta in cap: cum pot face 4x4 golfu? daca tot ramane masina doar de mers iarna, macar sa il fac TDx. si sa il ridic cu vreo 15cm.
n-am mai mers cu el din aprilie de pe la inceput, zace obosit in parcare.

numai sa gasesti un golf varianta 4x4 si sa transplantezi de pe el. sunt destul de rare.

tot zace Golfu, nu s-a mai miscat de 3 luni cred. sta acolo obosit si asteapta. ce-o astepta, nu stiu.
la E39 i-am umplut instalatia de freon. face prea frig acu, da nu e rau. ma re-obisnuiesc cu AC-ul incet incet...si scad ambientul pe interior de la 26 grade la cat e acum spre un 23 decent.

am ajuns la 23 de grade in E39. nu e rau deloc. am reusit sa scot pamantul, cu rame cu tot, dintre lamelele intercoolerului si ale radiatorului de AC. e veselie mare acum cu intercoolerul curat smile.gif
gol(f)u inca asteapta. cred ca in septembrie acum il bricolez. poate il iau la intalnire, sa mai dea si el din roate...sa vedem dac-o porni.

mi-a crescut consumul la E39, ca n-o mai las din acceleratie deloc...doar ce-am revenit dupa un 300km azi, si trage bine, pana la viteze mari si apoi trage si mai bine.
iar golful se pregateste sa mearga la REMAT, dupa cum se poate vedea si in poza:

s-a indoit putin sub parbriz, da il reparam cu ciocanul, important e sa ajunga intreg la parcarea de veci, si nu din 2 bucati smile.gif

n-am stat degeaba, am stricat un burduf de planetara cand metamorfozam planetarele de TD in TDi. 44 de lei mai tarziu, burduful nou de planetara asteapta sa intre in operatie.
revin cu poze, acum sunt la faza in care conectez firele prin panoul de sigurante - urata treaba, sunt 4mii de fire, mufe, conectori, mase si alte dracii, niste pozitii parca desprinse din kamasutra necesare pentru a conecta toate mufele alea, insa dam inainte si asa contorsionisti.

ieri i-am facut RCA la tractor, 386 RON pt urmatoarele 12 luni la Asirom. Rovinieta saptamana viitoare, cand s-o si misca dracia cu forte proprii, ca m-am saturat s-o tot imping de colo-colo.

la E39 - am schimbat furtunul din dreapta radiatorului, cel de apa din care pleaca circuitul spre vasul de expansiune, cel vechi avea mustiucul ala subtire rupt si poxipolat, dar nu prea tinea la presiune - si avea parte de presiune la fiecare apasare mai voiniceasca de pedala.

de fapt, am montat pe masina aproape tot ce se poate transplanta de pe un Golf 3 pe un Golf 2, de la bara fata spre bara spate, dupa cum urmeaza:
- claxoane
- motor 1.9 TDi 1Z (66KW, stock)
- CV cu ambreiaj hidraulic in locul celei pe cablu
- tulumba servo-frana
- vas expansiune G3
- puntea fata cu bara de torsiune
- caseta directie cu servo
- instalatie electrica motor originala G3
- insonorizant firewall sub capota motor
- insonorizant firewall in habitaclu
- tabloul electric din masina - ala cu releele si sigurantele
- bordul de G3 cu tot sistemul original din el, si aici intra: prinderile, coloana de directie, aeroterma, ceasurile de bord cu km electronic (spre deosebire de cel vechi pe sistem cablu)
- pedalierul de G3, pe-asta l-am luat pentru acceleratia DBW si ambreiajul hidraulic
- consola centrala de G3
- insonorizante podea pentru pasagerii din fata si spate
- scaunele fata, banchetele spate (fractionara)
- inchiderea centralizata vacuumatica originala
- instalatia electrica din interior, de la tablou din fata pana la carligul de remorcare

ma mai gandesc daca pun urmatoarele, intrucat ale mele sunt intr-o stare foarte buna:
- fuzetele fata de G3 + sistemul de franare (discuri noi, neventilate ca si ale mele) - daca le pun pe astea nu mai intra rotile pe 13" si am gume noi de iarna pt fata, e pacat de ele!
- arcuri fata+spate (golful 3 e mai greu, masina o sa stea mai sus cu suspensie de G3)
- amortizoare fata+spate
- rezervorul cu sorb si sonda de pe G3
- mocheta din portbagaj

peste ea pun niste bureti ai masinii (un fel de pasle cauciucate pe-o parte) si apoi mochetele. ar trebui sa iasa bine insonorizata, dar nu ma pronunt pana nu sunt toate puse sa (NU) il aud eu smile.gif
